She's back and everyone else that use to work there left since she returned. I believe in second chances. Worst decision ever. This woman is still just as loud and ignorant as ever. What upsets me is that she targets older individuals and those who will not speak up for themselves. She still takes advantage of them. This place will no longer get my business

Really? I'm the first reviewer? That makes things difficult,…read moresince my review won't be glowing... I am not used to this "card, no coins" laundry thing, so, having just moved to the area, I walked in with a purse of quarters.. only to find that I couldn't use them, that I had to BUY a card for 2 dollars and then put more money on it (paper money only) in order to use the machines. I left my detergent at home by mistake, and the machines for that required the card too. So when I finally got all THAT, I went to use the machine, and it wouldn't close properly. I asked the employee for help and he SCREAMED at me. It got way worse, but I will leave it at that for now. I went back today, because its really my only option for laundry.I used a different type of machine and the door closed, yay! HOWEVER, the machine subtracted money from my card, but then the machine didn't start, so I asked the employee (different one today) for help (I followed the instructions to the letter, so no idea what happened) instead of, say, telling me what I did "wrong", she just opened it, and slammed it re-shut, while giving me a rude look. There was also trash all over the place today... WHILE SHE WAS SWEEPING AND MOPPING... she just kept pushing it around. Seriously, what the heck?

First, I would like to preface this by saying that the suits I sent for dry cleaning came out…read moregreat. I did not notice any issues or damage and was satisfied with the cleaning itself. However, I would like to share my experience regarding other aspects of their service. I sent two suits, each with its own suit bag. When I scheduled the return delivery through Uber, I saw the pickup photo and noticed that one of my suit bags appeared to be missing. I called Star Laundry Club to ask about it, and my concern was initially somewhat dismissed, which was fair since I had not yet received the delivery yet (maybe the photo was wrong). However, when the Uber arrived, I confirmed that one of the bags was indeed missing. I called again, and they did find the missing bag. I was initially told that a staff member would deliver it on the same day as my call, but I did not receive it that day. When I followed up the next day, they apologized and was instead asked if I could pick it up myself. I politely explained that I did not think it was reasonable for me to make a separate trip to retrieve an item that should have been included in the original delivery, particularly when I had already tipped the driver. I believe the inconvenience of correcting this mistake should not fall on the customer. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the suit bag to be returned. Called again for an update, but my call was not picked up. I appreciate the quality of the dry cleaning itself, but I hope the missing item issue can be resolved soon.

I actually drove to the store initially to drop off my stuff and they provided me two new bags to take home and use upon delivery. The staff is super friendly and understanding! They actually forgot to give me a few things during my first pick up, but they called me back a day later and apologized for forgetting things. They scheduled a drop off for me right away and I was able to get all that I wanted. Now that's what you call convenience and great customer service. When I received my stuff, it was all neatly folded in large plastic bags and select shirts were put on hangers. It's a family operated place, and so far all have been very friendly and accommodating. Best of all they have reasonable pricing for dry cleaning and do a good job. I regularly have to bring suit jackets for cleaning and when you're cleaning several items it can add up quickly! Winter coat (wool, long) was $10.
