We had our business windows tinted to block UV light. From far away the windows look great, but there are lots of bubbles (I mean LOTS, some are HUGE) on every pane of glass, tears, hairs, scratches, gaps and uncut film on the actual windows. Our original service was in late January of 2023 and I have tried scheduling a repair since Feb 2. Every time I was told they would come "tomorrow" or "next week" and no one would ever show up. I understand sometimes installations don't go well and mistakes can happen, but we've tried repeatedly to get them to come and make it right and it doesn't seem that they plan on ever actually fixing the windows. I do not recommend for commercial or residential properties. read more

I requested a quote to get my front windows tint removed through Yelp, and left my cell phone number so they could call/text me. They responded via text within 5 minutes or less! We scheduled an appointment to get it done at their store opening time on Monday morning. I was the first customer there and they were able to assist me very quickly. The tints were removed quickly in less than 20 minutes and windows were completely cleaned. I'm very happy with their customer service and would recommend for anyone looking for the same service. I came here very last minute to get the tint removed from my front two windows due to a ticket, and the guy that helped me (I didn't get his name) was super nice, quick, and efficient. He got it done in time for me to not surpass my lunch hour. I was also not aware of the $50 minimum to pay with card and I don't usually carry cash with me but he was nice enough to let me leave and come back "when I have the time" to pay. Did 5 rear windows on my car. When I got home I noticed that there was tinting fluid on my rear seats and the interior door. I also noticed, as another reviewer pointed out, that gaps/cracks were filled in with some kind of marker on my window. I also noticed that several windows had trapped debris under the tint, including someone's hair. No bueno. Went back, pointed all of this out, and he redid the windows. I'm happy with it now, for the price I paid. I'm not super picky about tint to begin with, just want something that looks like a good job and won't bubble, so after he redid the work I was fine with it. After several months it's holding up well, and is pretty much just what I was looking for. read more

Located in the back of a car wash, they have a few stalls. Not too hard to find once you know that part. Friendly enough guy greeted me and we confirmed what was to be done and the price. Said he would be done in 1 and a half hours for the three window job on a mini cooper. Took off for a while, got a text message that it was done in 6 minutes less than time given, awesome! High value tint job right here!! When you are a chronic car leaser, you need a good tint job. Dealerships charge double. I called Icon Window Tint ahead on a Saturday, dropped off my car, got my nails done up the street, and Hamdi texted me once it was finished. My cars' windows slightly crack when I open the door, and prior tinters (on other similar cars I've leased) have left me with film that peels off because it never fully adhered properly during the critical first 24-48 hours. My car is also a soft top convertible, which can be tricky to tint compared to your standard coupe/sedan. Hamdi and the boys did a super job, gave me clear instructions, and my tint is sticking on for the long run and looking beautiful. He helped me pick out the tint grade too, and was so patient. The car looks 100x better, and the price was incredibly reasonable. read more

I would like to put zero stars on this but it doesn't let me. So i took to get my Tesla 3 tinted, when i got it back it had a lot of bubbles and they told me that those would dry up afterwards. A week later the bubbles were there on ALL the windows!! I kept going back to get them redone because according to them they would do it for free but i always het an excuse. At the beginner they were busy, then i got there 15 minutes too late and they couldn't do it anymore because they called another car for their windows. The latest excuse i got was: Hi, Tinter leg not good.. he will be at home until 17th September Thanks I know there are more guys who can tint windows there, WTH!! Do not waste your money here, take it to an actual professional! Why would you say you can do tinted windows on a tesla if you can't. According to them because the tesla doesn't have a frame around the windows it was harder, but then whhy did you take my money and try to do it?!!! read more

Brought my car here for a tint job, came out really happy with the work they did. I was quoted 2 hours wait time and they did it 30 mins less than that. I have a GL 450 which has rear quarter side vent windows. They did a great job with those windows, I can't see any seams or edges next to the tint (for any window), and they didn't charge more for all that extra work! The back window looks great and flawless. The cuts were very well done, the top matches the edges of the windows very well when they're rolled down. Going into this place, i didnt know what to expect but I am so glad I brought my car here. This place is amazing! I asked them to match my front windows with my stock tint in the rear, I got 20% done on both my front door windows and they came out flawless. With summer around the corner, I can already feel the difference in car temp. Besides the fact that they are extremely efficient, they also fixed my passenger side window after someone broke into my car...for FREE! Mind you this was over a month after the initial tints, people need to realize that just because the place is flashy looking doesn't mean they are honest or are any better than the next place. There were a few small bubbles on the windows when I picked up the car and I couldn't roll the windows down for 48 hours (Makes drive-thru's fun!) but after a few days the windows bubbles vanished and the windows roll down perfectly. I brought my WRX here about 2 months ago to have all my windows tinted. The service was good and they finished under the quoted time. A few days later I noticed a lot of bubbles. I waited 2 weeks to let it cure before I called but noticed many of the bubbles were from debris under the film. I recalled it was very windy that day and there shop is a small open garage so hey stuff happens right? I called to have it looked at and with no questions asked they had me bring it back and re-tinted 2 of my windows. It's been almost 3 weeks now and I still have bubbles on pretty much every window. Even the 2 new ones they just did. At this point I'm just going to take my car some where else. I definitely didn't get my money's worth here. read more

I needed my car windows tinted so I decided to try this place out. It's close to where I live and $270 is a fair price for all windows on my Toyota Camry. I took my car to Icon window tint on Monday, May 22. It took him about 40 minutes to tint all windows! He finished the job so quick that I was skeptical of how well it would look. Sure enough when I pick up the car I walked around it and I noticed three large bubbles on the rear window which he claimed would "go away soon." I didn't notice any other bubbles or imperfections except for those three so I Ieft the place somewhat satisfied. The next morning I noticed two bubbles on the driver side window and small imperfections on the back windows. I also noticed he dripped window tint fluid on my car seats! Plus, the rear window was smudged completely from the inside! Unbelievable! So I called him and asked if he can fix the bubbles and he agreed to make an appointment on Friday, May 26 at 3:30. I arrived just in time and I noticed that he was tinting the windows to another car he made me wait 20 minutes and I asked for a refund and that he remove all the tint. read more
