Original review: Extremely unprofessional, doesnt read, and dishonest pricing. I wouldn't write this if I didn't already do my homework and research. Final price was 2x from what he originally quoted me (he claimed to be a mistake price) I was extremely clear with my job because someone who's professional enough came out and measured so I knew the exact sqft. So I knew what a professional job would cost. When I called him out towards the end regarding his pricing, he started to accusing me at me for things that's completely unrelated to the job. He gave me three prices in total. Each higher than the previous one. He said he made a mistake on pricing on the first one which I thought it was good deal. Clearly he didn't read my message thoroughly. Then gave me second / higher price which I thought was still a good price (mistake price again!!!) The other installer called out sick the day of installation so I called Kevin immediately. He came out the same day to show me samples of the out of stock film and another film that is in stock but it's more expensive. Kevin offered to do the job with the more expensive film at the same cost of the cheaper not in stock film. He came out the next day on a Saturday to install the film. The outcome is stunning. He arrived with the vendor representative and was expedient to complete the install. After one month, there were some bubbles that still had not evaporated from the installation and Chris returned to attempt to fix them. After another month, I informed Chris that the bubbles were still present. He assured me that under his warranty, he would replace the three panels that required replacing but needed to wait for another window film order. Month after month, I checked in with him. Responses were slow, and now after 9 months I have given up. One star for not fulfilling on his warranty promises.
