The threading is very very standard if you are used to south asian eyebrow threading studios. Service is terrible. Staff is rude. When I walked in for a walk in eyebrow threading, the lady got up with this air of "why are you bothering me..." and told me to sign in the book... which was an electronic sign in- there was no book! Then while I was paying, she told me they have a minimum of $15 on credit card which I would be fine with had I understood what she was saying under her heavy accent. When I asked her to repeat, she did so with an accusatory voice and without eye contact as if she was doing me a favor. Extremely rude. Won't be coming here again. read more

DONT GO HERE!!! Made an appointment for eyelashes on Wednesday for 9:30 in the morning on Friday. Arrived on Friday and was told the woman was not in and to come back. The woman whom I was speaking to did not even give me the deceny and turn around. When I told her I had scheduled an appointment she shrugged her shoulders and kept doing what she was doing. The place was clean and empty when I walked in, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes and got my eyebrows and upper lip done! The lady reassured me when I told her it was my first time and showed me how to hold my brows in place while she threaded. She kept my natural shape, which is what I wanted, and left them tidied up. I go here to get my eyebrows done and they always do a good job. I usually walk in, wait for a few minutes (if there's anyone ahead of me) and am out again after fifteen minutes max. The ladies who work here are always nice. I'm particularly impressed because I have extremely sensitive skin and have ended up getting rashes from threading before, but I've not gotten one since I started to get my eyebrows threaded here. read more

I had my eyebrows threaded and during the process they asked if i was happy with the thickness, afterwards they asked if I was happy how they looked and if there was anything that needed fixing. I went here because they had an amazing sale on groupon for gel nails, this review is solely on the manicure I received. I did not get any threading or hair removal done. The groupon was 50% off their gel manicure which I paid $15 for, so the price was amazing for this service. But I don't think I would go again for nail service, although the lady doing my nails did do a good job it just wasn't as great as I'm used to at other locations. There was a lot of polish that bled into my cuticles that I had to peel off :/ ETA: it's now Thursday, I went in for my gel manicure on Saturday & a few of my nails are already chipped or the polish is lifting. I really love this place! I bought a GROUPON for $12 for 2 eyebrow threading sessions. I normally get my eyebrows waxed but this was one hell of a deal so I had to try it! Let me say, I am very happy I decided to try this place. The threading was pretty fast. As fair as painless goes, I am not going to lie, it hurt pretty bad. I normally groom my eyebrows by getting a good wax shaping and then maintaining the shape by plucking every so often. They were fast, efficient and priced just right! Wonderful job! Disclaimer: this review is more about the service and not how well they do eyebrows. Go to sneha she is wonderful! I actually used to go to a different salon in Milford but then my favorite lady left so I stopped by here and there she was! Sneha is fantastic! She is efficient and gets my eyebrow shape exactly the way I like and also does a great job with leg waxing! If you come here I would definitely go to her. The problem is with the rudeness of the service here. I stopped by today to get my eyebrows done and wax my legs. When the lady at the front desk asked if she could do my eyebrows I requested to wait for sneha because she's so fantastic. I proceeded to ask if she could wax my legs while I waited for sneha to finish doing someone else's nails. The lady got super rude and said please wait a few minutes, she stood at the counter doing nothing mind you. Thirty seconds later she goes come let me do your eyebrows and I was like no I'd rather wait for sneha but I ask her again if she can do my waxing. She then asks if I had an appointment and I said no but it was completely empty and she goes well come back in an hour maybe we can do it then. All because I didn't let her do my eyebrows. I've been here plenty of times for walk in leg waxing and this hasn't been a problem. If she had been more up front about it and not all snarky because I didn't want her to do my eyebrows I probably would have gone back in an hour but now I'm not. I've gotten my brows threaded 3 times now at iBrow. Sarala is the one who has done a great job for me and I'll be going back. It's scary to let someone thread your brows when you don't know what they'll do, but I can't wax anymore (sensitive skin) so I needed to find a place that threaded. Amazing job! Great, convenient location and a very clean and well-decorated salon. I had a mani pedi and the manicurist made sure everything was clean, including sanitizing my hands. She was very meticulous especially with my cuticles which were cracked and peeling before I went in. My nails came out great and I even messed on up on my way to the dryer and she redid it immediately. Really fantastic people and their prices are extremely reasonable. They offer pretty much every service. I want to try out more of their services and I have a feeling it's going to be a regular go-to place for routine beauty appointments. read more

I want to try the nail services but the day that I went there, another customer was really upset about her pedicure, it seemed like they did a bad job with the nail polish. I am also concerned because the reviews about nail posted here, are from people that have only that one review. It will be nice if someone could comment on the nail services. Horrible, terrible, worst service. Employees were incredibly rude and obnoxious. They would not honor a groupon and it became an ordeal. Kept watching my friend and I trying to find our proof of purchase as we navigated through the phone. Insinuated we were lying. Wound up that we had trouble connecting to the server. Furthermore, 3 girls began to mock me as I sat in the pedicure chair. I tried to tell the owner and as I tried to give an example of what they were saying, she attempted to hush me. After all of that and the amount of time they took to finish, I asked for quick dry and she had the audacity to charge me for that oil that is usually available at all salon drying stations. Humiliating experience. Please spare yourself. BTY, I saw their threading done and is was subpar at best as was my mani pedi. I grew up in NYC and know quality. This is the furthest from it.
