I placed an order for balloons online and the options for delivery were earlier than I needed. The balloons ended up trying to be delivered way before the delivery time. I called the store and manager Daniel was amazing! He stopped the delivery and had the balloons returned and delivered at my requested time. Had he not done this I may have not had my balloons for my event. I am extremely grateful for him. Plus he called and updated me when the balloons were en route. Thank you so much! read more

This location is really big and has a lot of stuff stocked and is my favorite party city location I've ever been to minus the staff. The customer service is what makes this location incredibly frustrating. They are always short staffed and even though they have multiple registers, only one is ever open. I'm not quite sure how they're able to take so long with every customer. If you're going to get only a few things and are in any sort of hurry- save your time! Every time I've been I've had to stand in line way longer than I've spent shopping. Every. Single. Time. I'm more than willing to change my rating if I see any sort of improvement. read more

Stopped in here to get last minute cards. Only to find out the card selection is not as nice as it use to be. But, the plus to this adventure was all cards are $1.00 now. I was prerty shocked. They pretty much have everything you could need party and Halloween wise... they just need a brush up on customer service. They're was only one register open and the line had at least 6 customers waiting, including myself. There were 2 people blowing up balloons, well one blowing up balloons and the other more interested in carrying on a conversation with the one blowing up the balloons. You would think if she saw the line, she would help the other cashier... right? She saw the line, and kept talking and laughing. During quarantine, i needed a place to pick up some party supplies for my mothers birthday. I ordered some supplies online from this location and went to pick them up the next day. I waited outside the door and they brought my supplies to me. I love this! I i only docked one star because they didn't seem to know what i ordered from my order number, i had to give them my name after they disappeared into the store for a few minutes. This Party City is interesting to say the least. It is very well stocked so you are bound to find just what you need. However they need to do a better job staffing and training on customer service because there staff is a hot mess. They are made up of a bunch of teenagers who could care less about providing quality service to guest. For one I can just about guarantee no one is going to ask if they can assist you so don't expect it....and if you need help I'm sure you can find a group of them standing around talking to one another. I came here for a couple of Halloween supplies and while I was standing in line another last was at the register saying she had called that morning and ask they put something to the side for her. So one of the girls ask if she took the phone call and put it to the side. This chick says she wrote it down but didn't pull it. Then she looks at the people she was checking out and says "she called at 9am why would I pull that to the side for her" and rolls her eyes. I didn't understand the comment or reason for being rude about it I was just ready to get out the store. So I check out and when I look at the receipt I realize I got charged the wrong price for a few items. So unfortunately I ended up having to make a second trip within 20 minutes to the store. When I get to the counter and explained the situation to the girl she bends across the counter and yelled across me and store to the manager to come here. When the manager gets over she says oh she said these didn't ring up right. Honestly it wasn't a big deal but I still can't seem to figure out who trains these people because they don't know how to conduct themselves in a customer service position. Anyways the manager corrected the situation and I went on about my business. All I can say is they need some new employees because the ones they have could care less about their job and it's extremely apparent! read more

You can't expect much from a chain store but I was absolutely appalled by the way I was treated by the people who work here. We ordered balloons ahead of time and I went to pick them up and was a little early instead of letting me know I was too early I got a "they aint done come back later"... um?? ok?? As I'm leaving I hear a "yea come back in an hour "snap fingers""... absolutely ridiculous! When so many people are out of work and they hire those losers who are rude to their customers. When we did "come back later" 5 of our balloons deflated by the time we got home (1 mile away). I called to let the manager know and she told me "you musta popped them... there is no way that they would deflate"... I could go on but you get the picture... never going back to that trash I hope corporate comes to their store asap! read more
