The threading is very very standard if you are used to south asian eyebrow threading studios. Service is terrible. Staff is rude. When I walked in for a walk in eyebrow threading, the lady got up with this air of "why are you bothering me..." and told me to sign in the book... which was an electronic sign in- there was no book! Then while I was paying, she told me they have a minimum of $15 on credit card which I would be fine with had I understood what she was saying under her heavy accent. When I asked her to repeat, she did so with an accusatory voice and without eye contact as if she was doing me a favor. Extremely rude. Won't be coming here again. read more

DONT GO HERE!!! Made an appointment for eyelashes on Wednesday for 9:30 in the morning on Friday. Arrived on Friday and was told the woman was not in and to come back. The woman whom I was speaking to did not even give me the deceny and turn around. When I told her I had scheduled an appointment she shrugged her shoulders and kept doing what she was doing. I have never been more blatantly disrespected in my whole life. read more

I came in with 10 mins until closing to get my eyebrows done and they didn't take me in because she already closed the register. The store says they close at 7pm and Yelp says they close at 7pm but I still had 10 mins left. I rushed there for nothing. read more

First time here, and they were so kind and welcoming. I came for my first eyebrow threading, and I absolutely loved it here! They say to come back 2-3 weeks. Cost was about 12$. Thanks again! read more

Glad to find a studio that does threading nearby (I also used to drive all the way to Milford to get them done) and not to mention did an amazing job fixing my shape! So happy and will go back! read more

I went here because they had an amazing sale on groupon for gel nails, this review is solely on the manicure I received. I did not get any threading or hair removal done. The groupon was 50% off their gel manicure which I paid $15 for, so the price was amazing for this service. But I don't think I would go again for nail service, although the lady doing my nails did do a good job it just wasn't as great as I'm used to at other locations. There was a lot of polish that bled into my cuticles that I had to peel off :/ ETA: it's now Thursday, I went in for my gel manicure on Saturday & a few of my nails are already chipped or the polish is lifting. Not good. read more

The place was clean and empty when I walked in, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes and got my eyebrows and upper lip done! The lady reassured me when I told her it was my first time and showed me how to hold my brows in place while she threaded. She kept my natural shape, which is what I wanted, and left them tidied up. Only thing would be that it's a bit pricey- but I thought she did a great job! read more

I go here to get my eyebrows done and they always do a good job. I usually walk in, wait for a few minutes (if there's anyone ahead of me) and am out again after fifteen minutes max. The ladies who work here are always nice. I'm particularly impressed because I have extremely sensitive skin and have ended up getting rashes from threading before, but I've not gotten one since I started to get my eyebrows threaded here. read more

Clean place, professional staff, takes walk-ins. I had my eyebrows threaded and during the process they asked if i was happy with the thickness, afterwards they asked if I was happy how they looked and if there was anything that needed fixing. This was my first time getting threaded and it did hurt a bit bit I'm happy with the outcome. read more

Great place for eyebrow threading. Everyone who works there is friendly and will follow your instructions. I'm very particular about my eyebrows and have never been disappointed read more

I really love this place! I bought a GROUPON for $12 for 2 eyebrow threading sessions. I normally get my eyebrows waxed but this was one hell of a deal so I had to try it! Let me say, I am very happy I decided to try this place. The threading was pretty fast. As fair as painless goes, I am not going to lie, it hurt pretty bad. I normally groom my eyebrows by getting a good wax shaping and then maintaining the shape by plucking every so often. They were fast, efficient and priced just right! Wonderful job! I just bought another GROUPON for a mani pedi so we will see how that works out! TRY THIS PLACE!!! read more

Wow 5* stars I've been hesitant since moving from NYC to get my eyebrows done because I am so particular. Sneha did a great job of reshaping and cleaning up. One of the best places I have ever been to. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for around two years and never had a bad experience. It's nice that you can usually walk right in and be seen with minimal wait time. read more

Had a great experience as a tourist from South US in town for a few weeks in need of a breath of relaxation. I had the best pedicure and spa manicure and the massage chair really helped work out the stress in my body. People are nice and relatable and it was nice to breathe in that fresh air in a city. Easy 5. read more

Literally amazing! Sneha did my brows and they haven't looked better. I went in with what I thought was ok brows but man did she change my mind! I recommended this place! read more

I got my eyebrows threaded by Roma. She was wonderful! The customer service was great and genuine. My eyebrows look great too.

went in and asked for the slightest clean up ever after growing out my eyebrows for a year. she took off half of one of my brows and they're completely thin/uneven. will not be back. read more

I've been threading my eyebrows for over 10 years and I have dark/thick eyebrows, so I'm very particular about having the perfect shape. I'm so glad I tried out iBrow and and found my new go-to spot! My eyebrows seriously haven't looked this good in years! Sarala did an AMAZING job; she listened to my preferences and I was blown away by how precise yet quick her technique was. read more

I just moved to New Haven, having left a great threader back in the Bay Area. I went in to receive eyebrow threading with Sarala, and I can say that she is fast, fairly painless and I left very happy with the results. She also listens and respects your ideas about how you want your brows (the thickness, the length), which I really appreciated. read more

This place is awesome! It's affordable, and conveniently located in downtown. The salon is very clean, and the woman who threaded my eyebrow was very nice. Overall, great experience here. I've come back multiple times since my first visit. read more

This is the only place I have found for good eyebrow threading in New Haven! I usually see Sarala, and she always does a great job!

Quick, no wait, perfect brows. What else could I want in a brow place?

Disclaimer: this review is more about the service and not how well they do eyebrows. Go to sneha she is wonderful! I actually used to go to a different salon in Milford but then my favorite lady left so I stopped by here and there she was! Sneha is fantastic! She is efficient and gets my eyebrow shape exactly the way I like and also does a great job with leg waxing! If you come here I would definitely go to her. The problem is with the rudeness of the service here. I stopped by today to get my eyebrows done and wax my legs. When the lady at the front desk asked if she could do my eyebrows I requested to wait for sneha because she's so fantastic. I proceeded to ask if she could wax my legs while I waited for sneha to finish doing someone else's nails. The lady got super rude and said please wait a few minutes, she stood at the counter doing nothing mind you. Thirty seconds later she goes come let me do your eyebrows and I was like no I'd rather wait for sneha but I ask her again if she can do my waxing. She then asks if I had an appointment and I said no but it was completely empty and she goes well come back in an hour maybe we can do it then. All because I didn't let her do my eyebrows. I've been here plenty of times for walk in leg waxing and this hasn't been a problem. If she had been more up front about it and not all snarky because I didn't want her to do my eyebrows I probably would have gone back in an hour but now I'm not. Definitely not coming back. read more

I have been coming here for one year now for eyebrow, and I must tell that they are very professional, clean, and careful. I am missing Italy for a lot of things, but not for my eyebrows threading! I highly recommend it! read more

I love this place! I've been coming here ever since they opened and haven't been disappointed. Sarala does my eyebrows and she is wonderful. I had been looking for somewhere in New Haven to get my eyebrows threaded and I'm so glad I found this place. read more

I've gotten my brows threaded 3 times now at iBrow. Sarala is the one who has done a great job for me and I'll be going back. It's scary to let someone thread your brows when you don't know what they'll do, but I can't wax anymore (sensitive skin) so I needed to find a place that threaded. It's fast, parking is easy, and it's very affordable (I've seen threaders charging anywhere from $10-$60 for the exact same service.) read more

I moved here from California and I needed a good threading place. So far I am pleasantly surprised. This place is clean and then women are extremely nice. They are thorough and I am happy with the results. read more

Hands down the best place to get your eyebrows done! Easy, painless and quick. The only thing is I wish they would start doing individual eyelash extensions as one of their services! read more

I've gotten my eyebrows threaded here twice so far. They do a great job for a great price! Also, the technicians are very sweet.

Excellent service!! The threader was very precise and made sure that I was happy with the first brow before doing the second. I will definitely come back regularly, especially for the $10 price!! read more

Highly recommended for threading, much cheaper than the spot in the Omni and the staff are also more considerate and attentive!

This review is exclusively for threading. I don;t remember the name of the girl who did them, but she was great! Left a good shape! Good price. I want to try the nail services but the day that I went there, another customer was really upset about her pedicure, it seemed like they did a bad job with the nail polish. I am also concerned because the reviews about nail posted here, are from people that have only that one review. It will be nice if someone could comment on the nail services. At least for threading, I will be coming back. read more

Amazing job! Great, convenient location and a very clean and well-decorated salon. I had a mani pedi and the manicurist made sure everything was clean, including sanitizing my hands. She was very meticulous especially with my cuticles which were cracked and peeling before I went in. My nails came out great and I even messed on up on my way to the dryer and she redid it immediately. Really fantastic people and their prices are extremely reasonable. They offer pretty much every service. I want to try out more of their services and I have a feeling it's going to be a regular go-to place for routine beauty appointments. read more

I am, unfortunately, very dissatisfied with iBrow studios, I have made three separate appointments for a manicure and each time I arrived, the women told me that they could not see me that day. Unfortunately, I bought a Groupon or I would never come here again. read more

I moved from Dallas where I had an incredible brow stylist. I came to iBrow, Hitashi was my brow specialist and she was awesome! She did an incredible job, and for a great price! I will definitely be coming here regularly. Wonderful place. read more

Great location! They were very nice and take walk-ins as I just walked in. 10 dollars for the eyebrows. Quick, no fuss and very clean.

I hadn't tried threading before, but the person who worked on my eyebrows did a very fast job that was less painful than waxing I've had elsewhere (or done myself at home) and didn't leave the redness that a wax job will do, which always makes walking back into work or another errand a bit awkward. read more

Horrible, terrible, worst service. Employees were incredibly rude and obnoxious. They would not honor a groupon and it became an ordeal. Kept watching my friend and I trying to find our proof of purchase as we navigated through the phone. Insinuated we were lying. Wound up that we had trouble connecting to the server. Furthermore, 3 girls began to mock me as I sat in the pedicure chair. I tried to tell the owner and as I tried to give an example of what they were saying, she attempted to hush me. After all of that and the amount of time they took to finish, I asked for quick dry and she had the audacity to charge me for that oil that is usually available at all salon drying stations. Humiliating experience. Please spare yourself. BTY, I saw their threading done and is was subpar at best as was my mani pedi. I grew up in NYC and know quality. This is the furthest from it. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Ladies, go to an authentic Indian establishment, you will see the difference. Trust me on this. read more
