I had a really good experience with my first visit for lash extensions with Amy so I was looking forward to making this place my go-to for services. I booked an appointment for a facial and a new set of lash extensions with Amy a month in advance. I go in for my facial and Amy tells me to get my facial from another employee. I told her I specifically made an appointment with her but she insisted that I go with this "experienced" employee. I didn't love my facial by this other employee but would've preferred Amy to have done it--which I originally made the appointment for. After the facial, I confirmed with Amy if she was aware that I made a lash appointment with her the next day. She said "okay, don't worry, I will do your lashes for you." I come in the next day for my lash appointment with Amy and I find her doing someone's nails at my appointment time. The receptionist that was present when Amy confirmed that she'd do my lashes the day before recognizes me and speaks to Amy in their language then tells me that it will be a while for Amy to become available. I wasn't going to wait around for her to become available and she disappointed me twice in a row. Amy is a liar and she lacks integrity for this business. Lastly, if you don't have Venmo or Zelle and want to pay with credit card, they will charge you $1 for the credit card transaction. read more

I used to love this place. I got my eyelashes done here for over two years and the quality and work was amazing. I took a break and decided it was time to go back. I got my lashes done on 2/28 and i was content at first but when I left a whole bunch of fans started falling out of my eyes and i had gaps everywhere. I contacted them and they agreed to have Mindy fix it for me so I went back and it was the same issue. Mindy was not the one who fixed my lashes I know because i heard her client talking to her. I had to remove the lashes after only 5 days because there were gaps everywhere and the left eye she put too close to my inner corner so it bothered me. Hoping they improve their service read more

She was very helpful in explaining to me all of the details and options before she applied them. My eyelashes came out so beautiful! I bought the Groupon for a full set of eyelashes online, made an appointment and drove 1 hour with traffic to try this place out. Upon arrival I tell the lady in the front I have a Groupon and she said "oh we're not taking those right now". I asked why not and she didn't have a response for me. Then I asked when are you accepting Groupons and she responded " I don't know, maybe in 2 weeks". I told her I will not be purchasing eyelashes for full price when I have never been here before and she can't give me a good reason why I can't use the Groupon I already purchased. If a business doesn't want to accept a Groupon they shouldn't be selling it in the first place. I refunded the Groupon and will not be returning. Poor customer service. in response to what you are saying, the problem in the beginning was that the person doing my lashes had a problem with me choosing 2D and proceeded to give me attitude and when I asked her who did them do add a dew pieces she continued to have an attitude and REFUSED to add pieces when Ive been coming here for a long time and I know when I was getting 2D before it was more full but not as full as 3D which I tried and did not like. the person who did my lashes was rude and was NOT willing to fix them so when the front desk person asked me did I want her to add pieces I did not because I was already treated poorly and been rude to by my lash tech. there was not another person available to fix them at the time and I did not want the same lady who treated me poorly because I wasn't spending enough money to redo my lashes. I do not like the response i was given, as you said Ive been a customer and I have not been getting treated well here the last about 4 times that I've come! read more

I am very very disappointed with the service here. My first time here was great but my second and third were not I had to come back both times due to eyelashes falling out faster then normal. The second time I came the lash artist got glue stuck to my bottom lash line and while picking at it my eyelashes were still drying which caused my eyes to water and lashes didn't try properly. Two days later I begin to get a rash along my lash line which caused me to go to the doctor and later that day have to get my lashes removed. I asked store for refund and they denied it because it's "been too long" I'm very upset and Hugh recommend you stick with home lash tech experts. read more
