Although it was perfect to display my rainbow, I feel like it wasn't big enough to hold the contents. And my snowball melted fast so it was a little soupy in the bowl. Silver lining is that the container is eco friendly. Parking is difficult here. There is a tiny lot but only 5 cars can fit at once and it seems tightbto get in and out of there. I did get lucky and found street parking very close. But if all else fails, there is a parking lot across the street if you don't mind paying or plan to be in the area a while.

I was expecting mango snow and mango ice cream or sorbet. It's not the end of the world but I picked this one in particular because it was supposed to be mango snow. While the bingsoo is large enough to share, I also feel it is priced a bit high for what it is. Might be because there aren't many other laces like this in the area but bingsoo is usually bigger or less pricey. Overall, a decent stop for dessert if you want something a little different. We have so-called shave ice here in Boston but it's not like Ono Wai's. These are served with ice cream at the bottom - YUM- and a drizzle of sweet cream on top! It's like 2 desserts in one because by the time you get to the bottom, the flavored ice made the ice cream frosty and sweet - like a creamsicle- but better! The hardest part of ordering this little cup of heaven is choosing the flavors - they have 25 - and apparently they are imported from Hawaii. Thankfully, my family ordered different flavors so I was able to try a variety. They were all rich and flavorful. I'll be back Ono Wai - I'll be back!
