When I went to pick them up, Dustin very kindly looked at the fit and told me they were probably too small, but said I could try them for 30 days. After about a week of wearing them, I realized he was right, and so they exchanged them for me in the next size up, no questions asked. I'm so grateful they have this policy, so grateful for their friendly, non-judgemental, and helpful staff. I love their inclusive "running is for everyone" motto, too. I brought in a Derringer Twist 2 that I was given, a box of target ammo, and made a down payment of…read more$50. Mazama's recommended McClusky's, as I didn't know where to go. I wanted them to clean the Derringer and test fire it (who knew they would charge for that when I brought in my own ammo? That seems wrong). I stopped in every week to check on progress. They said I don't need to stop in, I could just call, but my calls are not returned. After 3 weeks they said that it wouldn't fire, and needed to be bored because it had been dry-fired. I said to do it. I continued to stop in weekly. A couple of weeks later they actually called me and said it needed to have something filled (1st bored, then filled. Hmm. Did they create the problem?). I said go ahead. I eventually stopped going in. A few weeks later, they said they think the problem is the spring, I said replace it. Two more weeks, they called and said the springs are no longer made, but they could fashion one. Again I gave them the go ahead. That was about a month ago. They haven't called, they haven't communicated in any way. They've had the Derringer for about 3-1/2 or 4 months. I have left a voicemail message, but I am not holding my breath on a return phone call. I still give them a 2-star rating because they are always pleasant when I stop in. However, pleasantness only goes so far. It doesn't make up for their lack of communication or the fact they have had my Derringer for such a long time. I cannot recommend them.

There's a single mirror in the women's section, that's completely hidden/camouflaged, and I had to ask where it was. There's no fitting room. Somehow after listening to him, I could see why. Customer service is huge in my husband's job. This guy fit in far better at Oregon Sports, where he wasn't required to have any customer service skills. The store you can't even navigate through isles and racks they are crammed together. It's honestly gross and needs to be swept, and cleaned up from front to back in the store. Forget using a cart through isles you can't get through at all. The clothing department is for sure the worst area. I'm disappointed because it's no longer a nice clean store to go to. I just want to get in & out. The staff used to be helpful & knowledgeable and now they don't know where anything is when we need help & look like they aren't happy to be there. We used to have much better customer service previously. Disappointed to see this store change so much recently.
