The tech said he needed to work on my Face ID and charged me an extra fee for that, so I agreed. When I went back to pick it up he had removed extra components claiming he wanted to look into them over night. The phone wouldn't stay on longer than 3 minutes so I went back and they agreed to fix it. Over the course of 3 days I went in several times as they kept making the phone worse!! In the end they completely ruined my phone and blamed it on me. The tech and owner are so rude and cocky, I was shocked at their lack of professionalism. I should have listened to the other reviews who have also had their phones broken here. DO NOT GO HERE. They destroyed my phone, did not offer a refund, and now I've had to buy a new phone.

The employees are very difficult to understand and also have a hard time understanding customers. After charging me to diagnose my laptop's problem, they ordered a part. One week later the part arrived and I dropped of my computer to have it installed - they charged me again on the spot, and said more would be due when I picked it up. At the end of the day I still hadn't heard from them, so just went in. They had not installed the new part and the repairman said he "was not confident" to do so because my laptop was "complicated." He said it should still work fine, though, despite not replacing it, and charged me for the part and installation. Then when I got my computer home, the sound wasn't working. I took it back in and complained about the sound and the fan charge. They keep the computer for two days and then left a message saying the had finally replaced the part they couldn't replace before, and they also needed a new part for the sound issue, which they would pay for. After six days, they called and said the part was incorrect and that it would be an additional five days to get the right one. They said it is hard to find the parts on eBay. I asked if they had tried my laptop company directly, and they said no, they had not. Nightmare. Definitely go elsewhere if you can.

I am extremely computer savvy, especially on the software side. Also, I typically install my own harddrives and RAM. I have built PC's in the past. I have a 1 years old laptop that has a few missing keyboard keys. I installed Windows 7 on a few days before and had this laptop running like a champion. It was exteremly fast and efficient. I have never replaced a keyboard on a laptop and needed a keyboard replacement done quickly so I stopped in this store for help. When he said $35 I said okay. He finished the job in 20 minutes. I could see him perform the work from where I was standing behind the counter and while I was not staring at him and was browsing the web on my phone, he politely asked me to step away from the counter. I did move to the window. Approx 10 minutes later he came and said your computer needs to be "optimized because it is running slow". I looked at my PC and saw an hour glass for everything I wanted to do even to just open Windows Explorer. I told him this is not in character with this PC. I ended up leaving and upon getting home I discovered that my laptop would now hang for the simplest task. I re-installed Windows and the necessary drivers and now have my PC back to the state it was at before encountering this crook. Avoid this business.
