I've been considering not posting this, however I can't let this happen to anyone else…read more In short: I had to start the process of filing a theft of service claim and build a case against them through APD in order for them to come back and do the job I had ALREADY paid them for. The details are as follows: Thursday November 8th, 2018 I began having issues with this company. This house was completely empty as we had not moved in yet. We're moving from Pflugerville on the 15th. I'm OCD, so I decided to hire them to come in and take care of the cleaning. They showed up the first appointment day (11/8/18) and did not clean the house. I stood outside for the hour and 48 minutes that they were inside. Figured since they were 'professional' cleaners that I did not have to micromanage them. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I should have just done it all myself!!! I walked inside with only my socks on thinking it was cleaned and found everything to be exactly in the same condition it was before they arrived - Dirty! Photos included I called them to get them back out there and requested a different crew or to have my money refunded. To my surprise, Juana the owner, was one of the ladies I had just met in my home. When Emma finally called me back on Monday I was told that usually after 3 days they don't come back to an address and I should be lucky they are willing to come back at all. They had my credit card information and will not refund more than $50 out of the $115 that I paid. Apparently this is a scam that they've done for awhile. They come in do a poor job don't even use cleaning products - only damp rags to make it appear as if it was properly cleaned. Then they reschedule and never show back up to complete the job. Most people don't think they can do anything about it, however if you pay someone for a service and they don't preform or offer a full refund it is theft. Taking advantage of people that don't know they have consumer rights isn't ethical. Monday, November 12th: I was left waiting at the apartment for them to show up for the second appointment after threatening APDs involvement - our appointment time for the follow up cleaning was at 12pm. Nobody called me to tell me they were running late. I call and was told they're 'experiencing car issues' and won't arrive now until 2pm. At this point I'm beyond annoyed. I'm wasting precious time I could be packing for our move from Pflugerville to Austin to sit here and wait for them. Whatever you do - Don't hire Juana or her team at Lluvia Green Cleaning as they will smile in your face, waste your time, and try to steal your money. Just save yourself the trouble and clean it yourself or spend the extra money on hiring a reputable company. After they left the second time, I found more items that were never cleaned / directives ignored. While they were here I was constantly having to point out dirty things and show them what to do. I ended up just redoing everything myself. Also, never received the receipt to my email as promised. Pretty sure they only showed back up for the second time to avoid further APD involvement. Juana and her team offered me discounts for future cleanings, however unless I get amnesia or hell freezes over I'll be sticking to my guns and avoiding this company like the plague.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to recommend N & S domestics. We had them come out to our…read morehome in order to clean it. It is a 2 bed 2 bath unit and they sent over two people for 1.5 hours. During the course of the cleaning they broke a glass lamp shade. The cleaning crew indicated that the company has an insurance policy and that they would cover the damage. When I called the corporate office, I was asked to send over the details behind the lamp shade, which I promptly did. I received the following response: "Good Afternoon Mr. X We have reviewed the information that you have provided and upon further investigation in regard to yesterdays broken lamp glass, unfortunate these things happen when things are not tighten correctly. We take as much precaution as much as we can in certain circumstances that are without our control. With that being said we gave you a $35 dollars credit toward the fireplace cleaning that was not included with the Morgans deal. as we clarified that with your wife that she was receiving a basic cleaning only. The fire place is normally $45.00 but we didn't charge you for it.. Thank-You for using N&S Domestics" It is highly unlikely that cleaning the fireplace took more than 5 minutes and it seem ridiculous that anyone would charge $45 for this service. Furthermore, we then discovered that while cleaning our home, the cleaning staff had thrown the dirty water from mopping the floor onto our deck leaving a large area of discoloration on our carefully stained wooden deck. We asked N&S Domestics to rectify the situation and received the following response. "Mr A, We take pride in the service we provide especially when you received a great discounted rate for the cleaning. Our goal is to acquire repeat business from these types of promotions. We apologize for any frustration that you may have. With this large of a discoloration on your deck, this should have been a priority of discussion immediately along with the lamp issue. We do not use any bleach or products that would cause discoloration. The day of service you and the cleaners did the walk through of their work; you stated that you were satisfied with our service. The cleaners informed us the day of service that it was raining and they didn't use your back deck at all because they saw it had a lot of leaves on it. N&S Domestics requires that our employes use caution when entering or exiting the house, as to not track in or out any dirt or cause a possible injury. They used the front as it was raining and muddy. Due to the time lapse in reporting your concern with the deck and stating during the walk though that you were satisfied with the services rendered, we are not responsible for the deck issue. Regards, SG Owner " It is possible that some people may find this level of service acceptable and if they do, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell them at a really good price.

I have been looking for a house cleaning service that actually does what they say they will do…read more I've read all the great reviews from other house cleaning businesses and tried a few out but was left disappointed at the end results. I contacted Exclusive and spoke with Maritza and she came by the house so I can explain exactly what I want done and for her to give me a quote. Her and her crew came by this past Saturday, on time and did an excellent job. Everything I pointed out that I wanted done was completed, house smelled clean and guests that arrived that evening thought it was a new house. Maritza and her crew were professional, courteous and did an excellent job. I have hired them to come once a month to clean my house. I 100% recommend this business.

All the rest said "Sorry, we only do whole-house cleaning". Maritza responded quickly and scheduled someone to come out the next morning, and didn't even ask why anyone would be stupid enough to accidentally melt plastic in an oven. Although all communication was via the Yelp app, so maybe she rolled her eyes in front of her computer while responding (I wouldn't blame her). As for the actual services rendered, the oven was as clean as the day it was installed. Thanks guys!
