I spent a long time thinking about having our windows filmed and I had a lot of concerns. In the end I chose Climate Pro and 3M's film, Prestige 70. The installation was flawless and the windows look great. I am very glad that the glare and the fading to the furniture are reduced. Dean gave me good, honest advice about the various films and gladly answered all my questions. The fellow who did the installation was very skilled and did a great job. You wouldn't be able to tell there was film on the windows if you didn't know. I would recommend Climate Pro wholeheartedly. read more

Climate Pro installed window film on our many south facing windows and skylights. Our house is now 5-8 degrees cooler on warm, sunny days. The installers were prompt and efficient. read more

Excellent! All aspects of the process from sales through completion were perfect! The communications were clear. The technicians were careful, polite and went the extra mile to address an issue not caused by them. This is the kind of professionalism that makes a company stand out. Bravo to all! read more

So easy to work with! Efficient friendly people! Great product! and it only took 2 hours from start to finish. I couldn't actually believe how quickly it was all done. I would recommend ClimatePro to anyone who wants their glass frosted. read more

My experience with Climate Pro was excellent from start to finish! Dean Donofrio (estimate), Daria (office manager), Stephanie (office), and Spencer and Ryan (installation) are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Dean, Spencer, and Ryan showed up on time. Dean examined all of the many windows in my home and gave a fair estimate without pressure. Spencer and Ryan completed the job within the specified time frame neatly and respectful of their surroundings. Spencer spent time explaining all of the warranty information and appropriate tint care. Great job! Great referral! I recommend Climate Pro without reservation. NZ read more

David and his crew came out and did an awesome job. I am very pleased. Less glare, less heat, less fading of carpet and furniture. This is worth it. Thanks! read more

Great job in putting 3M films on our windows. Job was done quickly and it impossible to notice that there is a film that now protects the whole family from uv and heat. read more

Climate Pro! They are great. Responded to a call, came and gave a quote, and then installed on time. Great price, nice people who work there, good service. I'll be recommending them to people in my industry (construction) and calling them again if I ever need more of their service. Windows look great and the 3M Prestige 70 really works to cut down on the heat and keep our view. Thanks Dan! read more

ClimatePro performed very well from quoting, to estimating, to scheduling, and to installation. On installation day, the installer arrived ahead of the scheduled time, worked quickly and efficiently to remove existing our window film, informed me of some window seal defects I was unaware of, installed the new film, and cleaned up quickly and completely. All in, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

My office has an entire wall of glass that gets direct sunlight most of the day. If i ran the AC to keep my office cool I would freeze out everyone else in my business. ClimatePro came to the rescue. They sent me film samples based on my photos of the job and stated desires. On the day of the install I received a call asking if they could come early. . . 3 hours early! 2 installers showed up and were totally professional and got the job done very quickly. When they were done they cleaned up and didn't leave a trace. My office is now much cooler. I can even have the blinds open most of the day. They may not be the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for. Quality products, professionally installed, money well spent. read more

Climate Pro had the cheapest quote and fastest response time by far of the 4-5 places I had called @ $7/SF for their cheapest 3M window film installation. They even gave me a steep discount on the travel charge because I paid for their parking. The installation was done quickly and looks fantastic on our office conference room windows. I highly recommend them! read more

Contacted them online for some window film work on a small apartment which was quite far from Santa Rosa (South Bay). Got a quick reply back within 24 hours, and quickly set up an appointment after getting a reasonable quote. Very good communications. I had some questions about the film and was given honest opinions from Dan (in line with what I had I researched ahead of time), so I was content that they knew their stuff. Dave came early and got 19 panes of glass done in an hour - super quick and very professional. read more

What a great company. Amazing service and honest reps. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!!!

ClimatePro was a pleasure to work with. ClimatePro came by and provided me with a quote in less than 15 minutes, and answered all the questions I had regarding window film. Less than a month later, two gentlemen came by to install film on all my windows. The job took less than 2 hours and it's really making a difference. Visually, I can't even tell that it's on the windows (very little glare), yet it definitely makes a difference. ClimatePro was on time both for the quote and installation, and I highly recommend them if you're considering window film! read more

Was not sure what to expect as I had never used a window tinting service before. The ClimatePro Staff and especially the installers (Dave & Jason from the Santa Rosa branch) were outstanding in every respect! They arrived on time, were extremely professional and installed the window tinting in less than 1 hour. They even cleaned the exterior of my windows (which had an old paint splash) before they departed. Fast, friendly and professional, I'm sure glad I went with them! read more

We live in a west facing condo with sliding glass balcony doors and lots of Windows on a hill in the Fountaingrove area, so the summer is really brutal. On that side of the place where both our living room and my office are. Our neighbors had 3M film on their sliders which had held up well for years. So we got a quote from Dan at Climate Pro with various suggestions for the degree of shading for different rooms. He left us film samples with several degrees of darkness and we chose 2 that best suited our purposes. I really needed extra sun protection in my office, which was the hottest room in the house. We are extremely satisfied with the results of this project done last summer. The rooms were noticeably cooler immediately. We were very happy with Dan & the ClimatePro team! Very professional. read more

I think the installation job they did was fine except the young guy was pumping the window washing device directly on our refinished floor and spilled water everywhere. What bothered me was that the older guy made me watch this Jehova's Witnesses movie while he was in my house. How is that allowed? read more

ClimatePro has been responsive, professional, and just great to work with. This is actually my second review. A couple weeks after our installation we noticed a thermal crack in our window and the team was quick to help us figure out what it was and how to get it fixed. The whole team - from educating us about the warranty, to our initial sales rep, to the installation team - was responsive and took the time to answer all our questions. We're so happy with the product and how it controls the temperature in our house and can't say enough how thankful we are for the great service we received. Highly recommend!! read more

So happy with our new window films. Dean was very responsive and sent samples right away. Can't even tell the film is on and very pleased to know we are reducing our UV and infrared exposure! Will use them for my business in future as well. read more

Jeremy and Bryce were wonderful. I thought I was paying for one window and was told that I was within the minimum when I asked how much for my sliding glass door. So I got three windows for what I thought was the cost on one. It would have been so easy to not tell me; and just charge me more. Just shows you how honest ClimatePro and there guys are. THANKS for a great job. My house is SOOOOOOOOOOO much cooler. read more

This company may be great at what they do, but they have not returned my requests for a quote. I sent an email through their website and called the office twice over the course of a week. I even left a voice mail for the local rep - still no call back. Sorry to say that I will have to do business elsewhere. p.s. Within minutes of posting this review, I got a call from the company. They were very apologetic and wanted to make things right. read more

Wow! what a difference. These guys were great. Their team arrived early, where very neat and organized and made a big difference in the temperature in my house. I'm now scheduling them to do other areas for me. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks so much. read more

ClimatePro was great! They were so easy to work with; they were professional, quick, cleaned up after themselves, and they have a wonderful product. I would highly recommend this company. read more

This is our 3rd time using ClimatePro (formerly Climate Insulating Products). Have always been very happy with the results. Jason was our installer today. Right on time, very courteous and quick. Great Job Jason! read more

ClimatePro has been the #1 contractor I've worked with for my new home. Dan was responsive and reliable, which is a rare find in SF. All other contractors who came to do blinds, garage cabinets/storage, plumbing, electrical work or gates, etc. would either not show up for quotes, or they'd have major delays in giving quote or doing the work. Dan used his smart phone to do instant data entry of measurements and was able to give me a pretty accurate quote right there, then he and his office staff followed up with a written and itemized quote within 24 hours. That's just the standard I would expect, but sadly, most companies in our area are incapable of this efficiency and professionalism. Dan was also nice, knowledgeable, accommodating and patient (when I needed different product/price options and samples). Their installer Dave also did a nice job. Again, friendly and efficient and didn't leave any mess. He sprayed on a solution to install the films but I was happy after all that spraying he was able to leave with my window sills and floors dry and neat. He also used padding to protect the window sills/floors from the spraying. I was especially appreciative that he took care not to cause damage to my piano that's just 2 feet away from one of the large, tall windows he worked on. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants window films. I wish all contractors were as reasonable, on schedule, reliable, responsive and professional as they are. What a pleasant experience! I would give them 6 stars if I could. read more

ClimatePro has performed a number of installations for me over the years in San Francisco and in Napa Valley. Its team consists of careful and courteous individuals that display the highest degree of consideration for the workplace and their professionalism is always commendable. I am in the real estate development business and after 50 years one recognizes with little effort those whom can be counted upon to always do the right thing. Dependability and quality assurance are a huge imperative for me. read more

Very pleased. Dean came out and educated me completely about the process and product. Got a quote the next day and made a few adjustments, set the installation date. Entire team was totally professional as you would expect from a certified 3M contractor. Installer was a real pro and COMPLETELY cleaned up after he was done. I only did the west facing windows, but now that I see how well it works, I'm going to add additional windows. Just in time for summer! read more

Dave did a great job in my home, was very professional, personable, priced fairly and we're very happy with the results!

These guys did a great job for my office and made sure I was 100% satisfied with their work. The design team is in house if you need help figuring out what images to use. A sign of a great company is how busy they are. Climatepro is very, very busy so make sure you book out in advance to work on your project. read more

ClimatePro did some commercial window tinting in our Berkeley office. They did a great job, were courteous, easy to communicate with and flexible (we had to change our plans while they were here). read more

Climate Pro was solid in terms of responding to our request for a quote and coming out to look at our project. Their customer service person was also lovely: she was was quick to respond and called to offer us an earlier date when someone cancelled. However, we're really quite disappointed with the professionalism of the person who installed our 3M film. Not only did he "lose the check to the wind" (what the heck is that???) and need us to give him another one without ANY apparent effort to track down our original check, but there's dirty handprints ALL OVER our walls for every single window. Our windows are 14 ft off the ground in some cases, so we're in a rough position now. I'm annoyed because not only did I have to spend time and energy calling our bank to cancel the check, but now we have to figure out a way to get a hold of a 14" ladder and clean our walls. It's infuriating that these basic elements of the job were left undone. I guess I recommend ClimatePro well enough, but with the caveat that apparently you have to project manage. read more

Our company recently had two doors into our office frosted. ClimatePro's quote was around 35% less than other companies we tried. Throughout the process of getting the work completed, they were always very prompt from replying to emails to arriving to do the work on the day. The finished doors look great! The most pleasing part is that they look exactly how we had imagined/wanted them to look. The design we chose using our own logo was reasonably complex but the frosting was cut and installed incredibly accurately. If we had more glass doors we would definitely use ClimatePro again! read more

From start to finish I had a very good experience with this company every step of the way. I wish more business operated like this. Fair and competitive pricing, a reliable product with a great warranty and professional installation. Given our home is mostly glass I was apprehensive about the final look of the product and process. Dan was extremely professional, provided clear communication about the product and process, and was extremely responsive to my questions and needs. The front office schedulers were informative and helpful. The installers David D and Mike were prompt, professional, conscientious and did a really great job in a short amount of time. I had multiple companies quote this type of work and I'm extremely pleased that we selected ClimatePro in the end. read more

We purchased our home about 20 years ago and had the windows solar tinted at that time. Our windows in the back of the house are essentially in the sun all day and as a result had really taken a beating over the years. In short, they definitely needed to updated. At first I wasn't sure who to hire as there are so many potential window tinting companies here in the valley. Instead I reached out to our "Nextdoor Country View" social network and asked for recommendations. The recommendation that came back was to hire ClimatePro a family owned business! I am glad we did! They did an outstanding job of refreshing my windows with 3M tint and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend ClimatePro to anyone wanting to do their entire home or just a refresh on some of your windows. You'll be happy you hired them! Great Job Dave (aka, the ClimatePro installer)!!! read more

Today Spencer applied the window film. He came on time, was clean and fast. He did a terrific job installing and explaining the does and don'ts to protect the film. The whole experience with this company was truly amazing and you can tell that the employees care for the customers. From the initial call for a quote to having Rex come out to make sure i was choosing the right film, to the office sending a quote and scheduling so quick. I would highly recommend using ClimatePro! read more

What a great company to work with! From start to finish these guys know every angle of the trade. They take every project and put full attention to every detail. Climate pro recently completed a commercial tinting project for me and did a fantastic job.
