The driver calls me to tell me he may not be able to deliver my food at all because of car trouble. I ask how long until he knows he said he will call back in a minute. I will say even though it took about 10min to hear back he did everything in is power to get to me. Then when he finally delivers the food at 10:10 he charges me full price for cold soggy fries and plastic looking burgers. Not going to argue I figure Ill contact Fetch online but there is no where to complain in the app and no number to call after 10. I need to feed my two 12year olds seeing its already late so we take the food and wish him luck with the car that is sitting on the side of the road somewhere. 2 stars for still getting the food to us when he could have given up and went home. Ill go get my own food or use delivery from the company next time.

We are through, we have gotten stale, compact scones, pastries and breads very disheartening because Trader Joes are fresh and delish! The cashiers are staring off in distance blankly even when checking one out. They "say" the appropriate response but easy to tell its by rote and not interest! Do think Veggies and fruits are usually fresh and the shopping carts are clean and easy to push
