All the ingredients were still out, customers still eating inside, Open signs still glowing and the other employee had just started to make a bowl, maybe for an online order or maybe herself.... This is a chain restaurant which clearly has posted hours that says they close at 9pm, but I guess the young employees have plans tonight or something and want to get out early instead of working their full shift. Recommendation to management, review the trainings that cover "hours of operation" with the two employees that were scheduled tonight or consider hiring people with more work ethic. Absolutely unacceptable, I'm sure the franchise owners would agree with me!

At Fuji, the sashimi is always consistent and they provide great cuts and variety of sashimi like salmon, eel, tuna, mackerel, and more. I love that it's already included as part of the price and there's no hidden or extra fees. The rolls taste great as well! You can easily grab the rolls from the shelf where they put the freshly made rolls or if you don't see the rolls you want, you can ask the sushi chefs to make them. Personally, I find it more worth it to ask the sushi chefs for sashimi, hand rolls, and the aburi (seared) salmon which is my personal favorite here lol. For the appetizers, you need to order with the waiters but luckily they're very quick and attentive! The fried oyster is really good.
