Both give off a classy ambiance of an upscale establishment best suited for a professional meeting or anniversary dinner. I've worked customer service. Mistakes happen. Her response ..."It's for you!", and walked away. Seriously!? When she came back with other orders, I said again that it wasn't what I ordered and told her what I had ordered. She seemed really flustered and like she had a low tolerance for feedback that was unpleasant. She gave me some looks of irritation. I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to him what had happened. No apology. He nearly cut me off to say, "so you want "correct order?" I said I think that girl needs some customer service training. He walked off and didn't acknowledge anything I said. I got the correct order in the end and I won't return without an apology and corrective measure.
