We had a full glass patio door installed and we needed to have the glass tinted. My wife chose Epsa Tint. Along with the tint, we also had Epsa install a security film on the outside glass. Ali came by and in less than 30 minutes he tinted the window and put the security film we asked for. We noticed a few creases in the security film and Ali said to wait a few days to see if it will clear up. It didn't. Called Ali and he came back to fix it. I reached out to Bay Tint and Ali responded within a couple of hours with a quote, and we agreed on a price and scheduled the job later the same week. He arrived on time with his assistant and took care of my front door (frosted the glass) and also applied UV protection film to 4 windows in just a little bit over an hour. They were super professional and the work was very cleanly done. Not much else to say other than that these guys are pros at what they do and were very polite. Ben is extremely detail oriented, I'm really happy with the results! My couches were bleached on the tops from the sun and the cherry wood buffet dried and separating. I had Ben cover every window including the front door and no longer have the glare. The film is also keeping the temperature cooler, I don't have air conditioning and on hot days the temperature could rise to the 80s, I was surprised I can feel the difference. I called them for frosted window film services last week. They came in time and finished the service professionally. Ali told us to contact him if there is any issue with the job. Next day, I noticed some bubble issue near the corner of the windows so I contacted him via yelp message. He kindly and promptly reply to my concerns and scheduled another visit for fixes. It seems like the cause of bubble had to do with how the window frame was treated preciously so he gave us couple options to fix the issues. Eventually we agreed to alter the design of the film little bit to avoid the problem and it's been looking fabulous and I am very happy with the result.
