Came here for dinner with my husband since we were in the area. I love how dimly lit it was inside. It was very spacious too. It was only a few tables so they seated everyone in the same area, closer to the kitchen. They had so many yummy options to choose from. Since I was battling allergies I went with the spicy beef noodle soup. My husband got the Taiwan braised beef noodle soup, which our server said was an excellent choice because it is made with its own special broth. We got the salt & pepper fried chicken as an appetizer. It was ok, I think it could have used more seasoning/flavor but maybe it was my stuffiness. The food comes out super quick. I do think the meat in the soup could have been a little more tender. But it was still good. The fresh ingredients made it very tasty. I would go back to try different dumplings and other entrees.

I really wanted to like this place especially since they focus on dimsum and noodles but the food isn't good at all. They were either too salty or too bland. The dumplings on the wonton soup were so tiny and it was just not good. I really wish the food improves but since they're in a chain, I'm guessing it's based on recipes. The restaurant itself is gorgeous! The space was huge and it was really pretty. Service was good as well, the servers were nice and accomodating. I'm giving the stars to them! Unfortunately, the food just does not hit the mark especially for the price point.

A great find, especially since they're open on Mondays and start serving an hour earlier than most dim sum spots in Virginia Beach. The interior is new, spacious, and very clean but a bit dimmed. While they don't use traditional push carts, the service is quick. The prices are fair, though portions are on the smaller side. The shrimp rice noodle crepe were smaller than I'm used to. We were disappointed they were out of the beef rice noodle crepe but the rest of the food was good. The chicken feet had a spicy kick! The leek dumplings could have been crispier. Can't go wrong with ordering more Crystal Shrimp Dumplings.

Waited for the place to open so was excited to try the place out. Kevin was our waiter and he was super nice. Everything on the menu that we ordered was pretty good. I ordered the noodle with specialty sauce but held back on the spiciness. Not sure if doing that was smart because it seemed like it could use more sauce, but the flavor was really good and a good portion too. We ordered the calamari and it had a seasoned batter that was pretty good. Also had the beef with Napa cabbage and the chicken dumplings. Ordered the Taiwan Braised noodle soup and custard buns. My husband and daughter got the mango refresher while I got the honeydew. They said theirs was more on the sweet side, but I really liked mine. Loved how spacious and modern the place was and looking forward to try more dishes.

Food is ok, but expensive for what you get. The dim sum does not compare to even other local dim sum establishments. The dumplings and sesame balls were comically small (pictured with hand for scale). I grew up going to dim sum with my family and ordering the dishes by their Chinese names as those restaurants did not have English menus. When I started ordering, the staff did not know the Chinese names of the dishes which is odd considering it has the Chinese name on the menu as well. The restaurant is also very dark. The vibe is cool, but it seems impractical and I would question the cleanliness if it weren't brand new because there were no observable bright lights to see to clean. I have tried it twice now. I will probably not be returning as I cannot justify choosing this over other truly local establishments. It's not objectively bad, it's just not for me.

Second time here and service was once again great and food was all delicious. Have yet to be disappointed. Place is modern and clean with a ton of space and a lot of parking available.

I was so excited for to try this place since I wanted to try other dimsum places other than my usuals. I was so disappointed that the food was not great. We ordered Spicy noodles w beef, the noodles got soggy so fast and the only food that was not salty. The taiwanese spicy noodles soup was same. The dimsum we got were chix feet was okay but not tender, steamed tripe was so SALTY that I have to add the vinegar on the table but made the taste bad, the spareribs was okay but salty, the shrimp noodles doesn't have the chewy texture on the noodles, siomai was not good either, and lastly the wanton soup the wanton has a very little meat inside. The service was fast and the server was nice. The restaurant was big and looks clean. I was not impressed with the food at all.

We tried iNoodle for the first time today. We got it togo and it was ready quickly. The restaurant was clean and spacious. The togo packaging of their food is very nice. While the portions were decent, it still seemed expensive for what you get. Food was okay..didn't taste any honey in the honey shrimp..not sweet at all.. will try again after they've been open a little longer

Not what I expected. Made it in the new inoodle in Va. Beach and did not expect it to be this nice. The restaurant is very roomy and very comfortable. I was expecting more of a different variety. The green beans were crisp and flavorful . The spcey wonton were delicious and the wonton soup was spectacular! My wife had crispy chicken with soup and loved it. The breading on the chicken was perfect. I highly recommend stopping in at least once.

Run, don't walk to the best new dim sum spot in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area. The place is new with a clean, modern design. The dim sum is prepared by individual order, so nothing is reheated or cold. The flavors are authentic, the service is great and I can't wait to go back!

They did close for a bit during the pandemic due to a staff shortage, but opened back up and haven't lost a beat. Local Yelpers have posted positive reviews on the food and service. Let's see how the visit went. We were immediately seated when we walked inside. They actually had a nice crowd inside which definitely had them busy. Since it's a dim sum restaurant, they came around several times offering small dishes. We declined until the very end and decided to order from their regular menu. My order was a cup of Egg Drop soup for appetizers and salted and spicy scallop, shrimp and squid. Everything was truly delicious. The soup was very hearty and full of flavor as expected. The seafood was fried perfectly and full of spices. The portion could've been a little more but nonetheless it was really good. To end our meal, we chose their shrimp balls off the dim sum plate. It was really good and flavorful. For our first time here, we were both impressed. Wonderful staff and food to back up the hype. The next time we stop by, it'll purely be items via dim sum :)

There was a line when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon before they even opened! Says a lot. My favorites were the spare ribs, beef stew, a type of taro dish, and the Chinese broccoli. I do wish they had more veggie dishes on the dim sum carts. You fill up fast so choose wisely! Next time would love to either try the lobster, steamed flounder, or roast duck.

The previous two times ended up with satisfaction. Shall the 3rd stop be icing on the cake? We were seated immediately upon walking inside. It was almost half packed which was fine with us. Decor was nice all around, the staff were friendly and customers seemed happy too. You know we can't negate that type of vibe. After looking through the menu for several minutes, I decided on ordering chicken in soy sauce (half portion) with a side of white rice and Egg Drop soup which came with crispy wonton strips. Everything was delicious. It has been a while since I've had this type of soup so I couldn't pass it up. The chicken was cooked well with plenty of soy sauce marinating the meat. I took half of it home where it was plentiful. Definitely not a bad lunch for the both of us (Sophia had the salt and pepper squid which was my go-to for previous visits). Hopefully we'll be back here sooner than later. Till next time :)

From the moment we sat down, the service felt rushed. Our waitress barely gave us time to look at the menu before pushing us to order. It didn't feel welcoming at all, it felt like we were an inconvenience. While we were eating, there was a very concerning situation happening with some employees. Two women who appeared intoxicated kept coming from the back of the restaurant, stumbling and falling all over the floor. One of them was repeatedly rubbing her nose with what looked like a powdery substance while a man kept pulling them back into a room near the restrooms. This went on multiple times. It was extremely uncomfortable and honestly scary, especially because my kids and their friend were with us. We weren't the only ones disturbed. Two other tables actually got up and left while this was going on. A couple sitting nearby looked completely shocked when the waitress began mocking me later on. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic and unprofessional. We ended up asking for to-go boxes because the environment felt unsafe. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it. The chicken was very soggy and not crispy at all. On top of that, the entire restaurant smelled strongly like smoke mixed with a harsh chemical odor. It did not feel clean. To make matters worse, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill. When I asked about it, the waitress immediately became defensive and said they charge 20% for parties over five. I calmly explained that we were three adults and two children (five total). Instead of clarifying professionally, she began yelling back and forth with another woman, mocking what I was saying. She then snatched the check from the table and said, "For future reference, it's 20% for everyone." The entire interaction was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Overall, extremely unprofessional, uncomfortable, and not a place I would recommend at all, especially for families.

My family and I (5 people) came in to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday dinner and there was nobody but us in the restaurant. The first thing I noticed was the server. He was dressed in jeans, hooded sweatshirt, a beanie and had a toothpick in his mouth. A bit out of the ordinary but to each their own for proper attire in what I would deem a upscale-ish restaurant. The real issue was him taking our order, seemed rushed. As we were deliberating and figuring out what we wanted. My girlfriend was talking about the scallion bubble pancakes. He came over and said, "I overheard you said the scallion pancakes, did you want to put in that order?" My girlfriend said no, she wanted everything to come out all at once. He said ok and then we walked off. Next thing we know, the pancakes came out WAY ahead of everything else we ordered. By like 15 minutes at least. When my girlfriend said something about it, the waiter said, he said outright " I never heard her say not to order them, she never said anything, and they are out right now". No apology, no I'll go ahead and fix that...nothing. When we we on the way out, we talked to the owner about the experience and the only thing he mentioned was that, the server was new and it's hard to find good employees because they revolve so quickly. Which wasn't really an answer at all. It was definitely a 180 degree turn from the first experience we had here which was 5 stars all around. I think given the experience, we unfortunately won't be coming back

The sweet and sour sauce had a slight flavor akin to some kind of cleaning agent; we just ate the chicken without the sauce. The chicken fried rice was the best out of all of it. The internal appearance of the place made us think the food and ambience would be somewhat traditional, but it wasn't even close.
