They denied my dad service to their great coffee drinks because of his diabetes. You refuse business because you are concerned with your customer's welfare. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. So Michelle and Aneeka, if I haven't said it before, I am saying it now. Thank you for helping reign my dad in and looking out for him. You two know how stubborn he is. And thank you for letting me vent when I go there. It means a lot .
