This is the Starbuck's inside the dillons grocery at the front. The issue isn't with the…read morecleanliness and beverage quality. Like most Starbuck's they are consistent. The issue is the employee and attitude. I ordered a lite (skinny) mocha. He looked at me like I lost my mind mumbled "a white mocha?" I said no, a lite mocha as in the low calorie version. He then asked what size in a condescending tone. I said small and he rang it up. The issue is the general attitude of him acting as if he is going out if his way to help you. No smile, no welcome or hello, and just a low energy negative attitude. We all have bad days but my wife had the same issue with this employee a couple of weeks ago. I dont ask much but for a decent friendly interaction.
