The end results are as always... you really do get what you pay for. They are less expensive than other places and the technicians including JUDY are faster than other places. We are talking minimum of 20min maximum 45 new set! Judy even clipped my lashes with scissors!!!!!!! I asked her to please not cut the lashes and she said "no honey we don't cut here"! I could hear the trimming not to mention you see where she BOTCHED THEM! I seen a spring deal on their website for $55 lashes and was inquiring about it. Serena was very rude and treating me as if I didn't want to pay because I was asking about this deal that had brought me into the salon to begin with. I proceeded to pay $78 for lashes since I was already there and no longer wanted to argue with her. They looked terrible and lasted 3 days before they all fell out. Also, eyelash extensions take time. This place spends about 30 mins to an hour at most giving you "individuals". Waste of time, money, and customer service is horrible. One of the worst eyelash extensions I've ever had. I've gotten my lashes done many times before and it's never been like this. During the process my eyes were burning the whole time while they're closed. By the time she finished I opened my eyes and they were burning so bad and I couldn't open my eyes the whole way since my bottom lashes got stuck to the top lashes. She had to pull my eyelash to get it unstuck and it hurt. It really sucks because Desi the girl who did my lashes was very nice but she definitely needs more practice before working on paying customers. Also the lashes they use don't feel like good quality. They feel hard and plastic not soft like how natural lashes feel. In the picture you can see that the eyelashes are actually glued on my eyelid and when I blink I feel it pinching me. It's been over 3 days and my eyes still hurt and feel heavy. When I washed my eyelashes today they hurt when I touched them and you can't brush them out since it's so hard and stiff. I see many bad reviews on the eyelashes and how you get what you pay for. That is definitely true. Judy the manager finished my mom's eyelashes in 30 minutes. Not even an hour. That is not normal. A full set should take a minimum of one hour. Otherwise it is a rushed job. I had to come back and get them removed since my eyes felt so irritated and sore. Schedule an an eyelash appointment. When I got there the worker thought I was there for a wax. Apparently there was a mixed up. I did ask her if you don't do eyelashes I can wait. I came here bc I had purchased a groupon and wanted to try getting simple lashes done. Groupon was for a full set of Mink lashes...and I would never come back here again. The girl that did my lashes rushed thru it all... and when she was done. It looked so bare .... I have gotten lashes done in many places and this was the worst... she tugged on my lashes so many times and glues dripped into my eyes it burnt. And it looked so bad when she was done. came here because my coworker referred me and told me about the affordable price and their good work. I am severely disappointed. I booked Judy but I guess she was still busy with a client so Serena did my lashes. I still had previous lashes from another place and I wanted to get them removed and get a new set. When she was removing my lashes, she was pulling really hard on my natural lashes and I felt her pull some out. I went to the bathroom to wash my eyes and I could see gaps in my natural lashes. I asked for a volume set with cateye shape. She did not do the gradual transition from the shortest to the longest length. She only used 12mm for majority of my eyelashes then 14mm for the rest. You can see there is a clear jump in length and it doesn't look good at all. You can tell she even used 14mm on my inner corners on my left eye. Overall, real disappointed in the work here. I've been to a few lash places and this place is by far the worst one I've had. Will not return. read more

Usually the hybrid lashes should take 1 hour or more. She finished in 20 minutes. It was very rushed and the quality was terrible.. my right eye is completely on even. I'm to embarrassed to ask for her to take them off. I strongly recommend do not come here to get your lashes done. Instead of fixing my lashes she didn't remove them. Don't come here to get the Lash Lift. I've had lash lifts done before in my life with no problems. I had grown mine out for a year. I go here to get a lash lift and the product they used did not work. They looked exactly the same. The Lash Tech said she noticed and left the product on for the maximum time. She was very nice & also noticed the same thing. The manager said that's how they're supposed to look if you have straight eyelashes. I told her this isn't my first rodeo. I didn't get what I wanted to pay for so she let me leave. I was bummed because it was for a special event and it's not recommended you do anything else on your lashes until 4 weeks. She recommended I put castor oil and try again in a week but I'd risk a lot of damage to my lashes. No thank you. I tipped my lash girl even though I walk away empty handed. Also, they don't place the lashes on your individual lash, they glue the lash to your actual lid so it's a cluttered mess. I wish I would have done my research before coming here. The material is very cheap quality. They look so fake and shiny! When you go to My Addiction Skin Care you are paying for amazing service, experienced lash artists, and the ambiance is like no other. Yes there's quite a difference in price but it's all worth it. They take their time, listen to your needs, and their materials are lighter and not so cheap looking! Full set runs $175. I had came in for a facial and the esthetician put a face scrubber that irritated my face. She was thoroughly rough with my skin when my skin did not require that treatment. I only had few pimples as an issue and nothing major like acne. Also to mention that some pieces of the scrub had gotten to my eye and irritated it horribly. I had to go the eye doctor to get the pieces out and was assigned antibiotics. I did not open my eyes. She claims she didn't touch my eyes but I felt the rocky texture of the scrub near the corner of my eye as she put the scrub.I under accidents happen but the way the esthetician handled the situation was unprofessional and careless, she didn't have a good vibe and seemed annoyed and ready to just get it over with it. Her behavior from the start was off putting, she did not greet me as she walked in, the atmosphere was awkward and quiet. Two part review for Rejuvenation Facial Part 1 - Blossom Beauty I expect when paying for professional services that professional employees use professional devices, professional equipment and professional products in professional environments. This is not what occurred this afternoon. No receptionist upon entering which is fine but not greeted professionally then when taken back to "room 1" I quickly realized this was not a private room for my facial which was NOT disclosed. This is uncomfortable since it's supposed to be a relaxing, rejuvenating treatment but there is a stranger mid-treatment in the same room. The Estician used store bought, generic products, specifically Up & Up Apricot Exfoliating. Part 2 - Estician: Vanessa Barely acknowledged me, specifically sed my name once over the entire treatment. Never asked what my skin concerns are, never asked if I had any allergies, never said what she was doing or what products were being used or what to expect, or how I was doing. Thank goodness I don't have any allergies and pretty much knew what she was doing. Bedside manner improvement would go a long way.
