The woman behind the counter scared up a couple guys who helped me and FIXED THE FLAT. OMG. I was so, so appreciative. I'd come back to the store and their parking lot because I knew if I had to wait a long time I'd be safe. I never expected this kind of care an community. The best. From here on out when I am back and forth either to or via White Pass I'll be making a point of stopping and being a customer.

The perks? Free camping. Ten dollar hot showers. Laundry. Cold beer specials. When the main toilet's locked, there are 24-hour porta-potties. When I told them the diagnosis of my dad being diabetic & his car wreck, they insisted on serving him sugar free drinks. They denied my dad service to their great coffee drinks because of his diabetes. You refuse business because you are concerned with your customer's welfare. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. So Michelle and Aneeka, if I haven't said it before, I am saying it now. Thank you for helping reign my dad in and looking out for him. They give a good amount of gyro meat, shredded into small pieces rather than being whole strips. It seems to be quite healthy with a ton of vegetables to balance the meat. We got a pleasant surprise and we always love these unexpected surprises like this when on our travels. Morton is a good place to have a brewery as it gets enough traffic and tourism that one could make a go of it here. I got their Grassy Mountain Wheat which was very good! I always like getting a good wheat beer and this was a good one! Steve tried a different beer and that was good too. The folks that run the place are really friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Good brewery and looking forward to making a stop whenever I'm back in the area.
