Chris installed window security film for my large door windows. He was very prompt to come provide a quote on site and was able to schedule my installation within a week. He arrived with the vendor representative and was expedient to complete the install. After one month, there were some bubbles that still had not evaporated from the installation and Chris returned to attempt to fix them. After another month, I informed Chris that the bubbles were still present. He assured me that under his warranty, he would replace the three panels that required replacing but needed to wait for another window film order. Month after month, I checked in with him. Responses were slow, and now after 9 months I have given up. One star for not fulfilling on his warranty promises. read more
