We needed to cut down heat in the house and not really ready to install air conditioning!! ClimatePro was great from my initial phone call to installation. Communication was excellent, estimate and installation were on time and professional. Very happy with the results! read more

Bryce and Spencer arrived promptly, installed the film quickly and cleanly on 5 window panels and took care to protect all the surrounding surfaces as they worked. Earlier in the process Dan have us a quote with a few simple questions. Would recommend ClimatePro highly. read more

Wonderful! They did an amazing job with our windows and our whole wall white board! The whole team was a pleasure to work with! We really appreciate all the time and effort they put to get everything done perfectly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone! read more

We had ClimatePro out to put heat-reducing film on two large areas of window. The estimate process was straightforward. We were able to schedule the work for the following week after accepting the estimate. Our house is in an out-of-the-way place, but neither the office nor the technician were worried about that :). In the event, Jason the technician spent over three hours at our house. He was friendly and the work was carefully and cleanly done. Billing was transparent. I have been recommending them to friends already. read more

My wife and I started another project with ClimatePro. Excellent execution by installers Zack and Isaiah, as well as Dean from sales and with oversight from Ron from CrimSafe. Zack and Isaiah were always thorough and professional. They were patient with our questions and concerns and followed through with any requests. We recommend ClimatePro to all our neighbors, friends and family. read more

We used ClimatePro to put vinyl "frosting" on our office's windows. The first time they came out, the wrong typeface was used for our logo, but when I brought this up they came back out and replaced it quickly and free of charge. The end result is fantastic, and we are very happy. Everyone I dealt with with from A-Z was very professional and easy to work with. We will work with them again in the future, and I would definitely recommend working with the ClimatePro team. read more

The 3M sun tint was peeling on the south side and had to be replaced. The guarantee only applies to the original homeowner. We knew we had to replace it. We have a French door in the bedroom that had never been tinted. Understandably, a dozen panes cost a little more than a single window. Having done that now, we are amazed at the difference in the temperature of the bedroom in the afternoon on a hot summer day. Worth every penny both for comfort and energy. The work that ClimatePro does is neat and efficient. Their products speak for themselves. In this climate, I recommend them and their products without reservation. read more

I had window film installed by ClimatePro at my house in Bodega Bay in 2010. This stuff is the greatest product ever invented. It keeps out the UV rays that fade upholstery and carpeting extremely well. Recently I needed to have the film reapplied to 2 windows that had been replaced. Dave and Mike showed up on time and took care of the 2 windows in record time. They were both really professional and very pleasant to have in my home. Great job, guys! I would recommend ClimatePro and this product unconditionally. read more

Had ClimatePro install some security screens and window film. Everything came out great. The crew was right on time and did excellent work. Highly recommend ClimatePro if you are looking for either of these products installed. read more

We had new window film applied by Josh and Cody from Climate Pro. It was a flawless experience from start to finish. They we exactly on time, set up quickly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly. They were polite and professional. The process was a lot quicker than we thought. The whole experience was above expectations. read more

2 stars for the whole admin process (getting a quote, setting up appointment, timeliness of email responses). 5 stars for the on-site installation. The whole admin process is sort of a mess and does not have their stuff together. It took 3 days before their estimator even gave me call after I submitted the request, and he did not disclose on that initial call that there would be a trip fee of $75 if you exceed the $500 per job minimum, which is highly unusual and not industry standard. In other words, if your job is less than $500, you pay $500 (and the trip fee is included). If your job exceeds $500, you pay $500 PLUS the trip fee of $75. I asked about it getting waived, and it was only after about 4 emails and 4 calls to both the estimator and the main office that they said they wouldn't waive the trip fee. From my initial request for a quote to the time I was actually able to get the install scheduled, it took 4 weeks. That being said, the install went well--the guys knew what they were doing and we liked the result. So the lesson in all of this is expect to be annoyed and frustrated with the quote, admin process, and estimator. But the install will go well. And, despite their trip fee, they were still the most reasonably priced out of 4 different places I got quotes from. read more

They saved the day with high quality product and quick, clean installation. After a horrible experience with another window and signage company my new business was left with only a few days to get our windows frosted. After a few emails we were set with an install date that kept us right on target and an estimate that was less expensive than the original company we were working with. The installation was quick, professional and perfect! I am so thankful for their professionalism and speed. I highly recommend them! read more

All the staff I worked with at Climate Pro were helpful and professional. They answered all my questions with timely and polite responses. The workers that came to my home, Jason and Levi, were prompt, courteous, and friendly. They neatly completed the job in an unobtrusive way. I would highly recommend ClimatePro. read more

Install team was excellent. One pane cracked after the installation, not a problem. It cost us $66 more dollars to replace the window than 3M repaid us in our warranty claim. I asked ClimatePro twice to goodwill us the $66 from the profit they made on the $1000+ Job and they declined. Customer retention seems to be unimportant to them. We will not recommend them. read more

I called and spoke with Stephanie, she told me Dan would give me a call. Unfortunately, they were booked for the time that I needed my project completed. He started listing off all the options, I don't know what any of it means but he definitely knows his stuff and he even told me what to look for when I call around asking for quotes from other window tinting companies. He gave me a very reasonable quote even though he knew I would be going somewhere else. Thanks! read more

Climate Insulating installed 3M UV protection for us about 10 years ago and the products continue to perform well. The only thing I would have changed, is that I would have had them install in every room of my house because there's such a big difference in wear & tear from the sun on our house. We recently did a large remodel and had them back to make sure that all our flooring, furnishings and artwork are protected. They are easy to work with (come when they say they will come, complete the job in the assigned time, clean), fairly priced, and their products work! This is a great way to maintain your home. read more

We've had the opportunity to work with Jeremy on several graphics projects for our company in San Diego and his team does an amazing job! Honest, reliable and detailed. We look forward to partnering with them on many future projects. He has the capability to do unique, creative and one of a kind designs for our customers and get it to us on time! If you are looking for something different for your office or home, I highly recommend giving ClimatePro a call. You will not be disappointed with any of their products! read more

ClimatePro is incredibly professional. Their quality of work is superb. Their pricing is competitive. Their team was exceptionally sensitive about Covid protection as well. I highly recommend them!! read more

ClimatePro installed a 21' x 9' graphic in our corporate space in San Mateo. They did a fantastic job throughout the entire project, from directing file handling to providing creative feedback, to educating about their process, and finally execution and installation of the process. They did it all with a sense of professionalism, and are overall very nice people. I will definitely come back to ClimatePro for my next project. read more

We are very happy with our window films. Dean did a professional job. He was very neat and competent. We did not have to do a thing in preparation and we are extremely satisfied with the results. read more

Dave and Mike were polite, professional, quick and cleaned after their work. I had more than 20 windows tinted, some high ceiling windows. In less than 5 hours, finished! They made it looked so easy, we are very happy with them. Highly Recommended read more

The final product has worked really good. We have a southwest facing bedroom, and it gets very hot in the summer. The film works great in keeping some of the heat out. The initial scheduling was the hardest part, but the sales visit, estimate, and install went smoothly after that. We will use them again when we do some of our other rooms. read more

Bryce, Dakota, and Ryan did my residential window film on July 16th. They installed the 3M AFFINITY 30 material that has a nice blue tint. These guys did a great job. They are professional, focused, and friendly. They were careful walking on our floor coverings and applied the film perfectly. As they had finished and were packing tools, I realized I had missed a skylight. No problem. They pulled out the tools again even through it was lunch time, and did it. The sky light was the hardest too because Bryce had to work in the very hot compartment recessed in the ceiling to do the sky light. I am noticing the house is a bit cooler in the afternoon already. Bryce also stressed the guarantee associated with the 3M product if there are any problems. I recommend these guys. Job well done. read more

These guys are amazing! Dean came out to give me a quote. He spent a ton of time answering my many questions about the difference between each of the window films. We selected different films for different windows based on their location and my needs. Spencer, Ryan, Jason, and Keanu were clean, nice and professional. Spencer communicated about each step and overcame a challenge with one of my older window (thanks Spencer). The value of the film compared to replacing my windows is huge. Not only am I saving energy, I can enjoy having the blinds up in the afternoon (we weren't able to before). Thanks guys - you made a big difference! read more

ClimatePro came to our rescue as we begin the hottest months of the summer. Dean did a nice job of educating us on the window film process. Today, Spencer and Zach installed the actual 3M product. Both technicians were on time, professional, courteous and DID A GREAT JOB on the installation. You can already see the difference and now we're looking forward to the reduction in UV impact, including heat and fading of furniture and paint. Very pleased with their responsiveness and quick turnaround. read more

If I could give this Climate pro six stars I would .the two young gentleman that came out Bryce and Levi were so professional .there was a problem with my windows and not the film .they make sure that my windows were left in a usable condition and went above and beyond by checking with the office staff to make sure my window problem would be resolved. I highly recommend Climate Pro. read more

ClimatePro is a professional flat glass commercial and residential Window Tinting company with a strong inside infrastructure. In a industry where most are competing each other, I bet you will find just a few if any other window Tinters out there giving good 5 Star Reviews about other tint shops when they have their own window tinting company too. I've always said collaboration versus competition... But I am more a automotive window Tinter for the last 15 years, in that time working with companies like ClimatePro also doing flat glass tinting for them, as I do have my own Automotive Window Tinting business as well. My name is Jeremy Creager and I would like to let everyone know that at ClimatePro you will find top quality film and workmanship, because that's what you deserve. ClimatePro holds a standard of professionalism with pride in there work, and I know from first hand experience working for/with them over the years, including tinting cruise ships sailing the Black Sea with a bunch of guys from ClimatePro. So I do recommend them and their work if you are thinking about getting your house, business or even cruise ship windows tinted anywhere in the world you are. I do not like playing the competition game against other Window Tint Companies and know there is an abundance of work for everyone. I do not think they charge enough with the right people in place to do all the right jobs specifically for your best window tinting experience, with the amount of years they have been in family owned business for and for the quality of film they use and for the pride in quality of work they do. But lucky for you they do not listen to me so again I would recommend getting your cruise ships :-) or commercial or residential windows tinted with ClimatePro before they take my advice and starts charging what I think its really worth. Just saying! :) Thanks and many blessings, Jeremy read more

We recently had this company install 3M UV Window Film on our skylights. The skylights are difficult to reach. From beginning to end in dealing with them everything was FIVE STAR!! They were/are professional, thorough and very responsive to all that was requested of them. The men who did the actual installation were just "top notch". They protected the area where the film was to be installed and cleaned up completely after the job was finished. They put the table back where it belonged under the skylight and even "measured it" to be sure it was centered. The job was completed ahead of the projected time frame too. This was amazing. Every person in the Administrative portion of the company was polite and helpful and outstandingly great!! We highly recommend their services to all who need this product! It was a pleasure doing business with them!!! read more

In the past 3 months, our company worked with ClimatePro twice for privacy film installations at our office. Their quotes were reasonably competitive. The installation process was fast and the craftsmanship is very high quality. Although, the initial communication with the project manager regarding the proof and quotes was a bit of a bumpy process. Being very detail oriented in reviewing ClimatePro's proposals will ensure a smooth transaction later on. Overall, I'd recommend ClimatPro and do business with them again. read more

Working with ClimatePro was easy. They were responsive, professional and did an outstanding job installing our anti-graffiti film. I would recommend their services! read more

Following others' reviews I too have only positive things to say about ClimatePro. Installers called to ask if they could come early and were professional, courteous and conscientious. After completing the job quickly, they explained what I could expect, the do's and don'ts and how to care for the windows. Overall, the kind of job you hope for and rarely get these days. read more

Spencer, David, Bryce and Jason applied tint to a sunroom and living room in our Sausalito condo. They were professional, clean (very important!) and did a great job on the project. Spencer took time to explain maintenance, warranty, etc. Dean came out, initially, and did a great job of explaining the benefits and helped us to pick the proper tints. Appreciation for the whole team! read more

Great service and quality product! Unfortunately a long lead time for installation, but could be just the season...

I contacted ClimatePro on a recommendation that they could do some graphic work for a home project. From the first contact to the delivery of the graphic panels, they were very friendly, helpful and professional. I couldn't be happier with the results. read more

The owner called me and asked what happened. I explained and he offer to have someone come out and do the estimate. I ended up hiring them for the tinting and have been impressed with every step of the process. Without the initial hiccup I'd give them 5 Stars. read more

These guys were great to work with. Easy to schedule, showed up on time, worked effectively and efficiently to get our very large wall full of windows covered with the appropriate 3M film to help reduce the amount of sunlight and heat coming in through our west facing windows to both save us from high temps as well as sun damage to our furniture. Loved working with them and they did a fabulous job and were all super friendly! I would highly recommend them! read more

I had several thermal crack issues in the past year with multiple double pane annealed windows (80 X 60). I went through Climate Pro's claim process and it turned out that it was not as painful as I thought. I followed Daria's (Warranty Claim Department) instructions, emailed internal and exterior photos, and I received the warranty check in few weeks. I had a standard 5 years warranty and had to pay some out of pocket costs to replaced those windows. If I had known, I would acquire extended warranty at minimal costs). For a $3,500 job, the extended warranty cost approx. $260-$280 and it pretty much cost the full window replacement cost. Climate Pro also worked with me to have those films replaced. Rex, the field rep and Jason, the install crew was skilled and professional. I would recommend Climate Pro's products for tempered glass windows. read more
