I hired DMV Bounce for my 40th birthday event, and all aspects went smoothly---from the initial phone and text convos on all logistics and details and contract signing, to text and communication in the weeks leading up to the event, to the event itself. I had concessions (snow cones, popcorn, and cotton candy), blow-up carnival-style games, and a dunk tank, which was a humongous hit with adults and kids alike. DMV Bounce truly amplified the entertainment value at the event and made the day incredibly special and memorable, with guests raving about how much they enjoyed it! Setup and takedown were a cinch, and Rick was a fantastic entertainer and a great sport about being the person to dunk! An overall great company; don't hesitate to hire them. I found this place and they had a very reasonable price for a peacock chair, it was perfect. So I was able to get a friend with a SUV to come with me to this party rental place (they do not deliver items to your destination you are responsible for everything). At first no one was answering the phone at the rental but I kept calling because it was the day of the baby shower and I had no other choice. We get there and was talking to the owner Jeremy and the manager. Jeremy offered us Dunkin' Donuts while he was assisting another customer. We asked to see the chair because I was mainly afraid it wouldn't fit inside the SUV. So the manager told us it wouldn't fit and if it did he would give us a dollar each because he has done this before. So we knew we had to try since this was my last chance. He grabbed the chair and Jeremy, my friend and I watched as the chair fit like a glove right in the car. It was perfect! We were obviously happy! We also got our dollar each, lol which was actually funny! Jeremey processed our payment and of course yelp came through and offered 5% off for our first rental! It was great & worked out perfectly!! The chair was great and the mother-to-be loved it. The chair did not come with the cushion so we had to improvise and had our own, but it was perfect and made the room look even better!! I called mid week to ask about potentially rescheduling due to rain (thankfully Sunday was beautiful and we didn't need to!) and the person I spoke to was so nice and relaxed about the whole situation. They are extremely understanding and flexible about weather related changes which put my mind totally at ease. The bouncy house arrived on time, in amazing condition and was promptly taken down without any issues or disruptions. The bouncy house seemed almost brand new, it was in such great condition. The kids had a blast, which made for an easy party for the parents. I researched several options before deciding to go with this group and found that Fiesta time had better pricing and an easier ordering process (some of the other sites were very confusing once you got to the checkout stage).
