I've passed through this town twice in recent months, and each visit led me back here--first for a hot latte, then later for an iced one with a different flavor. Both drinks were excellent, crafted with impressive balance; I often find coffee drinks overly sweet, but here they strike a near-perfect harmony. The young barista, likely in her twenties, was warm, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to chat with--an added bonus to the already delightful experience. Don't overlook their packaged blueberry muffin either. To my surprise, it was one of the best I've had in that category--remarkably moist, with a vibrant blueberry flavor that lingers in the best way. A stop well worth making.

When I told them the diagnosis of my dad being diabetic & his car wreck, they insisted on serving him sugar free drinks. They denied my dad service to their great coffee drinks because of his diabetes. You refuse business because you are concerned with your customer's welfare. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. So Michelle and Aneeka, if I haven't said it before, I am saying it now. Thank you for helping reign my dad in and looking out for him. You two know how stubborn he is. And thank you for letting me vent when I go there. It means a lot . We got a pleasant surprise and we always love these unexpected surprises like this when on our travels. Morton is a good place to have a brewery as it gets enough traffic and tourism that one could make a go of it here. I got their Grassy Mountain Wheat which was very good! I always like getting a good wheat beer and this was a good one! Steve tried a different beer and that was good too. The folks that run the place are really friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Good brewery and looking forward to making a stop whenever I'm back in the area.
