I realize…read morethis is a specialty item and expect to pay a fairly high price compared to a typical large format print. I didn't read or hear back from anyone throughout the day. So I waited until 4 PM and called and asked if they had a chance to quote my request. I was redirected to a another person who started asking me if I wanted a blueprint. I said no. I explained what I needed again. He started getting very loud and and kept asking the same questions. When I explained what I need the print for, hoping this context would explain it better, he insisted on telling me who knows what I want and he deals with architects all the time. The problem is he did so in an aggressive and loud tone...and he kept using the word blueprint. I tried explaining that we haven't used blueprint technology for decades but we wouldn't even let me speak. I then politely asked if he could stop yelling. He ignored. I then asked if someone else could help. He said he was the only guy who could help. I apologized for getting him all riled up (for no reason I could understand) and that I would just call someone else. He seemed totally deaf and didn't care. I still don't know how the conversation got to that state. I hung up totally confused. Maybe he just had a really bad day?

Watson had a Pantone book so I went down there. Not only could I see different color options, but the owner was also experienced enough to give me some guidance. He also printed some samples out so I could see them side-by-side. I ended up getting a set of business cards done at an excellent price and also extremely quickly once I turned over the artwork. I also got stickers made. I actually looked at some online prices for the stickers at some of the bigger known places but Watson's pricing was cheaper and I wasn't committed to any particular number of stickers or business cards. I know a lot of people like to get the cheapest cost on things but the cost was marginally more expensive for the business card and cheaper on the stickers. But any higher cost difference is far outweighed by the customer service.

Everyone please save your time and money with this place. We came here for the "fast" turnaround…read moretime we were promised 4-5 business days which turned into 2 weeks. Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

Pretty much created a Yelp account just to write this review;…read moreJust finished the first of hopefully many projects with this guy. Friendly and helpful and patient when I was less than on point, dropping into the store randomly to throw improperly formatted files at him. When I received the large-format, finished prints on coroplast, the color was perfect, the material was cut to exactly the right size, and he even dropped off the finished posters directly to my client just 'cause he was going to be in the area anyway: not because I was an old client or spending thousands of dollars, but just BECAUSE, which's a level of service I've never gotten from a printer in the past. This is mainly why I'm writing this review: the folks here treated me like a VIP when I had never set foot in their shop before this job. As an artist, I'm lucky to have Signal right in my neighborhood for all of my future printing needs, and I'll be recommending them to everybody, including you.
