I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel others…read moreshould know. I scheduled an ice delivery and was told it would arrive within a certain window. The delivery was very late and handled unprofessionally and I had to follow up multiple times just to get an update. Communication was poor the calls/texts were ignored I was left wondering if my order was even coming. When the ice finally arrived, it melted which completely defeated the purpose of ordering in advance. This caused an event delay and there didn't seem to be any accountability or effort to make things right. Customer service afterward was just as disappointing. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, I felt blamed. For something as simple as delivering ice, reliability and communication should be the bare minimum. Based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend this company.

As a party planner for the past six years...I have learned that ice delivery is one of the most undervalued services in the market. My usual guy was not available so I took a gamble and called Talbert's Ice & Beverage. They picked up the phone on the first try, carefully explained my options and took down the necessary information they needed to make the delivery. The day of the event they called me to confirm my order and came on time. Ice was delivered, drinks were cooled and everyone had a great time! Pricing was very affordable even with the delivery cost AND they take credit cards. Professionalism all around. I would definitely use them again!

During the walkthrough with Rob and another young man, we explained that she is currently ill and staying with us, that other work was being completed on the home, and that we would need to coordinate scheduling around my work schedule. We also mentioned that we intended to obtain a second opinion before making a decision. During the estimate, He made a comment along the lines of, "Companies know Black people don't like to pay," as he's discussing the quote which we found surprising and inappropriate. Today, I received a follow-up call asking whether we had made a decision. I explained that we were still deliberating timing and would reach out to them.I said my farewell and was waiting for one back, but in return I heard the guy on the phone say "they're in deliberation" as if he's notifying someone in the background to which he responds respond "they're black they're lying" I said hello once more as obviously he'd thought he'd hung up and he says ok we'll be waiting on your call to which I responded no thank you" and hang up. I am sharing this experience so others can make their own informed decisions.

I did a search on the internet and I came across Su'coy! Of course the internet search pulled up Len's and Michael's and Sons but then I see Su'coy HVAC!! I did some research and there was something oddly familiar about his voice when I called!! I knew it! He did a (HVAC) program and he called me when my son graduated from Wilson high school to see if he was interested in learning about the business! I'm so happy that I remembered that name and voice and made the connection! I immediately contacted him and without hesitation he sent an amazing and qualified technician to my home. Dale came in, assessed the situation and within an hour I had cool air pumping through my house again! EVEN BETTER, I didn't have to empty my bank account because the service price was amazingly reasonable!!!! Let me add that my home was built in 1925 and for some reason it holds heat and gets pretty warm pretty quickly! Let me just say that never again will I have to do a search for any HVAC companies as Su'coy will be taking care of my home as long as I'm in it!

Not to mention the duct work was done awful. It's less than a year old and rusted it because it wasn't wrapped properly. He charged me $350 for a regular thermostat not included on the 10,000 AC unit install. I received 4 proposals and all of them included a thermostat. Please don't waste your time. You may not have a problem today but you will once something happens to the unit and you're told the installation was poorly done. Also his brother called me and told me personally that he put a trash unit in my house. The AC was too small that it never met the set temperature for the entire summer and present. Should had listened to his brother. Look at the photos. Look at the rust on less than one year old unit. I'm out $6000 I'm devastated. He also sexually harassed me and asked me to be his girlfriend and wants me to have lunch with him when he gets back from out of town. This is clearly out of line and unprofessional.
