My wife and I were looking for an alternative to Tin Pot Creamery and found this on Yelp and decided to give it a try. We didn't know what to expect, but the menu looked great. We each ordered our own ice cream; I went with cookies 'n cream and my wife went with the purple yam ice cream. At first we were wondering why it was taking so long, but then we saw they were pouring ingredients into a blender and then poured it out into a stone slab and made it fresh. Or was well worth the 15 min wait, the ice cream came out nice and creamy and it wasn't overly sweet like Tin Pot, and generous portions, we probably could have split a single order. The best thing about Ice Splash is that the items are reasonably priced while still maintaining quality. My kid has been begging for boba drinks but at $7-8+ a pop at other places, it is an infrequent treat. Here the boba drinks are $4-5 but still offer a range of flavors and toppings, so we can indulge more often. The frozen yogurt is delicious too, with a variety of flavors. I have to admit that this is some of the best froyo I have ever had. Plenty of flavors to choose from. The staff is pleasant and eager to serve. They welcome you into the store and the personal service doesn't stop there. Lilly the owner goes above and beyond to make your visit a memorable one. She is helpful, courteous, and friendly. Thanks, Lilly! You and your team are top-notch. The specialty drinks are made with love for each individual customer. The watermelon Mojito was delicious and worth the wait. The lady working was really sweet; however, there were a couple of problems. First, the sizes were way too big. Second, the food was absolutely horrendous. Not only was it so sweet, but also it was marketed as healthy. We ordered four things: mango-passion fruit ice cream, strawberry-banana ice cream, strawberry smoothie, and royal thai tea. The ice cream textures were way off. It was very crumbly and the ice cream overall was way too sweet. Additionally, the strawberry-banana ice cream tasted like it had no strawberry. Later, we found out they had no fresh strawberries in stock, which they neglected to tell us before making our strawberry items. Because of this, she added blackberries into the smoothie that was supposed to be only strawberry ,and once again, did not mention it before making it. If she had mentioned the missing strawberries, we would have chosen different items, no big deal. Finally, the iced tea was the best of it all, and yet still disgusting. Finishing off, the wait for these four items was thirty minutes even though we were the only ones in the shop. In conclusion, the worker was really sweet but the food was revolting. read more

Recently, I've found myself going to this local spot Ice Splash when I want to have some boba. Although I typically only get boba, their frozen yogurt is quite the delight and their ice cream they make from scratch is delicious. My experiences with their service has been good because their boba, frozen yogurt, and ice cream all taste delicious. They have a very wide variety of options, however, the wait time is sometimes prolonged during business hours. Most people expect an average experience when going to a small and local boba shop, however, Ice Splash always has me excited for their products. My favorite drink to get is their Mango Smoothie with boba. This drink never disappoints. Additionally, their milk/fruit teas are delicious when I feel like getting a change but I still prefer their smoothies. They're freshly blended and you can watch them get created with your own eyes. Although I typically don't get them, they're frozen yogurt and ice cream is also a great option when you feel like it. Whether it be for their drinks or other forms of treats, they have quite the variety for different toppings to add and all their product comes for pretty cheap compared to its competitors. Ultimately, I highly recommend Ice Splash due to its great tasting products of boba teas, frozen yogurts, and ice creams, its wide variety of options, and its low cost. Despite this shop being one of my new favorite spots, I must admit that sometimes during busy hours, the service is quite prolonged. Ice Splash is a solid spot if you're having a sweet tooth! They have a bunch of refreshing drinks and frozen treats to choose from. They have a variety of smoothies, frozen yogurt, and ice cream. I'd recommend trying their cookies and cream shake which had just a good amount of sweetness to my liking. The staff is super friendly and kind as well! It makes me so upset to see all the negative reviews surrounding the wait here! Regardless of that, i decided to give this place a try since i saw they had ice cream flavors like earl grey, thai tea, and matcha (which is already difficult to find but yummy ones are even more rare) I have never had such good ice cream, genuinely. It could take her an hour to make me my ice cream and i still wouldn't complain lol. This place is pretty nice. I normally like to get plain vanilla frozen yogurt with some fruits for topping. I tried their frozen yogurt twice already. It was very good. Customer service is excellent. I don't have to drive to yogurtland to get my frozen yogurt anymore. Now we have a good frozen yogurt place right here in middle of Campbell. Legit- their jasmine milk tea is the best & their smoothies are all really good too (haven't tried all of them but the ones we did were all really yummy). Also, most boba shops are charging $6+ a drink but this place still charges only $4!? With the gas prices so high now a days, I need to save save money getting drinks...and the quality is high (they use a real teapresso machine & real loose leaf teas that they brew on the spot for you!). I'm a person who prefers frozen yogurt over ice cream, and have been bemoaning that pretty much all frozen yogurt places were still closed because of covid. This place is excellent - definitely a new favorite. It has a huge variety - frozen yogurt, ice cream, boba, smoothies, and lots of toppings (including fresh fruit!). They give you a disposable glove to wear if you are getting frozen yogurt (so that pushing the levers stays sanitary). The seller was very attentive. The pomegranate raspberry sorbet is to die for - a perfect mix of sour and sweet. I also got the classics - chocolate and vanilla. All three were excellent - the allergens were listed above the levers, the taste was great with no chemically aftertaste, and very smooth. The toppings were excellent - the jellies were firm, the pop balls, well, popped. The seller peeled the lychee right in front of me - definitely no sitting around for hours. read more

How much would you enjoy boba tea after 25 min wait? There is one employee / owner at the shop. She is super nice. She, however, takes 25 min to make 5 smoothies that someone ordered before us. From a customer prospective that is really long wait. If one is just purchasing frozen yogurt that is self serve and I believe one does not have to wait. In addition boba tea was way too sweet. So unfortunately we will not shop here again. If I was the owner I would either do a lot of prep for smoothies so they can be made quicker, or just got rid of them. read more
