Have been getting my lashes done here since i moved to upland three years ago and haven't looked back! Their prices are incredible, they have different style options, and they look fantastic! So I went to get Gel nails at this place sat and it's been 2 days later. They did it too thin and it started chipping the day after. Very disappointed. They didn't tell me that the French manicure was extra, which I thought was deceiving. I'm not even going to go back to have them fix it, cause i am done with this place. If I could give Zero stars I would! There was only one person in there who actually knew what to do, but unfortunately she was very unsanitary. She came to help with my feet because the woman did not know what she was doing, and Went back to her client after touching my feet and touched her hands!! Did my lash extensions and started falling off within days. I understand they do but very noticeable. Then I removed lashes and decided on a lash lift, really wrong decision. Left lashes didn't take and right lashes over curled , look really damaged. Nice ladies but I just wasn't happy with results. read more

I was looking to get my nails done after quarantine. I came across an opening here so I made an appointment. When I got there it was pretty clear that they over booked appointments. I waited in the chairs until it was my turn. Their manicure chairs were a high backed straight chair that was very uncomfortable and the pedicure tub didn't have any jets. Now to the main reason why I provided only 2 starts. I did the Bella pedicure and a manicure. I had a cracked toe nail which she just painted over. My nails were very poorly filed and very uneven. When it came time for my massage on my legs she told me she needed to help another client. So the receipt put on gloves to give me a massage. Which was the worst I have ever had. And I ended up getting an infection on my finger nail from my manicure. It was very painful for a few days. I guess this is what happens when your desperate and looking for nail salon that isn't even really a nail salon. Now their eyelashes looked great. But that's not my thing read more

I waited over 2 hours to get lashes done. They really suck at scheduling. They're will overlap schedule and you'd have to wait way longer than you should. Amy is great at doing lashes. She just gets distracted with so much to do with overbooking. She got glue in my sisters eye. But overall, if you don't mind waiting for long, she does do a good job applying the lashes without clumping them. read more

my friend recommended me here .she had her eyelash extensions done here since July 2020. I book my appointment for my lashes done .great service from Bridget. She carefully did wispy eyelashes ,which I loved . She take her time and so comfortable! The music is so relaxed.I think I use the Yelp , new client offer.I did 3D wispy size 14 .also there have big parking lot. She tell me without water and oil 48 hours and no mascara.Don't rub you eyes and never pull your eyelash! Also use oil fee makeup remover.I followed her words.they keep good so far . I am blown away! The last time I got my lashes done really discouraged me from getting them done again (at a different location)...so when my friend recommended I lash plus I was hesitant BUT I am sooo happy I went! This place was so relaxing, they played soothing music and made sure I was comfortable, minimal outside noise the perfect relaxing get away. Amy was AMAZING!! I went to a lash place and I won't name names, but they did a subpar job. A week later I was going through yelp reviews and pictures and I came across I lash plus. I can't begin to explain the level of maturity and Customer Service that the owner gave me. I booked an appointment and my babysitter flaked. I honestly thought to just not go and move on with the day but the owner gave me a call and allowed me to reschedule an hour or two later! I was definitely looking forward to going to the appointment so I made arrangements and was able to go. BEST DECISION EVER. I walk in and she was able to take me right away knew exactly what I wanted from the pictures that I showed her killed it! She was able to do my lashes in about an hour and I was given a hand massage while on the table for about 5 minutes which totally got me relaxed. I don't know about anybody else but when I book these appointments I absolutely don't want to talk and I really just aim to relax. Also the table that I was on was heated so I stayed comfortably warm the whole time! Her mom is a masseuse they gave me the hand massage while laying down and right after my lashes got a full body massage! I don't get a lot of free time to do mom things alone and pamper myself so this was a crazy bonus! I'll definitely be coming back again! read more

So! Amy reached out to me and can I just say, her customer service skills are excellent! She offered to fix my lashes and eyebrows. I may have written my review prematurely and should have just contacted her about them. She used sensitive glue and basically redid them. I am so happy with them now, no itchy inner corners. And she stayed past her closing time to work on them. She was very accommodating and just amazing all around. Some owners and techs get so defensive about such things but Amy wanted to fix the issue and genuinely wanted me to love my lashes. I'm planning on taking my mom and little sister to get theirs done this weekend. This is my new go to place and it was so nice that she automatically recognized me as soon as I walked through the doors. So come here! read more

I've been a loyal client here for about two years, and this was by far the worst experience I've…read moreever had and that says a lot because I usually shy away from speaking up for myself. A service that normally takes 1 hour took 3 hours, and I was laying down the entire time. I am currently recovering from a knee dislocation, and being stuck in that position for so long caused my legs to start feeling numb and left me in pain after leaving. During that time, 3 other clients came in and finished services before I was even finished, which was extremely frustrating. I experienced major eye irritation as my eyes were tearing nonstop, extremely red, and painful by the end of the service and I truly believe it is due to the length in time. When I asked the technician how much longer it would take, I was told 30 more minutes, which then turned into nearly another hour. Despite all of this, I was still charged the full $130, which is what I normally pay for a service that takes about an hour. I asked for a reasonable discount because 3 hours for a 1-hour service is unacceptable and upon opening my eyes I felt the worst burning sensation. After going back and forth, the owner only approved a $10 discount, which felt dismissive given the situation. They offered me eye drops, but only if I used them and immediately gave them back, which I declined because I was already upset. The owner also did not apologize or take accountability and instead made several attempts at holding my wrist while telling me that they said they had told me it would take longer and that the employee was new. I was never told the technician was new, and even if I had been, an additional 2 hours is unreasonable and has now resulted in blurry vision and severe pain and discoloration in my eyes! I'm extremely disappointed, especially as a long-term customer. This experience showed a lack of consideration for client comfort, time, and safety. Unfortunately, this is the last time my family and friends will be returning and I will not be recommending this place anymore as I still have severe eye discoloration and pain even though they said it would only be this way "for a little bit". Well today is day two and I needed help opening my eyes which were closed shut and covered in puss. This is ridiculous and I even had to cancel my weekend plans because I'm embarrassed to be out like this.

I tried to return to a previous lash place, but I wasn't feeling that "wow" factor any more. So I decided to call this place again. "WOW " factor definitely took place after my session with Vanessa. I explained to her my concerns with the lashes I had on and I showed her a picture of the style I liked. LOW AND BEHOLD SHE NAILED IT. Shout out to Vanessa for making me feel fabu-LASH! Thank you to Savanah's momma for being able to get me in when I needed. I'm looking forward to the continued "wow" factor in the future. Ladies, try this place out. I have found my lash extension spot in the city, and I'm here to stay as long as amy stays around! I came to them after not being 100% satisfied with the experience I had at the first lash extension salon I visited, and I liked that I could tell them (even before I visited) what kind of style I was looking for and then could further specify down to the shade of extensions that I wanted. I was pretty nervous after my initial experience at the other salon, but amy was fantastic and did PURE MAGIC on my lashes. She was meticulous and thorough and although I had a very hard time staying still for the full one hours she spent on my full set of lashes, the final product was exactly what I wanted! They look really natural . I also appreciated the cute care packages they gave me after my extensions, which consisted of lash brushes, non-oil-based make-up remover, and a 'lash bath' serum. Definitely all things I needed to maintain my lashes after splurging on them! The only downside was that my eyes were pretty irritated after the extensions. but I think it was mostly from the under eye tape that was used. ,I mentioned this before I left and was assured that they would leave a note for the next stylist to hopefully use something less irritating. you can ask for the sensitive gule. I can't wait to be back to have amy work her magic on my lashes again! read more

I was looking for eyelash extensions service near my home and found I lash plus through Yelp! I call to make appointment for me . the lady answered my phone she was so friendly and professional. After booked appointment I got a confirmation by text.upon arrival , a lot of parking in the plaza.when I came in the lady who answered my phone came to greet me ,she introduced the eyelash to me ,there are different material and different styles,under her help I pick the 3D soft mink and cat eye style.because I like a little bit fuller but not too crazy. The price is reasonable and affordable .Nana did my eyelash extensions .she is gentle,professional and friendly.it took 1 hour and 15 minutes .the music is so relaxed,I fall sleep couple times. The eyelash extensions came out exactly what I want to. I booked my next appointment before leaving! So nice place , worth to coming! read more

i have an eye infection for the past week, amy didnt clean her tools b4 she started my lashs its been 7 days now swellon eyes itchy spoke to owner all she wants 2 do is offer 1 free set well insulting. and during covid this place was open and i was getting facials only 1bout if 4 was oerformed by a licensed person who actually used machines..thanothe facial i got was just face cleaning no machines not licensed persons they didnt know what they doing.each facial was $60.00 and each eyelash was $60.00 this place is cute but beware not clean unlicensed workers elizabeth if i could post photos i would be careful.. I had such an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and relaxing. The technician was very professional and paid attention to every detail. My lashes turned out absolutely beautiful -- full, fluffy, and still very natural. They perfectly matched my eye shape and enhanced my overall look without feeling heavy. I've already received so many compliments! The entire process was comfortable, and I could tell they truly care about quality and client satisfaction. Me and my mom went to Ilashplus it was our 3rd time going. So while we were there the lady started talking then all of a sudden she kept saying nigga. Not knowing if she's doing it intentionally I ignored it‍. I then confronted another lady about the shit and she was like oh I'm sorry she dont know. I said how long she been in the US she said a year. Bullshit! She knows. She said in their language the word ahh means nigga. bullshit! It took a lot in me not to react physically. I should have known better but you live and learn. I really wish there was black own in my area because upland ain't it. read more

I came in here for a new eyelash extension set asking for a 2D style with my sister. The lash tech make my eyelashes so full that it didn't look appealing to me. Next day, my lashes kept falling and I know how to care for lash extensions since it wasn't my first. Not only did it fall, but it actually took my natural lashes as well. My sister on the other hand, thought it wasn't bad at first, but when she went for a refill, she felt that they made her pay the amount of money for a new set than a refill. Might as well get a new set instead. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I had an amazing experience today getting a scalp treatment at this shop. Emily Peng was the one who took care of me, and I can't say enough good things about her. Her massage technique was incredibly professional and soothing -- I could tell she truly knows what she's doing. She was also very patient and attentive throughout the entire session, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and cared for. I have been going here since June 2020. I have had some bad experience before my eyes got irritated from other place.so when I first time here I was very careful.now they were got my heart.I always come back Because they are the best.I always got 4D volume,Mindy who did for me is so gentle and I fall asleep a lot.the price is reasonable .the parking lot is big .it's a very beautiful place for eyelash extensions. I try head spa here . That's feel so good . My hair my scalp was so amazing. They test you hair slap . I have a lot of dandruff and feel itch. It had been 2 day after I washed my hair The first they let you change the clothes which one is more comfortable. And go to the bed come with massage for the whole . That's nice . And treatment you scalp and massage you head . Wash you hair . Feel very relaxing . Also they do oxygen,high frequency,hair loss serum. So nice here . Will be back . read more

I love getting my eyelash done by Bridget. I was searching for a new eyelash salon and am so great I did. She take her time did my eyelash and patient . She did the amazing job . Everyone here is very nice and friendly too. The salon is very clean and cute . They wear the mask and hand sanitizer.Highly recommend the place to everyone. read more

The technician here is so professional , Mindy did my eyelashes! She is patience and nice ! She show me the style of eyelashes . I did cat eye style which one is the most popular.
