We got three different quotes and recommendations for a replacement 5 ton unit, and Honest Air Care's knowledge, transparency, flexibility, and price once again caused us to choose them. They offered several different models we could choose from, spanning the spectrum of discount and premium traditional heatpumps as well as newer inverter models (one of which we ultimately selected) with a couple different price/efficiency points. They were really the only one to do that, the others seemed to have their old school model and brand they liked and wanted to stick with it (which is entirely reasonable, but not what we wanted). They also communicated pretty well, answering an emailed question and responding on the phone. They replaced our rooftop unit, redid the connector and roof integration to account for changes in form factor, and added three new vents into our bedrooms to account for the additional air flow required (and improve night time cooling effectiveness), all in one day. They cleaned the air ducts, dryer vent and also cleaned the A/C coils. Everything was explained about the process in a straightforward fashion and the technician was friendly and efficient. And they have discounted prices compared to others! Initially I was a bit skeptical about getting the service done as I had a few bad experiences with other companies not doing a thorough job. However, upon inspection before and after I was blown away by the difference that I saw. It was well worth the money spent - highly recommended! I have noticed that these services have reduced dust, odors and A/C unit seems to be working alot better. They also offer the Installation of the Air Scrubber. Cant wait to see how well that works!
