Honestly the best carpet cleaning job ever! I have had my apartment carpets cleaned twice before Rob came out. They look better now then they EVER have before. Rob is VERY professional. He took his time and got the job done right. I have a pet and kids both have reaped havoc on the flooring. After Rob did the job you'd never know. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right the first time! read more

I am very happy with the service from Rob at I Clean Carpets. He was very efficient and the carpets look amazing!! I highly recommend I Clean Carpets. read more

Phew! I called Robert this morning after reading his reviews on Yelp. He squeezed me in by 11 am! Our aging dog peed on one of our bedroom carpets. Ew. Robert got out the blacklight, identified the spot, and went to work. The good thing about this company is that when you call, you talk to Robert. The guy who shows up at your door is Robert. You're dealing with one reliable guy who takes his work seriously. Even better - he quoted me a solid price over the phone, and that's the price I paid. While I'd happily call Robert again, I'll be even happier if I can keep my dog from EVER peeing on the carpet again ;) read more

The 5 star reviews are all true! Rob was friendly, honest, service oriented and really knew his stuff. The price was reasonable and best of all, Rob gave ma a quote on the phone and stuck to his estimate. My experience has been that many I get a quote on the phone and then the price changes once the cleaners are in my house (and they see that I've already moved furniture etc to get my carpets cleaned!). The carpets look like new again. I would definitely use this service again. read more

Amazing!!!! Robert returned calls quickly and managed our expectations on his arrival time! Our furniture and rug looks great!!! He took extreme care and time with each piece! We also had our vents done! We are extremely happy with the results and his professionalism! Highly recommend Robert!!! read more

Amazing work for both tile and carpet!! This guy definitely knows what he's doing and even takes the time to protect your home accordingly (walls, etc). Very thorough, honest, and reliable. Great price! Plan to use him again for sure. read more

Rob was fantastic. He did an excellent job, completely removing an old wine stain and a few pet stains. He cleaned my couch and it looks brand new. The carpet looks awesome. I'll never use anyone else! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

I signed up on yelp just to write this review. I really just wanted to get our tile cleaned, but I thought at his price I'd get the carpet cleaned also. Our carpet is shot. Embarrassed to have people see it. It's old, has dog stains..... We've had a big name co come out and clean it several times. When their done the house always smells & the carpet looks bad again in about a week. Robert came out several weeks ago, & even though he was running late (due to a problem with equipment ), he took his time, didn't rush. Carpet still looks awesome!!!!! Tile looks great!!!!! So impressed, you almost don't want to recommend him out of fear he'll get to busy & will start cutting corners. Robert, as long as you always do such an excellent job, I will keep recommending you. read more

Just had my carpets and tile done by Rob. Best job done by far. I would recommend Rob to anyone.

All I can say is WOW! Freaking amazing job! My husband met Rob at a poker tournament and when I suggested we needed to get our carpets cleaned he said we should call Rob at I Clean Carpets. I've utilized a couple other company's over the years and felt comfortable with what I already had known. I am so happy that Rob was able to do our carpets. NO JOKE, my white carpet is really white again!!!! I love it! I have never seen such a great outcome! This company is highly recommended! read more

Robert was super quick and efficient. I can't add anything more than the other 5 star reviews have already stated. He cleaned my Goodyear home in preparation for a rental, and I'll use him in the future every time we change tenants. read more

I only have great things to say about I Clean Carpets. Two weeks ago, my husband and I came home to find that one of our dogs had gotten sick on our new Crate and Barrel sectional sofa (which is a light cream color). We were planning on having it cleaned annually, but decided to speed up the process because of the dog incident. The next morning, I solicited offers from a few different well-rated companies on Yelp. Rob not only offered me the most competitive pricing, but he was able to come to my house bright and early before he began his other scheduled jobs for the day, which was hugely appreciated. He worked his butt off and left our sectional sofa looking gorgeous - no sign of the dog mess to be found! I would definitely recommend his company/service to anyone in the greater Phoenix area. read more

I was moving out of my apartment and made a last minute call to schedule a carpet cleaning. Rob was very accommodating and getting me scheduled ASAP. Then when he sent Alex to help me we found that my apartment building didn't have a water spicket. Alex came back at 6PM to try using my water heater, and when that still didn't work out Rob came out around 8PM to get the job done. AMAZING customer service!!! and the carpets looked brand new after he left. I had a large urine stain from where my puppy kept having accidents during potty training and you can't even tell anymore. PLUS he gave me a bottle of pet treatment for in the future as well. I couldn't have been more impressed or happy with the job! read more

We bought a house that had been "flipped", and by flipped, I mean the cheapskates had slapped lipstick on a pig and doubled the price, but it was the house we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted, so we bought it. The carpet the flippers put in was cheap cheap cheap, and it lost its pile and looked awful after 2 months. We wanted to replace it but needed to get 1 more year out of it so I called Rob. He came out same day and gave me a quote $200 below everyone else. He also saved me by fitting me in before my houseguests arrived. He took care of the pet damage left over from potty training our puppy, and worked like a beast to get our carpet looking amazing. I cannot recommend Rob's work highly enough. He's the only carpet cleaner I'll use from here on out. read more

After reading all the YELP reviews I called Rob and got an appointment for carpet and tile & grout cleaning. I had to wait couple of weeks for my appointment but wasn't disappointed in the end. Great job!! He makes sure everything is done right even if it takes longer than expected. Thanks Rob. read more

I couldn't imagine going with any other person / company to clean my carpets. Rob did such an amazing job and didn't try to do any up-selling nonsense. His prices are incredible and his service are even more so. My wife and I were very happy and I honestly couldn't recommend I Clean Carpets any more! Thanks Rob! read more

Best carpet cleaner in Phoenix metro! Rob is super busy, which only tells you how popular he is but he will always find a way to fit you in!

The rebel carpet cleaner. Did a great job on my carpets at a great price. Fast, complete and even left me a bottle of his maguc potion for spills that may come later. I am strongly considering him to do my tile floors. Great job Robert. read more

Rob's employee Alex just came to clean our carpet in our bedroom and we are extremely pleased! He was very kind and professional, and did an excellent job. Our carpet looks brand new again!! We will definitely be using I Clean Carpets for any future cleaning needs. read more

Rob and his assistant came out on fairly short notice and did an amazing job in cleaning our carpets. They made sure that all the corners of the furniture and the walls were covered so there wasn't any damage by the hose, although they were still very careful with everything. The carpets looked great! He got out so much soap and residue that was left after the previous carpet cleaning by another company. Great price, great service, great results. Would definitely use him again. Thank you! read more

I have used Rob two years in a row to clean carpets at my rental house. I was impressed with his work ethic and that he was right on time last year which is critical for me. Again this year I was pressed for time but I trusted his work enough that I simply left a check and provided him access to the property to get the job done. On time, on price, trust worthy. read more

Rob did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets and he was very reasonably priced. One room we thought we were going to have to replace the carpet soon but he cleaned it so well it looked like brand new again! He was very thorough and professional. He was put up all the corner guards so as not to scratch the walls with the hoses. All of the carpets in the rooms looked so clean and bright. He cleaned some area rugs and took extra special care with our expensive wool rug. I would highly recommend him and will be calling him again when I need our carpets cleaned again. read more

Really great service on tough pet stains. Couldn't be happier. Would recommend him always.

Always amazed at what Dave can get cleaned up! I have rental houses and he has salvaged the carpets many times. Even old stains. Highly recommended. read more

Wonderful experience! Great quality service and saved me a lot of money on rug cleaning. Really nice person and I love the idea of dealing with a local business person instead of a corporate conglomerate. Very happy and will use Rob again when our carpets need cleaning! read more

Use "I Clean Carpets", you will not be disappointed. Rob the owner/operator is detailed and thorough to a fault. And he really had his work cut out for him; honestly I didn't think there was much hope for my carpet . Now, I can't believe it looks this great! I have never enjoyed such great service for the price. I feel so fortunate. Rob is a super nice man. Five stars + Highly recommended. read more

We had Rob come out and clean our carpets and tile. Rob's work was great, the tile and carpet looks like new again! He was very nice and personable as well. I would recommend him to anyone. read more

Rob did a great job on getting back to us quickly, scheduling the appointment and had great follow up! The carpet was really dry (that's a first) normally it's left too wet or gets crunchy. Not this time the carpets look fantastic!!!! Price seemed reasonable and rob followed up next day to ensure a stain had come up. Highly recommended!!! read more

This was the BEST carpet cleaning, blinds and furniture cleaning. I moved into a furnished rental where it had been years of neglect. Major carpet stains removed. Blinds incredibly cleaned. Prices VERY reasonable. Half of nearest competitor. Rob put in 10 hrs of service in one day. Whole time cheerful, professional and thorough. I not not hesitate to recommend I Clean Carpets. read more

Two of my friends refer Rob to me, they say he does a good job of cleaning carpet. Today, he comes to my apartment, clean my room's carpet. All of the work he's done is awesome. read more

We got a puppy who decided to use our upstairs loft and living room rug as a toilet. We needed the carpet to be cleaned quickly as our baby was learning to crawl. When Rob was done our carpets were fantastic! Once he inspected the rug he actually recommended a professional rug cleaner as the fiber content could shrink due to the steam from his machine. We thanked him for being honest and not ruining our rug. He used boot footies and corner guards to protect our stairs and floors. He was pleasant and chatted about his baby who was about the same age as ours. We will be sure to call him again when we need our carpets cleaned! read more

I called I Clean Carpets about 2 weeks ago. I left my name and number and the no one called back. So, I called again the next day and talked to someone named Rob. He said he was busy, but would call me back that evening around 6 and if he didn't call, to call him. I called him around 7. He agreed to come out and clean my carpet between 9 and 10 am on Nov. 18. Well, he hadn't shown up by 11, so I called and left a message asking him what the deal was. He never called back. I called again about 1 p.m. and left another message and then proceeded to call another carpet cleaner. I will never again call I Clean Carpets and I will tell everyone I know that this is NOT the company to call. I am so disappointed as the reviews seemed to be so good. read more

Once again, I Clean Carpets did a great job cleaning our area rugs. This time it was extra tough because we have a new puppy who is finally potty trained (crossing fingers). The rugs came back looking fantastic and without the pungent puppy odor. We have scheduled him to clean our travertine. Will let you know how that goes. read more

Rob did a very good job of cleaning the carpets of my rental property so I won't need to replace any of them. Besides the great job he did, he ran extra trips to pick up/drop off the key and worked long and late hours. The price is very reasonable. It's the low bid of the quotes that we received. I would definitely hire him next time and recommend him to anyone. read more

I Clean Carpets AZ- Rob is Fantastic! He's cleaned for us twice so far, for my out of state vacation rental property in AZ. But even after the first time, I called him "MY GUY" - and even when others offered referrals, I said no, I want MY guy!!! His work is excellent! We were there both times when he cleaned for us & I said it's mezmerizing watching you clean Rob! Haha! I was under a LOT of time sensitive pressure on the second cleaning & I also told him I was so relieved- it felt like 50,000 Samauri Warriors got off my chest after he got it so clean! He thought I was saying 50,000 shades cleaner at first- and we laughed! Hey- THAT too!! Seriously! That second time, I truly thought it was gonna be impossible, but not for Rob! He had horriffic stains in carpet & upholstery sparkling clean in no time flat! I Highly recommend "I Clean Carpets AZ" - My "Mezmerizing, 50,000 Shades Cleaner Carpet Cleaning Guy" Rob to anyone! Thanks again- SO much Rob! read more

My carpet looks amazing! Rob is an owner operator and has 18 years experience. He was very thorough with attention to detail and problem areas. He took the time to do it well. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He was also prompt in his email responses and gave courtesy texts prior to arrival and prior to finishing the job. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends! read more

Very happy with this company! First, I originally called with an urgent carpet cleaning need. Rob (the owner) told me he was really booked and couldn't come for another 2 weeks, and gave me recommendations to 2 other companies that he trusted. I called those guys and they were all booked as well. The next day, Rob texted me and and asked if I had any luck with the other 2 companies. I said no. He said he could squeeze me in since it was just one room. So he came and cleaned our carpet and even surpassed my expectations with the great results. I will use this company in the future, and recommend him to anyone I know. read more

First off, Rob is an awesome guy. Friendly, talkative, and clearly enjoys his job. He was able to fit me in pretty much last minute before I left town for work which was very surprising since he's typically booked weeks in advance. He's done work for me in the past and he's the only one I use. He is dedicated to his business and his customers. He takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile. I really do wish more businesses ran in this manner. My couches look brand new and smell great. Thanks Rob for another great job and congrats on the upcoming baby!! read more

Rob was on time and worked his you know what off for two hours and restored my carpets to almost original again. Have never been disappointed and would recommend him for his workmanship and cleanliness. read more
