My usual guy was not available so I took a gamble and called Talbert's Ice & Beverage. They picked up the phone on the first try, carefully explained my options and took down the necessary information they needed to make the delivery. The day of the event they called me to confirm my order and came on time. Ice was delivered, drinks were cooled and everyone had a great time! Who am I to disappoint? It's a really simple process - if you have access to food grade dry ice. And I do! Rosedale Ice has long been a go-to stop for beers, including kegs for large gatherings (remember those days?). It is the only place I know in Frederick that sells dry ice for shipping (I use it to send cold smoked salmon sides to clients, at least those I like).
