Patrick did an excellent job! Got all of the stains out of my carpet from the previous owners. Very quick and efficient.

Nice guys, prompt and very responsive. Gave me a service in an area for free and great advice on how to clean any future puppy mishaps.

I bought a used couch and it had pee stains under the cushions from the previous owner. You could smell it really bad while we were moving it. I didn't know what to do so I Googled couch cleaners and yelp recommended hydro care. All of there reviews are 5 stars so I decided to call in on a Saturday. Righr away someone answered the phone and said the soonest someone could come out would be tomorrow morning (Sunday) between 10 am and noon. I paid over the phone only $200.00 for a 7 seater sectional which is not bad at all. They said they would use a product to get the dog pee and the smell out. Sunday rolls around and 10:15 am they call me to let me know they will be coming soon. 11:00 am there here cleaning my couch and steaming it. I am happy to say I will use hydrocare again for my carpets next month! They are a great company and they were very prompt. I appreciate it guys and my couch looks brand new and smells brand new! Took about 2 hours hours but I'm glad they took there time! Shows me theu really care. Awesome job! read more

Awesome job. I found HydroCare Services based their great reviews on Yelp. Recently I moved out of my Apt and needed my carpets cleaned on very short notice- no problem. They answered the phone promptly & asked me all the questions necessary to get an idea of my place and the condition of my carpet. ( I have a very large dog and 2 cats so there were a few spots ) They came on time, Michel & Joe were very polite & professional, took their time and my carpets look like new! Amazing. I'm pleased by the experience, and that I paid the price quoted over the phone. I'll be referring them to everyone in my circles, highly recommend HydroCare Services. Will definitely use them again for my carpet, tile/grout and even upholstery. read more

Found these guys on Yelp. They were courteous, knowledgeable, fast and thorough. I would use them again.

A+ great service and results. Would recommend them to family and friends! Very friendly with my dog which is an extra star in my book. We will be calling them again in the future. Thank you to Michele and Patrik for making this a good experience! read more

Employee: Patrick Services: Steam cleaning and pet treatment Location: Tempe Prompt, courteous service. Patrick showed up about 30 minutes into my service window and got right to work examining everything. He was very up front and honest about additional charges, which I was expecting because I have pets and we all know how pets + carpets work. He was quick but thorough, and succeeded in getting the worst stains out. He was also very pleasant and easygoing considering my dog tried to lunge at him a few times until I locked him up. I chose this place because of their Groupon + Yelp reviews, and would recommend others do the same. We will need to get our carpets cleaned again in a few months and I will definitely call them to do so. read more

Was very happy with the outcome of my carpets! Patrik was friendly and thorough with his work.

Fast friendly service. The guy showed up within an hour of my call. One of the couches look almost brand-new. The other two were too bad of condition but they cleaned up nicely. The equipment was professional and everything came out great. read more

They called before they came. They evaluated carpets before starting. They provided a written estimate before starting which was exactly what they quoted over the phone. There were two professionals and their equipment was top notch. They did a great job and will be my go to people in the future. Very professional Mark Scottsdale read more

I did not get my carpets cleaned by HydroCare Services, but was very unimpressed with the customer service received. I purchased a Groupon based on the service area being within 30 miles of a certain zip code. After doing my due diligence and ensuring I was within the area by at least a few miles, I purchased the voucher. However, when trying to schedule an appointment, I was told to send a text with my address and the type of Groupon purchased and that I would receive a response within an hour. Nearly 3 hours later, I was told it would be an additional $20 for being outside of the service area. When I brought up that the "fine print" just lists a zip code and that I was within the prescribed radius, I was then told that it was a radius from the business address (which is not what was listed on the voucher). I was a bit put off that the company did not want to honor the voucher as it is written and somewhat felt like I was being "nickel and dimed" - if it's happening before the appointment, who's to say it would happen later too. So, instead of fostering the support of a new customer (which I think was the intent of the company using Groupon in the first place), their treatment of the situation has made it so I would think twice before using them or recommending them to anyone else. It also compelled me to write a review in hopes that others don't have this same issue in the future. At minimum, I hope the company updates the details on their Groupon information to state the correct service area by listing their address rather than a zip code. They seem to do good work according to other reviews, so I'm ultimately disappointed. The Groupon was refunded (by Groupon). read more

I used this company twice. On a new home purchase and home I am selling. Both times they did great service, were very helpful in getting me setup and getting the floors cleaned. Greatly appreciate the both crews that completed work for me and got the floors to where I needed them to be for the move in and sale. I would recommend again. read more

After researching on Yelp and seeing all of the 5 star reviews, we called and scheduled to have our carpets and tile cleaned. Michel prompted answered phone on Monday morning and we were on the schedule for the next day! He arrived on time and did an amazing job on both carpets and tile. Not only does it look great, it smells amazing! Great experience and definitely recommend. Look forward to getting my couches done next. Thanks HydroCare and Michel! read more

Patrick showed up on time and did a fabulous job steam cleaning and conditioning my carpets! Thanks!

They were super friendly fast and efficient. I set my computer in the kitchen for what I thought was going to be the long haul, By the time I got everything set up, the carpets were done and they looked fantastic! I chose HydroCare for the good reviews and they lived up to it. read more

Carpets look and smell amazing! Courteous staff, fast scheduling, and on time. I will definitely use them in the future!

This has been my best experience using a Groupon and will definitely use them again for Carpet Cleaning even without a Groupon. George did an incredible job and explained everything very well. He was friendly and knowledgeable. My carpets look brand new and smell fresh! read more

I work at Hillside Baptist Church and needed our nursery carpet cleaned. I checked Yelp and found HydroCare with so many good reviews I knew I couldn't go wrong. I emailed them and they called me back in 5 minutes. Told them what I needed and they could do it anytime. Made the appointment and they were there actually before the window we had set! Patrick was very helpful in what needed to be moved and what didn't. He did a wonderful job and our carpets look nice. we will keep them for future work and I'm going to use them for my own home. Great job guys! read more

I used Hydrocare Services last year for a rental property. They did a fantastic job. I recently purchased a Groupon for HydroCare Services.....5 rooms for $79. Great deal right? Problem is that they don't REALLY clean your carpet. They only used hot water and vacuuming. If you want the carpet "conditioned" (cleaned) that's an extra $35/room. The actual carpet cleaning took Patrick 15 minutes! Not 15 minutes per room (2 room were actually closets)....15 total minutes. It took him longer to get the hoses out and put them away than the actual "cleaning." Lesson: I would not purchase a service such as this from Groupon. And because of this experience I would not recommend Hydrocare Services as now I still need to get my carpets cleaned. read more

Michel was amazing!! He was prompt, professional and reasonable. Had the carpets cleaned, stone floor polished and couch cleaned. The couch looks brand new again. Old stains removed from the carpet. I would definitely use HydroCare Services again. read more

Michel did an amazing job getting out some really tough stains in my carpets and over all cleaning. This is my first time using carpet cleaning in Scottsdale since I moved here and I won't use anyone else! Easy appointment booking as well. On time, friendly, courteous and efficient as well! Great experience and definitely recommend! read more

Very unimpressed. WE rarely wear shoes inside and have no pets. They try to upsell you to condition or scotchguard. The couple stains (very small) are still there. The charge $35/room to condition but because the stain was so small Patrick said it would be $15 (area may of been approx 2 feet- max). Don't bother with this company look elsewhere. Patrick and his assitant were nice that was the only positive of this experience. I did have a groupon and maybe because of the groupon discount everything is extra (I don't know). read more

AMAZING service. Michel and his associate were professional, thorough, and friendly. We had just moved into a rental property and the carpet desperately needed help. It smelled like wet dog and has seen better years. They cleaned it so incredibly well, I think they were able to add a couple years of wear to it. The smell is completely gone and looks 10x better than it did when we moved in. Their prices are fair, competitive, and transparent. I HIGHLY recommend HydroCare for your carpet cleaning! read more

Great Job! I will do business again with this company. Patrik cleaned my upholstery. He did a great job. Very personable young man. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. read more

Love how I pay for what I want!!!!!! No annoying upgrades. My carpets are clean and all pet stains removed. Get friendly service.

AVOID !!! Purchased a Groupon - they attempted a $40 up charge per room for pet stains that was in fact already treated on a prior visit. On declining the up charge, they refused to clean the carpets and left us the day we are going to market with the sale of our home. I called the office and the person was very rude, and yelled at me to call Groupon for my refund. In other words - they WILL not honor the terms of the Groupon unless you pay them more for other services regardless of whether the additional services are needed. read more

great service and great prices. The guy came on time and was able to take care of my mess, will definitely use again.

The guys from HydroCare Services were awesome! My wife was blown away at the customer service and carpet cleaning services. They were upfront about the services and did not try to up sell or be pushy about their other services. We highly recommend them for carpet cleaning services in Phoenix. We plan to use them and recommend them to our friends and family. Joe even called us to follow up on their work. Great value and expertise! read more
