Usually, the broth gets absorbed by the dough but not these. Every bite was juicy, flavorful with an abundance of broth. Pork shumai with shrimp and crab roe was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The har gow (shrimp) was probably my least favorite item I ate. It was mediocre but not special. The crispy duck rolls were delightful; crispy outside with moist filling, served with Thai chili sauce. The spicy miso ramen was the star of the show! The flavorful, savory broth that had all the umami notes was truly a work of art. The spice level was enjoyable to the palate. It had slices of tender pork that melted in your mouth. The ramen noodles were perfectly cooked and soaked up the delicious broth. There was a soft boiled egg, fish cake, nori and scallions. I could've easily had another bowl! We ended our delicious dinner with bean paste sesame balls. They were crispy on the outside but soft in the middle with the perfect amount of sweetness in the middle with the bean paste. Honeydew yakult was very refreshing. Service was wonderful. We got sat immediately and our food was made fresh because it didn't come out immediately and you can taste the freshness in every dish. The dumplings weren't frozen or premade. We also didn't wait long for our food. We got through our entire meal in an hour from start to finish. The restaurant is very clean and tidy.
