Amazing experience end to end, high quality security screen doors, communicative, knowledgeable,, professional. Ben & Victor arrived right on time, educated me on everything to know about operation and build quality, specifications, and installed in 2 hrs and did an amazing job. Very happy with this company and would highly recommend. read more

I had a great experience with ClimatePro. Their response time was quick and the installer was really sweet. I originally received an estimate from Dave and he arrived as scheduled and quoted accordingly. I spent a few weeks mulling it over and even though he took the time to come out and quote, he never once pressured me to proceed with the order. For reference, security film on 4 windows and a privacy screen on a floor 2 window was quoted at $4k. After a few weeks, I ended up requesting just get the one privacy screen installed ($600) and I was pleasantly surprised they were willing to accommodate such a small job. Originally, I thought that it would be a decorated frosted covering, but it's actually a fully opaque privacy film with no frills. I'm no longer able to see any movement outside of that window and it reduced sunlight entering our house by about 50%. This ended up being perfect for us since the entire reason I wanted to get this covered was because our dog would bark at this every single night when he saw movement or lights from outside. It's been 4 years of this and I wish I got this done sooner! The installer (I believe his name is Hugo) called letting me know he'd be late which I appreciated the notice. He was so friendly and did is awesome job. The sizing and alignment was perfect which I'm happy about. I did a similar window I was able to reach myself and it looked terrible. Overall, great service!! read more

I had a great experience working with/ ClimatePro - really happy with the results and the whole process. Reece the salesperson was comprehensive in his breakdown in all the options and left me some samples which was helpful. Alex and Alex the (2) installers - were on time, neat, and good people to work with. All in all - I recommend and will work with them again. read more

ClimatePro - Home Window Tinting Near Me

This company seemed so great at the beginning, of course we were buying a very expensive product..Then we something went wrong a few years late, with a Lifetime Warranty, they refuse to stand by what they sold us! They told us since its been so long, we need to contact the manufacturer. Most reputable companies would contact the manufacturer for you and try to help with the issue, that's how you maintain customer base andcustomer satisfaction. Climate Pro obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction, they just want to make a sale!! Customer BEWARE! read more

My first experience with these guys was great - they responded fast, the price was good, and we got scheduled right away. But on the day they were to install film on my windows, the installer noted that there was a small crack in one window pane. He showed it to me and it was almost imperceptible. He then proceeded to apply the film. Within a couple of weeks, the imperceptible crack was three inches long, certainly made worse by the application of the film. I don't fault them for the initial crack since I could see it (barely), but I don't understand why they didn't tell me that I should wait to put the film on until AFTER I fixed the pane. I expected them to be the experts and help me understand what would happen after they applied the film but they never said it would be made worse. So I get the pane replaced, and then reach back out to have them reapply the film. They offer a price ($150) that feels high to me, given they should have told me to fix the pane first and then I wouldn't have had to pay anything more than the first price the quoted me. But knowing they were going to have to come back out another time, I offer to pay $100, which seemed fair given the original job was about $650. They refused and said again $150. I suggested we meet in the middle at $125 and they refused. In the end, I just paid them the $150 since I needed it to be done but it all left a bad taste. I always say the test of a good contractor is not that there will never be any problems, but rather how they work out problems that naturally arrive. I wouldn't recommend these guys after all is said and done, all over $25. read more

I had a very good experience with ClimatePro. Dave in Sales spent plenty of time with us to understand our needs and figure out the best solution for us at a great price. Their installers were very professional and did a good, clean, thorough job. The new 3M film on our Eichler windows looks great! read more

This is the first review on a service I've done where the service actually hasn't been done yet...but you know sometimes when the knowledge and experience is so present, it's a guarantee of service. Chris Knight may be the most knowledgeable individual in this area of work. We have been emailing regarding my project and what I am looking for (Garage windows). The examples, process of selection and experience he has referenced to me has provided me with a lot of my own knowledge to move forward confidently. What I need done is a small project, so the minimum amount they charge per job doesn't make sense for this unfortunately, but I am grateful for Chris's insight and information he shared with me. You can tell they know what they are doing and will provide you with the best options for the best outcome. Confidence is huge when pulling the trigger on these types of projects. read more

Excellent services from our start to finish. Climate Pro representative Reece explained the differences in tints and quoted us the same day as our initial visit. The office team was pleasant to communicate with and made scheduling our installation date a breeze. On the day of installation, the technician arrived early and completed the work before they were intially set to arrive, which was greatly appreciated. We already noticed a significant difference already in heat reduction. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Climate Pro and would certainly recommend to anyone seeking high quality customer care and service! read more

I brought them in to install 3M prestige 70 solar film on six windows that were facing south . Initially, I thought the estimate was a little high just for sticking some plastic film on a window. However, after seeing the work involved and the quality of the final product, I thought it was a great value. The installer was respectful and neat. He cleaned up well after the films were installed. read more

Alex and Joey were exceptional and did a great job with applying the 3m window film over our picture window! Will definitely use this company again. read more

Excellent service from appointment setting to the installation of 3m window films. Thanks, we are able to enjoy our sun facing rooms now that we have an excellent protection from the uv rays. read more

We didn't use them, they required a minimum amount ($2500) and we were only inquiring for a small job. I appreciated the call back though!! Some companies won't even call you back. read more

It is starting to get hot in San Jose and installing ClimatePro window tint in my Condo was the best decision. By now, we would be sitting in an oven and running our AC all day. This tint made a HUGE difference. Due to HOA regulations - window replacement on my old single pane windows was out of our budget. I looked up window tinting and ClimatePro was the most responsive and affordable option. The installation was quick and their communication was on point. I've already recommended them to some friends. read more

My room of the house is always hotter then the rest of the house. We looked into window tinting and contacted ClimatePro. Someone came to our house for a free consultation and explained the different options we had and provided recommendations. On the day of install, the installer came on time and finished rather quickly. I now notice and huge difference from before having the tinting installed. It is much cooler in my room now and with the current heat wave, my room stays cool. Highly recommend ClimatePro for window tinting. read more

On 05-01-24 I reached out to ClimatePro to do some house window tinting, I was told that they provide free estimates and they will be arranging for an estimator to contact me. The same day I received an email stating that Chris Knight would be contacting me but he never did, I called the office the next day and was told it was 24 hours (that was a Thursday) still no Chris Knight call. I waited till Friday still no phone call. I called the next Monday 05-06-24 and was told that Chris sent me an email so I searched and saw an email for Chris Knight sent 11 minutes ago with some interest information ClimatePro min job cost is $750 (you better have a lot of windows for that price). It's not the cost it's the lack of communication, if these guys can't simply give you a call to set up an appointment what makes you think they're going to be there when your appointment is due? read more

Their estimate was totally reasonable, they were on time to do the job and they did an awesome job. Said it would take a few hours and they did it in less time. My windows look amazing, and I couldn't wish for a better service. Thanks a lot, it is appreciated! read more

ClimatePro was recommended by another local vendor. I needed some anti-graffiti window film on a small commercial space, as soon as possible. I was contacted right away by Dean and from that point on - it could not have been smoother. There were some time constraints that kept me from getting all the information to Dean, but he was extremely helpful and worked thru it for me. They even slotted me into an earlier install date, which helped a lot. 1-2-3 and the job was done. Compared to other quotes I received, I thought ClimatePro's pricing was competitive or better. Thank you, ClimatePro! read more

We could not be more pleased with (1) the perfect film installation on ten large windows, (2) the way the job was evaluated and priced, (3) the flexibility of rescheduling several times, (4) the way the installers worked around large pieces of furniture that we couldn't move, and (5) the way we now keep looking at our view, which was obscured by old film. But most of all, it was a pleasure to work with Isaiah and Alex, who not only did an absolutely perfect job, but were so personable that we hated to see them leave. They claimed to be no more personable than the other members of the ClimatePro team. This is only the second time in many years that we have considered work done for us to be of such quality, or enjoyed the experience so much, that we wanted to pass along our experience. We confidently recommend and endorse ClimatePro. read more

I never knew you could tint your house windows, turns out you can and it looks great! Summer '24 should be a lot cooler!

I was looking for privacy and window tinting film for residential windows. Climate Pro was recommended by our architects. I also got a bid from another company for comparison. Climate Pro was very responsive, and the quality and pricing was better than the other bid I received. I knew nothing about window film, and they gave me excellent guidance. They offer high quality service at a great value. They exceeded my expection and are genuinely interested in the best interests of their customers. I highly recommend Climate Pros, and am grateful to them. Top Notch! read more

We had our windows tinted some 30 years ago and they were now pretty beat up. We called ClimatePro and they were fast to respond, came out reviewed what needed to be removed and replaced, chatted with us about the extra windows we wanted doing and gave suggestions for the film to use. Quote was prompt and once accepted their team arranged to come and do the work. Super efficient and very clean job was done. The heat difference now with the new film is incredible. Highly recommend this business. read more

Initially, the scheduling was set for 4 weeks out, but luckily, a slot opened up just 1 week after we signed the quote. The two installers seamlessly worked around the rest of our remodel, completing their work in just 3 hours. They left no mess behind and were polite and pleasant throughout the entire time. Our only comment would be that no other vendors responded for comparison, so ClimatePro may be the only choice. Nevertheless, we highly recommend their services. read more

If you're thinking of tinting your home windows, I highly recommend this company. Their staff is responsive, professional, and on time. Their installers are professional, with great attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done right. And, the tinting installed on the west side of my house seems to have reduced the amount of heat gain by almost 10 degrees. Now, the only time the interior of my house gets hotter than 78F is when I leave the windows open. read more

After some initial phone tag, it was great working with the sales rep and the installers. We got a quote quickly and installation was scheduled shortly thereafter (in our preferred morning slot to avoid my son's nap time). The installers were prompt, efficient, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. The product itself (3M Prestige 70) really seems to work! We put it on one window next to a sliding glass door that doesn't have it and you can barely tell the difference. And while this did not cure our "yikes our west-facing upstairs bedrooms are so hot in the summer" problem, I can tell it has helped keep them cooler. A month out and we are glad we made this investment and used ClimatePro. read more

I used ClimatePro for a frosted film with our logo on a glass divider for our restaurant. It was a very east and fast process. I sent them pictures, measurements, and our logo. They sent back a reasonable quote. Once I approved the design, they contacted within a few weeks to schedule installation. Bryce and Spencer came as scheduled for installation. They went over maintenance and care of the window film. Great service and great product. I would highly recommend ClimatePro for large or small projects! read more

Great customer support and service. Their work has already made an impact on out heating bill!

We have an end unit townhouse that gets a lot of southern and western sun. This results in a lot of sun-driven heat and air conditioning expense. We contacted ClimatePro for a window film estimate, thinking that it would be too expensive to have done professionally, but were pleasantly surprised. We did all of our windows (five sliders, three fixed windows) with Avery Dennison DR Grey 20X exterior window film for under $2500. This stuff is amazing. Not only has it eliminated the solar heating problem, but also provides excellent privacy without over-darkening the interior of our home. The two installers -- Cody and Cody (no kidding) -- were very professional. They did all this work in about four hours, left no mess, and were polite and pleasant the entire time. We would use ClimatePro again in a heartbeat. read more

Originally, I wasn't happy with ClimatePro but they redeemed themselves. I had an appointment for an in-house consult which they flaked on last minute, but because of the lack of options in the SF area for window frosting vendors, I went ahead and accepted their option to have samples mailed to me. They were also reasonably priced. They were booked out weeks in advance but I somehow got my install date pushed up by a week which was great. The guys that came were super friendly and best of all, quick and did a great job. Not to the fault of the guys who did the frosting, I got a complaint from the owner that the frosting covering the whole window was a bit suffocating, and it was after the guys already left. I sent an email to Dan, the original person who took the order - he made a few calls and though they were extremely booked up, had 2 guys come the next morning to fix it to our liking. This completely redeemed the flakiness factor and i am truly happy with the service. read more

The team at Climate Pro did a great job. We had large, difficult to access windows. They were very transparent about how the product works, gave us cleaning tips and cleaned up well. Cody was a great team lead. read more

I am very happy to recommend this company. They put film on one of my windows and installed "Riot Glass", essentially a plexiglass covering on my glass back doors to prevent break-ins. Dave Titterington was the salesperson who did an amazing job of following through on everything. Zack installed the plexiglass covering for my back door - he was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company. read more

We had ClimatePro install window films on 2 new skylights we had just installed, as well as a glass panel on our back door. Previously, all three were letting in a lot of heat from the sun, so we really needed something to help with that. Before, if I put my hand against the interior side of the backdoor glass, it was almost too hot to touch. Additionally, the light coming in the skylights would make the floor hot where it was hitting it directly. After the installation, I can put my hand against the back door window with the sun fully on it, and barely feel any warmth. The same goes for standing on the floor under skylights. We now get to enjoy the benefit of natural light from our skylights without extra heat. If you have skylights and you have not applied any kind of UV/heat-blocking film to them, I HIGHLY recommend talking to ClimatePro. Your energy bill will thank you too. The whole ClimatePro team did a great job from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the job. I would definitely give them a call if I needed this type of job done again in the future. read more

Very impressive. Not cheap but great product and epitome of professional service. I selected the 3M Prestige 70 and it feels like very subtle sunglasses over my windows. Glare is cut and contrast is sharper. You can see the tint when the window is open with the overlap but still subtle. Limited lifetime warranty, what more can I ask for? read more

ClimatePro - Prestige 70 - Home Window Tinting Near Me

I just reread my review. I obviously meant it to say "my house is NOW noticeably cooler"

ClimatePro installed 3M window film on south facing windows and skylights in several rooms of our house. We wanted to control heat build up and sun fading of our furnishings. Very pleased with every aspect of the project, including the estimate process, the installation and clean up, and the final result. A great experience from start to finish. The window film is performing exactly as we hoped. We highly recommend ClimatePro! read more

I didn't know much about window film but I knew I needed something to block the afternoon sun and make my apartment cooler. I spoke with Christopher who answered my questions and even explained about another quote I received. He stopped by a few days later and we discussed how dark it should be without an outside mirrored reflection. Then he explained the process and 3 weeks later I have less sun and less heat. Highly recommend this professional service. It was installed in about 30 minutes and I was very happy. Nice people and great work. read more

Climate Pro rocks! They are the best at what they do whether it is 3M Film protective thief proof film for Glass Garage door windows, from bullet proof screen doors or windows they do it all! I can not thank my field sales rep Dave enough for educating me on the Climate Pro installation process and anchoring the 3M film product to the garage door frame! Everyone wanted My business to put the protective film on my windows but did NOT tell me the product needed to be anchored TO THE STEEL FRAME as a thief could just push the window thru after breaking the glass window. Dave my field sales rep did not just want to take my money unless the 3M film product was anchored. For that reason, I hired Climate Pro and they provided the best customer service like no other. From Daria in scheduling to the Climate Pro installers Jake, Mason, Dave and all the others in their mobile vans traveling about the Bay Area from Santa Rosa to San Francisco. They all really know their stuff and perfectionist in getting the installation perfect and right every time. Thanks guys for the great work and beautiful installation of my 3M safety film for my garage door. I can not thank you enough and that is why I recommended you on my Next Door website and to everyone that Lives in and around my local neighborhood. You guys are top notch and the best!!! read more
