When I asked for the correct one I was told that due to policy I had to keep the one they made. I frequently go here, and I buy 2 & 3 teas at a time. The milk tea tastes really off and taste nothing like the flavor you choose. I got the strawberry milk tea and it tastes nothing like strawberry. The slushes are also hard and you have to wait for it to melt in order to drink it. Im pretty sure the popping boba they have was either expired or they scoop it too hard because most of it was popped and these were tons of shells left in the drink. I went in and got a peach smoothie with mango jelly stars and it was SO GOOD. Seriously the best smoothie EVER. The flavor was amazing, very peachy!! I've been here twice. The first time the person who made my drink mixed it the way I ordered. Second time I ordered the same thing and they made it way too sweet--I ordered less sweet. I don't think I'll be returning. And the people there aren't very friendly or welcoming. read more

Out of the few boba tea places in Wichita, ICTea is probably the best one I have been too. The place offers an array of distinct flavors that they don't even have back in MD (ex. Green Mango). The boba is also very good tasting with both excellent flavor and well cooked boba. They offer teas, milk teas, smoothies, and slushes so there is something for everyone! I decided to stop by ICTea to try some boba tea for the first time. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was that the atmosphere is very welcoming, everything was very clean, and the girl running the register was very approachable. She greeted me and I explained that I had never tried boba tea before and she was SO helpful in finding the right fit for me, she even let me try samples of the drinks! (when looking at the menu I also noticed they had some tasty looking appetizers to pair with a tea). I then narrowed my choice down to a Thai Tea with boba. It..was.. GREAT! I was the only person in the business at that time and the owner actually came out to greet me and asked if I was pleased with my drink? We chatted for a few minutes until a stream of customers came in and he had to go greet them. I left completely satisfied! Not only with the drink, but satisfied with the service. Great variety of choices to choose from! You can either get flavored milk tea, slush, smoothie, or flavored green tea. They have an average number of flavors but a pretty long list of toppings to choose from such has boba, egg pudding, jelly, etc. I tried the honeydew milk tea with boba and egg pudding and the honeydew slush tea with boba and egg pudding. The drinks were honestly toooo sweet. It was so sweet I could hardly taste the honeydew flavor. I actually tried diluting my drinks with additional water but even then the water barely helped with the sweetness. The boba and egg pudding were pretty good though. They're doing 50% for the month of June though so the 2 drinks for $4-5 total, normally $8-9 for two large drinks. Pretty affordable even without the discount in my opinion. I'd like to come back and try other flavors and topping but will have to ask them to decrease the sugar/syrup by half next time. By the way they also allow you to sample toppings in case you're indecisive like me! :) read more

I've visited ICTea multiples times because the location is near my house. The service is always friendly and quick and I prefer it over Boba Zone. There are major differences between ICTea and Boba Zone. For example, Boba Zone's drinks are powdered. So if you prefer sugary drinks, Boba Zone would be your best bet. ICTea isn't powdered and you can actually taste the flavor. ICTea also has a huge variety of flavors and many types of jelly to choose from. If you don't know what you want, just ask! They always let me try flavors and jelly. I also love how they have one size drinks. The size is around a large at boba zone for a cheaper price. Another big thing is that ICTea offers food, though I have not tried it yet. My only complaint is that two friends of mine said that regular milk tea has a strange after taste, but that won't stop me from coming back! read more
