Great McDonald's I really like it my only complaint though is that sometimes the fries are not salty at all everything else is great

Have eaten here twice in last two weeks with my grandson. Same experience both times. This place is filthy! Not a clean table in the place. Bathroom also very dirty. Some guy with long hair behind the counter, not in uniform. Not sure he worked there. Young people loitering, obviously friends of the staff. These friends carried out food that I would guess was not payed for. Called the phone number on the for "comments". Got a voicemail that I'm not sure is connected to the business. No call back. This was a second chance for them to get it right. There won't be a third chance. I won't be back. It was an awful experience! read more

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this S-hole of a McDonald's at all costs. You've been warned! Look at the reviews. Slow, slow service!!! Waited in drive through for 25 min and still no food. Multiple cars parked off to the side waiting for non existent food. Finally after 25 min & tired of waiting, I went inside & politely asked for a refund. The obese, worthless manager wasn't even helping get food out. He was emptying garbage cans and copped a major attitude at giving me a refund. Very unprofessional. I told him "Don't get mad at me buddy, you're the one making me wait!" After going inside to get my refund, I'm so glad I didnt eat here. Looking behind into the kitchen, it was an absolute mess! terrible service, went there to get two mc chickens and i was going to use my points . the guy at the first window messed up my point and said there was nothing he could do about it, so i left thinking i would keep my points. NO, i didn' they took all of them. then after that i went back for a second time to ask for my points ( or mc chickens ) and he said no and followed with " damn that sucks" so i ordered again using money. it wasn't a big order and they forgot my fries. This store provides phenomenal customer service. They've never gotten my order wrong, the food is great, and when I was informed that I'd have to wait for something to defrost before I could order a Frozen Coke, they gave me a free Large just for waiting! The drive thru is the slowest of any McDonald's I've visited. I ordered 3 McFlurrys. Not only do they come in the Happy Meal size cup only, the cups were only half filled with ice cream. I went inside and complained and the girl at the counter acted annoyed instead of apologetic. What a joke. read more

Watched kid at drive thru hand my granddaughters kids meal to the car in front of me. They opened it, put their hand in it to check order apparently and handed it back. Horrible! Cashier in drive-thru must be a short change artist bc it has happened more than once! Beware! On another visit I asked why the drive-thru was ALWAYS so slow and the lady said to have a nice day and slammed the drive-thru window on me...with the mgr right behind her. So when I decided to go to McDonald's after school and saw that the drive through line was too long, I made my way inside the restaurant thinking it would be a lot faster. I was first in line with my friend next to me waiting for someone to take my order. After FIVE minutes I was a little shocked that I hadn't even been noticed. So I waited a little longer and then TEN minutes passed by when ever someone finally made eye contact with me but looked away quickly and kept doing their thing. I then became furious because I thought "Am I invisible, like HELLO?" A young woman said that she could get the employees attention for me but said it would take a while. If I wasn't in a rush things would be ok, but I had to be somewhere. After FIFTEEN minutes I finally said to the woman "You don't have to get his attention, I'm just going to go to Taco Bell." I have worked in Goddard for over 20 years and this morning's screwup was the final straw. Over the last few years, this McDonald's has been on a downward slide. I have had to wait as long as 20 min in the drive-thru. I have ordered 4 unsweetened iced teas and 3 were correct and 1 was sweet tea which tells me they ran out and thought they could get away with sending a sweet tea. I have had to pull ahead and wait for a biscuit...A BISCUIT!!! As someone else pointed out, I have gone inside due to the amount of cars in the drive-thru. I guess they no longer staff the inside counter as I also was ignored. This morning I order a biscuit with butter. I was given a sack with a knife, fork, butter & jelly...BUT NO BISCUIT!!! When I called, they asked me to come back and get it. I told them I was at work and I would come back during the lunch hour. I was told no one would be there that would know that I was owed that biscuit. I just hung up. No biscuit is worth that frustration. read more
