Guy not only refused to do the work written on his ticket TWICE, wasting now four weeks of my time, but pretended to make a phone call to his supervisor to get out of doing the work. Idiot thought I wouldn't figure that out in 2 seconds, so I called his company and they confirmed he wasn't doing what he was supposed to. Now I have to wait upwards of a month for these people to fix a fridge ice maker and a dishwasher soap dispenser. I spent $100 to wait over a month. Sick. At this point, Id be better off going to trade school and learning myself.

AMAZING SERVICE. The quintessential small business that you should support. I bought my sewing…read moremachine here (they sold me exactly the right machine for my needs - a pretty basic model for a beginner) and have been returning for years. Every time I walk in they help me troubleshoot my issues (invariably user error or routine maintenance I've neglected) with grace, and often no charge at all. Their staff - to a person - is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Pricing is fair. I've willingly paid a bit more for the occasional part bc it's worth it to keep shops like this in business. (Yeah, maybe I could get it from Amazon for a bit less, but Amazon sure isn't gonna help me find the part, much less TEACH me why my machine is jamming up and making me absolutely INSANE ...) ALSO have a great little fabric & findings store - selection & quality better than you'll find at the big box stores. But that's really the icing on the cake. The exemplary staff is the value here.

I recently…read morevisited with the intention of purchasing a sewing machine, but was unable to complete the transaction at the time due to not having my ID. I understood the policy and appreciated the staff following procedures. Later, I called to check on the availability of the machine, but was disappointed to learn it had sold. What concerned me more, however, was the tone and manner in which I was treated during the call. Rather than being offered assistance or alternative options, I felt dismissed and that my interest as a customer was not valued. The person that took my call was the owner. She had just said how she wanted to attract some newer clientele at her sew Fair. I believe in supporting local businesses and would have appreciated a more helpful and welcoming approach--such as being invited to return and explore other options. Instead, the interaction left me feeling discouraged from returning. When Walmart and other stores offer so many other financing options one would think you would be appreciative of potential new clients. I know 2000 or 2500 isn't a lot to many but to me it was a big deal. I am a wife, a mother and a teacher and someone who did sales for over 10 years. A good customer is a returning customer. To add up until calling to acquire about the availably of my machine the customer service i received was amazing. The two men that helped me were extremely knowledgeable and a wealth of knowledge. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope it will be taken constructively. I would still be interested in finding a sewing machine that fits my needs, and I would appreciate a chance to work with a team member who is ready to assist. Thank you for your time and attention. Since I have received 2 visits from these people I am entitled to one review for each visit…read more , I am writing a second one. They left a message and I will call them back soon. Well, I was checking online what should include a comprehensive check up of a leak inside a refrigerator (since they charged $180.00 for a service call and over $400.00 to complete the work). This technician only check the air around the refrigerator door (put a door gadget in 15 minutes thinking that that was going to solve the problem, which it did not. He checked the panel inside the freezer which according to him was normal. He tightened some screws at the bottom of the refrigerator. See, he did not move the refrigerator to make tests in the back of the refrigerator. I am sure that there are a lot of cables and stuff in the back of the refrigerator but, no that was not done. Last time the technician told me to push the door of the refrigerator to make sure that it is sealed. I do not have to push anything: that should be resolved without me pushing anything unless the repair is mediocre. What type of repair is that that I have to push to make sure that is properly sealed everytime I open the refrigerator. Let me tell you something; this business should be investigated by a government agency, interviewing past customers specially the ones that have spilled their guts here in YELP. Unfortunately the US government allows these people to charge whatever they want to, The thing that does not have an excuse is taking money from people and been incompetent.

If something is beyond their skills (they sometimes do not service certain brands of foreign manyfacture, for example), they tell you up front. So we were referred to them to come out to help get our hvac unit up and running. He came out and…read moreoverrode the delay switch on the actual HVAC unit system that's outside because he said we didn't need it because we also have the same delay switch thing on the thermostat inside He didn't check the air handler or anything else and said it was that . He hooked hoses and said our Freon was fine and that everything else was working properly. So paid him cash and almost 6 hours later the house stayed at a hot 80 degrees in the hall and actually got to 86 degrees in the kitchen as we have a magnetic thermostat which sits on the side of the refrigerator . So my husband texted him to tell him and he actually said to give our unit some more time to cool down the house !! Now I'm not an HVAC technician but I'm also not a moron. I know it does not take six hours to put a temperature of 77° in the house from 80 which in almost 6 hours that's what happened. He refused to come back out and it was 5 o clock. Wants to wait to see if it'll cool off overnight Meanwhile I'm on dialysis and have been very sick for some time and the thought of another night of 80-82 degrees is very difficult to deal with considering I do my treatments at home now in a hot sweltering room! So meanwhile the original company that's on vacation and personally got ahold of No Frost Air to help us wasn't much help either in trying to help and what the most horrible part is we ended up getting ahold of our neighbor who's friends father owns a HVAC company and they came right out !!!! So mind you another service Call $$$ in less than 6 hours.... The problem was the actual COMPRESSOR IS BAD AND WAS BAD ALL ALONG BUT NO FROST AIR TOOK ADVANTAGE BY TRYING TO ALTER OUR SYSTEM and say it needed more time to cool down which is still mind blowing to me ... The incompetence and the dishonesty of this company's owner is appalling to me that he could even do something like this and then tell my husband to wait until our prior hvac company owner comes back from vacation to address the problem with our HVAC not working and cooling our house .. Worst experience ever !!!! Who does that !! He should be ashamed of himself to do this to us . I'd give ZERO STARS if I could! This is a honest review!
