I would probably say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! Unquestionably, the place coffee shop in the area! The workers are super friendly, attentive, and make wonderful suggestions. We absolutely love the coffee house when we go and the owner is working it, at other times when she's not available or not working it takes forever to get just a single drink without waiting 10-15 minutes in the drive thru line. But love their drinks and food and they have a ton of drunk and food options all the time! I love this place. There coffee is good not amazing but good the people that work there are really nice and remember you if you go a lot. They have eating tables outside and a drive thru so you can do whatever. You can't eat inside because it's just one small room. I feel bad for the ones that work there, I bet it gets really hot in summer and cold in winter so make sure to leave a good tip. read more

First, I saw review from "Larry S" and I was completely shocked by his comments. The little Coffee House located there by Madrocks has been there for quite some time. They have earned a reputation for their products, their prices and their staff. This is why there are long lines - each drink is made to order and the result is highly satisfactory. Over the years, I have NEVER been treated rudely. As you can tell by the reviews, his is not the norm. Now, if you are in a rush and it's on the weekend, you may not want to visit this location. They did open another one on the west side of Derby on K-15. You can park and go inside to order, there are places to sit, options of foods including take home healthy meals, made to order. The Coffee House never fails to make the perfect frappuccino, freezer or smoothie. I don't think I have ever been in satisfied with how my drink is made! Their punch cards are super handy, I have almost filled up my third one and can't wait for a free drink. The coffee is less sugary and sweet, and more like actual coffee than drinking a chocolate bar, which I like. The freezers taste natural and not like fruit syrup. Also, the consistency of the drinks is amazing and you aren't left with gross, plain ice at the bottom of your frappuccino, the coffee is smooth and the smoothies and freezers aren't too chunky! From great tasting coffee (dark roast for me) to fulfilling (I think) any 7 sentence, 5 minute order a person would want to give, I'm pretty sure they can do it. I no longer live in Derby. The Coffee House offers a lot of variety of beverages, not only coffee, but tea (Love their Chai Tea) and their smoothies are very refreshing....love the mango.
