My family was forced to pay full price of $16.99 for my teenage daughters age 14 1/2 and 15 1/2, after they accompanied my married sons and their families to help out. They were told because they were on the equipment, they were playing. They were helping toddlers to navigate the mazes etc. My kids aren't interested in going there to play at their age: At the most they should have been charged as a 3rd adult. My grandsons love this place! I am sorry some reviewers had a less than positive time but I don't share their views. I have been there multiple times with my now 2 two year old grandsons. We started about a year ago. I go at starting time and we usually have the place to ourselves for about half an hour. It does get crowed on weekends but usually after about two hours grandad is exhausted and we leave before it gets too full. Today, a Tuesday morning we were the only ones there until 9:45. We left at 11:30 and there were at most 30 people there including adults. The staff has been generally very attentive. Today, for example, my grandson fell off one of the kids chair while I was taking a picture. Two staff members rushed in. While I was picking him up one brought a bottle of water and an ice pack. The latter was not needed but it have a great placebo affect in calming him. There is a general pattern on the negative comments. They illustrate that the parents were not actively supervising. I follow my grandson every where. I get out of there sweaty and physically tired from climbing and crawling countless times. I see a number of parents that sit with their smartphones or their computers while their young kids are two floors up and far away. It is a very safe place but issues can occur with very active and excited children. All in all I highly recommend Hyperkidz Two suggestions: Register and sign the disclaimer on the website before you go in. You only need to do that once and you can add multiple children. My 3 children (all 2 and under) had a great time! The jungle gym and other play areas were well suitable for their age. The staff cleaned the whole time I was there. Food was quite tasty as well. We had cheese pizza, bbq boneless wings, chicken tenders, and French fries. We went on a rainy Sunday at 10am. It was not overcrowded and had a diverse audience. read more

We took our granddaughter to Hyper Kidz thinking it would be a good way for her to work off some energy. She's 8 and is constantly moving so this place sounded great on paper. However, groups of children also use the place and have next to no supervision. The adults (a term used loosely) who are with these children do not supervise them. The children are left to run around, scream, and play on the equipment inappropriately. I don't know if this place is so desperate for money that they don't feel it necessary to supervise and ensure the safety of all the children or they just don't care. There were toddlers and young children who were also using the equipment. They came close to being knocked over while the unsupervised children ran around the facility. The owners need to step up and make sure that groups of children are properly supervised so that all children can play safely. read more

I don't know where to begin. I visited the facility on Saturday, October 31, 2020 expecting a nice clean, safe and fun Halloween activity for my 20 month old granddaughter. This was our second visit. We were there for the 9 am session. Much to my surprise, it was far from the festive event advertised. There was little Halloween decoration, only one maybe two staff members in costume and after an hour of play, and none of the activities happening, I asked about the Halloween activities and was told they would start with a dance party. My granddaughter continued to play a few minutes more and nothing. After an hour and 15 minutes there was no sign of any of the Halloween activities advertised (i.e. fog, bubbles, dance party, costume contest, prizes, etc,). Therefore we decided to leave. I asked what the blue ticket was for as I was gathering my things to leave, I was told it was for the Halloween party, so I asked again, what time does that start (mind you the flyer said 9am-2pm). She proceeded to check the computer and then turned to ask another team member, who just so happened to be the same team member I originally asked. When she saw who was inquiring she pointed over to another staff member getting up on a ladder and said he was getting ready to start the bubbles. Ok but what about the the other activities. VERY POOR PLANNING AND EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED. Now on to the cleanliness of the facility and the condition of the equipment. I noted that their inspection expires 11/22/2020 (not sure how long ago the place was inspected), however I'll be surprised if they remain open when and if it gets inspected at all. The foam mats are filthy and coming apart, the light up dance floor was not working and filthy, and overall the equipment has not been maintained. Hyper kidz is a great place to bring the little ones. There is so much to engage with and a great use of space. I've been a few times and each time I see the staff cleaning (more so when it's crowded). Bonus to the cleanliness is the lil disposable bathroom footies they have. A couple extra bonuses are the snacks/foods they supply as well as the birthday party rooms. I will definitely be returning! This place is awesome for kids. My son and his friends had a blast and didn't want to leave until they were forced to because they were closing. It was nice that the adults could go on the equipment too with their kids to ensure they were safe. It's very clean as well, which was the cherry on top. However, the reason I am giving 2 stars is that when we walked into the room for the party, it wasn't really decorated well. I expected a little more for the price, as it seemed the bare minimum was done. Also, there were teens who were the organizers of the party (who you could clearly tell didn't want to be there); they weren't personable at all. I think the best thing to do for the parties would be to have someone with a very energetic personality who makes you feel special since you are paying a good amount of money, and the decorations should be improved. If we hadn't brought our own decorations, it wouldn't have looked as nice as it did. So if this place reads this review, maybe consider a different approach to parties so people continue to choose you for them. Will we return? Sure, but for another party? We attended Hyper Kidz for a birthday party this afternoon. I love the concept and layout of the facility. The staff were all friendly and kind. I would give the concept and Staff a 5. What I will say is that when I walked in I was FLOORED by the sheer volume of people. I would strongly suggest the owners incorporate a capacity limit (below that of fire code) and possibly even block of time periods, ie. 10 am- 2 pm for birthday parties and then it can be open for general admission. It was honestly overwhelming the number of people. I definitely will give it another chance but I will not visit again on a weekend. read more

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE! DISAPPOINTED! UNSAFE! I was ready to leave as soon as we walked in! I had never visited this location but my 3 year old daughter was invited to a birthday party there on last Sunday. It was the most horrific experience I could have ever imagined. As soon as we walked in the door there were people everywhere, unbearably loud and unorganized. The front desk staff was unpleasant when we asked where we needed to go and what to do. We were then told to sign a waiver at one of the two working monitors which are located right in the middle of where people take their shoes off and the lockers. Imagine 40 people in one small area trying to move around while you're entering your personal information into this system. Two of the three machines working with lines of over 15 people in each. Then, after you've completed the waiver you have to return to the desk, wait in another line to get checked in and then you have to sign-in again on a sheet on a clipboard! What in the heck! So now, after signing your life away, you get in another line to get your hand stamped to finally enter... Next moment of safety concerns! The inattentive "gatekeeper" with a stamp never checked to see which adults were with what kids entering. There were five kids who went in before me (and I was only entering with one child), yet she stamped me as if they all were with me. What in the world! So I had to tell her so that the other children were stamped correctly. Then, you're inside... It's an enclosed jungle of chaos. Some of the equipment is truly unsafe for children. The large maze has too many areas that are dark and too many areas where kids are out of sight to parents. Parents are not allowed in this large unsafe contraption but you have areas where kids get twisted and lost and cry. When that occurred parents are going in! There should be more safety attention paid to this and all other areas. Let's continue with safety... During the times for singing happy birthday, they turn off a set of lights which cover a portion of the maze in the rear of the room which causes children in the maze not to see where they are going which can cause accidents. Also, this can allow for children to be taken or something done to them. Think about it, dozens of kids in a dark maze high off the ground. No! Why does the lights need to be off in that area! NO GOOD! Still on safety... So, during each party there is a 15 minute dance party on a dance floor that lights up. There's a bubble making machine which hangs above the dance floor. On Saturday, the manager pulled out a ladder in the middle of the floor to fill the machine. Kids were running around near the area which was unsafe. Then, when the next dance party was set to begin, the liquid from the machine overflowed onto the dance floor. The manager did not properly secure the area to clean the mess. Instead, while he was using paper towels to clean, kids were still dancing on the floor and some ran through the liquid risking falls and accidents. While, wiping the floor the liquid was still running out. DUH! Why not close off the area, move people away and take the machine down to proper clean and make the area safe. Not that I wasn't already over this place, this truly angered me and made me want to leave immediately. Once we finally were in the party room, the attendant wasn't really helpful. She stood around watching and then asked if it was time to serve the kids pizza. There were 20 kids and 1 attendant. Really! It would've taken forever to serve them. So a couple of the parents put on gloves and helped out. We asked three times for the water pitcher to be refilled but it never came. Just so not a place to spend money to celebrate our children. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE who would like to keep their sanity! read more

A highly anticipated indoor playground that any kid would love with its various activities. I brought my kiddo here on a Thursday morning, pretty much 30 minutes after they opened. Upon entering it was already chaotic. Only one employee was ringing up patrons while the other dealt with what I assume was another patron trying to get with party planning. The little waiting area where you enter the establishment is where you will fill out waivers, pay and store your belongings. This area was comparable to being in a sardine can, and the place hadn't even hit capacity yet. After you pay, you get a hand stamp and enter the playground area. Now I believe some people may think its to prevent someone from taking your kid and walking out, but I find that incorrect as I watched the attendee stamp that same shark(?) on person after person. Probably just to verify you paid as there is unlimited time to play. Any how, even with all this chaos, my kiddo loved it. We stayed about 2 hours, and probably could have spent the whole day there. We probably won't be back for some time, as the chaos is a bit too much. *Also, if you breast feed, they have a room set up for that. Brought my 2yr old toddlers here on a weds right as they opened to try to avoid the crowds. This place is truly a wonder for kids under 10. They had plenty of cubbies for your shoes and lockers. There are 3 play areas dependant upon age. Each section had plenty of activities to engage in and adults are also allowed into the play space. The center is a common area that had activities for all ages as well as seating for adults and kids to rest. There are signs that clearly state no outside food or drinks but we saw plenty of families that brought their own snacks. As long as you're not eating in the actual play area, I guess it's fine. There's counter space and chairs as well as snacks and drinks that you can purchase there. I even saw dippin dots! There a few things I wish could have been better. 1. Parking is limited up front so you either have to park around to the back or in the adjacent lot. Not ideal for days where the weather is bad. 2. It's a bit of a cluster to enter and exit as you have to go thru the same spot one family at time while getting stamped to go in and checking your stamp before you leave. Can't get to my shoes any other way. 3. The area under the big kid section isn't well lit. All the nooks and crannies are great for exploring but uninviting when it's so dim. Overall the prices are fair when you consider it's unlimited play and free same day re-entry. My twins had a blast. We are definitely coming back. read more

The facility itself is great but the crowd management was terrible. There were far too many people inside - both adults and children - and when asked about their size limits, they said they close when it gets to capacity, except for scheduled parties (we came on a Sunday afternoon so there were a lot!). The problem w that is that people who come for parties are welcome to stay as long as they like so there ends up being way too many people inside. The other big issue we experienced is in the area for kids 2-7. First, IMHO, I think 2-5 would be a better range. That aside, there were *several* MUCH older kids playing in that area with NO regard to the smaller children nearby. I witnessed them damage equipment because they were too big to be on it and had to physically stop the swing one was on because she had it going so strong and was about to slam into a toddler nearby. My son loves this place and so did I until today. We come about 3 - 4 times a month in cold weather. We had not been in a while so today was a good time to visit. But today's visit was HIGHLY disappointing. The place was NASTY, FILTHY and STINKY. Parents are allowed to bring in backpacks filled with food, then the kids make a mess. Personal bags bigger than a purse and strollers should not be allowed in. There should be atleast 1 person assigned to go around and make sure trash is up, tables and chairs are wiped down, floor is clean and kids play areas are clean. The employees stand around looking bored and disengaged. Some are just socializing and not working. I am greatly disappointed that this place has come to not care about its customers. We attended a birthday party on a Sunday evening. It certainly felt near capacity and really chaotic. Check in and out process was fine - no issues there. Not sure how old this indoor playground is but the equipment has seen better days. A lot of the climbing areas have been patched up with duct tape but it's mostly just falling apart. The bubble swings looked like they could use some more filling as well. The teenage workers who are supposed to supervise areas were apathetic at best. One girl was sitting at the top of the gym area on her phone the entire time. The guy manning the 2 and under play area let the bigs kids hop all over the water bed with an infant on it. The only reason this place is getting two stars instead of one is because of the stellar performance of the girl managing the birthday room. I didn't catch her name but she was on top of absolutely everything. She was fast and efficient, and a hard worker all around. Honestly can't praise this girl enough. She single handedly managed a room of about 20 kids and all their parents. She distributed food, snacks, drinks, cupcakes and then cake. She cleaned up more than her share as well and we still had time to spare and didn't feel rushed at all. She also seemed to have communicated well with the birthday host. read more

These places make me oh so nervous. Germs, unattended children, inattentive parents and just mass chaos lol. Not what you expect in a review I know. With all of that, it is a great place for a kid to be a kid. There is tons of parking around the facility so don't fret. The entry way is COMPLETELY OVERWHELMING! If there is anything that can be done to modify this, please make it a priority. It's just unsafe to have so many tasks just to get in and play. How many in your party, did you sign a waiver, no sign one here or do it online, put your shoes here, do you have socks, if not buy socks, need a locker, get that here too all the while trying to keep track of other peoples crazy kids. Or kids fighting parents because they don't want to leave. It's just a lot! The party rooms are a great size. Bathrooms clean, shoe covers available for those that don't want to de-shoe. Plenty of hand sanitizer around. Some seating for parents while kids tire themselves out. Great facility, scary also because the play area is so well crafted that it's easy to lose your child. Hyper Kids is a very fun place to take your kids. I am a nanny and enjoy taking my family's child here. I especially like that there's a designated area for kids two and under. My only complaints are that the toddler area isn't monitored by the staff. So the older kids will come in and be a little too energetic around the babies. My second complaint is that the place can be quite dirty. I prefer going in the mornings because it's quieter. When I do, I typically find rappers, food crumbs, dirt and hair left on the floor from the night before. For a place made just for kids, they need to enforce better hygiene. read more

Lots and lots of fun for kids here. Autopilot for parents (of kids who are older than 6) just have an ebook loaded and find yourself a seat! For parents of younger kids, you need to be involved a bit more, as there is a lot going on here and you could lose each other for a bit. Try to make sure your under 5's don't end up in the larger kids play jungle as the little ones tend to get stuck. If you've never visited, bring grippy socks (not just regular socks!), as many are the surfaces in the play areas are smooth and slippery. Also be sure to call ahead and make sure they are not at capacity for the day, entering for my daughter's party I noticed a sign saying there were no more open play slots (at 1130am!). Get there early or call ahead! We've hosted a party here and also come back for kids play dates. I highly recommend the birthday party packages as you really do get your money's worth. A party attendant decorates the room w anything you bring and the facility provides table cloths and paper goods to match. We had our guests arrive a bit before our party's time slot so they wouldn't be late for our time in the party room. The birthday child is given a dance party on the LED-lighted dance floor and opportunity to take pics in front of the HyperKidz backdrop. Guests were then escorted into the party area, then pizza served after the kids had played awhile. Gifts collected on a cart. Happy Birthday song followed by cake, then boom back to playing! I would imagine after the cake and song, you'd have to vacate the room for the attendant to clean and prep for the next party but bc we'd booked on a holiday (Labor Day), we were the only party of the day and got to keep the room as long as we wanted. This was great as the kids wanted to keep playing but parents needed a place to sit as the place was packed that day. All in all we had a fun time but do warn guests that they'll need to check in and sign waivers upon entering which can back things up a bit if you're on a tight schedule w the party room. read more

We've been here twice and both were unfortunately during peak hours. I would honestly rate them a 3.5. The place is definitely geared towards kids however I wish their "baby" area had more options. It reminds me of those playgrounds you find in the mall. The other areas are good for toddlers and up however when they are at capacity, it feels like madness. Their equipment sure must be durable since there are tons of kids abusing the motorized swings. Their party rooms look decent but they have a lot of parties that go on at the same time. It's nice that you can come and go if you want. I they do have refreshments you can purchase. Update/response to post: Oh I have the correct business. The manager was a man named Pravin. This was in April and we were first in line and Pravin said birthday parties only and told my family 30 people to leave. It was months ago so maybe he didn't say drop ins but he clearly said there was no drop in spots they were full with back to back birthday parties. Also several staff members were going in and out of the building. We left and never been back. I immediately reviewed and complained on your Facebook page with no response. I even got the managers name. We never went back. This place is one of the most chaotic and unprofessional establishments I have ever taken my children. Several weeks ago I took my kids here and was the first first family in line that eventually became 100 people deep. Several staff members can in and out and never said a word to anyone. A manager came out and said no drop ins today we and booked solid for parties. I said there was no sign on the door, Facebook post, or information saying this in their website and he told me too bad not his problem. Very rude. This place is so dangerous it should be shut down. Instead of making the place LESS slippery they have applied a coating so the entire play place is slippery. Kids literally cannot walk without falling. I will never return and nobody else should. It used to be the bathrooms were slippery - which I brought to attention of management - and now the entire facility is slippery. In response to owner: No warning was given. Kids started falling and crying within the first five minutes of being there. It can't possibly be true that there are no issues at the other locations if they have the same floor. Good luck to this place, it is slippery, dangerous and there is clearly no plan to make it safe "while the floor settles in". NO MASK REQUIRED - DIRTY - NO TEMP CHECKS We once frequented Hyper Kidz and we once were monthly pass holders. It was generally enjoyable for both us and our daughter with the exception of the FILTH. As a young toddler, she constantly picked up and tried to eat all sorts of trash that clearly was not from that day (since we always came upon opening). Flash forward to COVID and our current world climate. We have been there three times since reopening was allowed. First visit, which was week one of opening, they had publicly announced a 3pm-330 closing for sanitation. We were there for that closing. It was a teenager walking around with a sanny wipe. There were also broken balloons all over the gym..... obviously pre-pandemic. Instead of making the place spotless over a two month closure, it legitimately became less clean. Visit two. Just as filthy. We were there right at opening. Very confused as to why the teenage employees, who literally had nothing to do since it was only us and another family, did not pick up trash. Visit three and probably our last. We followed a woman in today who just wasn't wearing a mask. The desk staff didn't ask her to wear a mask and she never wore a mask during her entire visit. Perhaps one bad apple? No. I would say maybe 6-7 parents had no facial coverings, not an attempt, ZERO coverage at all. The staff didn't seem to care and more disturbing, didn't seem to be uncomfortable. I run an essential business and have been on the front line of this since day one, and TODAY is the most unsafe I have been since announcement one. Patrons yelling at their kids spitting all over the gym equipment mask free. Just disgusting and unsafe. The real kicker? Those party balloons have turned to discarded masks laying all over the space. If you are taking this even remotely seriously, avoid Hyper Kidz, the place is disgusting and there are more masks on the ground then on the parents. Nobody Cares here. read more

Came here with a friend and her 4 children on a Monday late morning. It was packed! We were told by multiple people not to waste our money because there was a field trip there and no staff members were enforcing the rules. We tried anyway. It was pretty insane and the students from the field trip were absolutely running the place with very little supervision for each age restricted area. Nyelle, though, was a boss and made sure all the little ones in the 2 and under space were safe by keeping the "big kids" out! Saw her later making sure all the kids were safe in the 2-7 age range area. She was the only staff member who was taking her job seriously the entire time we were there. Once the field trip left, things calmed down a lot and it was much easier to maneuver around the place. A note about the 2-7 area - that's a BIG range and there were many times where I had to be extra careful with our 2 year old to make sure she was safe. I recommend perhaps changing those ranges a bit. They're supposedly expanding which is a great idea and I'd love to go back with these kids once that's complete. The 7 and 8 year olds in our group had a blast in the "big kids" area and didn't seem to mind the large field trip that was there too much. I'm not sure how field trips are handled but I feel like there should be some restrictions or at least notifications about when filed trips will be present. We drove over an hour to get there and almost turned around based on how upset the parents we talked to were. There is "real" food available to purchase (snacks are available too) but it seems like it has to be brought in from somewhere and is a bit pricey. Additionally, there are very little places to actually sit down and eat, especially with littler ones, unless you're there with a party and are utilizing a party room. Hopefully this is addressed with the expansion. At the end of the day, the kids had a blast and that's what mattered. read more

I love letting my kid test his limits a little bit but watching him play near a section with yellow tape makes me nervous. Precautions because the area was down, I'm sure. I took my two year old and 6 year old here and they had a blast. SO much fun. I LOVE the concept but it was so dirty :-( the machines that were supposed to be working for the kids to play on were broken. You can see the grim built up. Great place to let the little ones blow off steam. I took my daughter here over the weekend, she is 18 months. She enjoyed every second!! Like others mentioned, the place can get pretty crowded on a Saturday so keep that in mind. We got there around noon and we left around 4PM. We were able to walk right in at noon but when we were leaving at 4PM there were people outside lined up to get in. Also, I wish there was a bit more to do specifically for the smaller kids (5 and below). There is an area dedicated to them that has a slide and a couple of things for them to climb on but they tend to lose interest in that fast. Maybe a ball pit? ****3.5 STARS**** for this business! From a business stand point, this is a "cha ching" ! From a child's perspective, Hyper Kidz is the best place to be! From a parent's perspective, it's overwhelming. Hyper Kidz is a place that kids can go to burn off excess energy. It's divided into three parts (I think) the left side of the business is a maze of climbing, cool slides, and neat air pressured cubby that shoots balls. The right side of the business is more focused for the smaller kids. Soft slides that feed into a ball pit, enclosed area with fans where kids can play with balloons, hidden area where kids can play with soft building blocks, and a carousel. The far back area is for the small babies or small toddlers. I visited this location on a Sunday in the afternoon for a party. The place was PACKED. There was a cluster waiting to get in the "unload" area where you leave your shoes, coat, etc. This is also the same area where you pay for entry and sign liability waivers. Because it was super busy in this area, it can give the impression of chaos and disorganization. There are employees to help direct people where to go but it was a lot to take in. The entrance and exit is basically the same door. I'm not sure the purpose of this except to check on who is leaving for capacity purposes. When we were leaving, I heard the guy telling people they were at capacity. As I said before, this place was very busy and filled to the brim with adults and kids. I noticed that it was very difficult for party hosts to cart their supplies in and out of the party hall. So many people where in the way and pushing a heavy cart over the foam cushion floors didn't look like it helped. I believe corrections need to be made on logistics for birthday party hosts. The hosts are hurried to set up thus leaving them approximately 30 minutes to get set up and allow their guest to enter the party/eating/cake area. I felt bad for them and thought to myself that I won't want to host a party where you are rushed to that extent. They have room for improvement in this area. Maybe booking less birthday parties or allowing less outside customers to enter? Overall, my daughter had a great time playing here and isn't that the purpose of this place? For an adult, I had a very hard time keeping track of where she was because I spent most of the time trying to weave around the mass amount of people in the way. I gave 3.5 stars because the kids loved it and the staff was helpful. I've taken my 2 year here old twice. The first time was on a weekend and it was crazy busy, music was way too loud... the place was a freakin' zoo! Fast forward a few months later and we went again during the week. Was a huge difference. Music was at a reasonable volume, not very crowded, and just an overall better experience. My son really enjoyed the dance thing they did with bubbles. On both occasions staff was present, place appeared clean... although they needed to keep the hand sanitizer dispensers filled. The price is pretty fair with two adults entries for free. If big crowds don't bother you or your little one(s) go whenever. But if you prefer a more relaxed vibe like me go when most kids are in school. It is really a totally different experience! read more
