Their reviews as well as overall ratings were what attracted me to use them as well as their experience with split units. My call was answered right away & I was able to get an appointment the next day. That went very smoothly & the technician was very professional & helpful. Unfortunately a while later my Carrier unit's fan motor started making noise. It was Easter weekend, but I called them to see if they could send someone to at least take a look at it. Chris the owner responded to my call & despite being with his family, said he'd be over later that day. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and explained to me that the previous repairs on the ac unit had replaced the fan motor with the wrong size motor for that unit. He took the time to educate me on why the motor was wrong & had resulted in damage to the fan. As a result, both the motor & the damaged fan would need to be replaced. He said he'd work on getting both a new fan and motor for the unit. Unfortunately there were non in stock from the local suppliers as well as LA. We're able to find the right motor & fan at an out of state supplier which was able to ship it UPS 3 day delivery. Parts came a day early, & Chris was there the next day to install both! He again showed me how the new motor & fan were not only the right ones for my unit, but also how it would be more energy efficient as well. Chris is a true professional who genuinely cares for his customers! I'd definitely recommend him to any of my friends in the future!

Before the tech could come out, the unit started working again, so I canceled. Kali, who I'd been in contact with, was super understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all. She even offered a discount for a future check-up--seriously great customer service! Fast forward to Labor Day weekend--of course, the A/C dies again, late at night. Thankfully, a storm rolled in and cooled things off just enough to sleep. I immediately reached back out to Kali the following morning, and she had a tech, Chris, at my place within a couple of hours. Chris was awesome--super professional, explained everything step by step, and even took photos to show me exactly what was going on. He found a few lingering issues that should've been addressed by a previous company. His quote was fair, and he gave helpful, budget-friendly recommendations without any pressure. Long story short: honest, responsive, and reliable. I'll definitely be calling Chris and Assured A/C for any future needs!

What a fantastic experience! Starting off with meeting their salesman Julien who showed up on time,…read morewearing a company shirt and listened to what type of system I wanted and what my budget was and then presented me with 3 options all within my budget and within 2 hours of our meeting! Next came the 3 person installation crew: Aaron, Johnathan and Jesus Jr. They showed up on time, in uniform and introduced themselves to me. They installed my new split system ac unit with an inverter compressor with a gas heat fan coil unit and installed new diffusers throughout the house in 10.5 hours working non-stop (I gave them access to the drinks in my mini fridge to keep them hydrated) but I was very impressed with their work ethic! They even fixed the 2 pre-existing issues I had with no air flow in 2 of 3 rooms by rounding out my duct work that had become squished. In the course of moving the old fan coil unit out and the new fan coil unit into the attic, the ceiling sheetrock was cracked; they took pictures and reported it to their boss and brought it to my attention. So, Next Level scheduled a repair man for the ceiling and a Tech to investigate the lack of air flow in the kitchen. 2 days later Roberto and Bryon showed up first thing in the morning. Roberto not only did a great job repairing my ceiling, he also repaired the area around the new thermostat that needed touching up. Bryon adjusted the volume dampers we added to our existing ductwork to force more air to the kitchen that had always been starved of air flow. My whole house is now very comfortable and I'm actually looking forward to receiving my electric bill to see how much I'll be saving!!! I found Next Level by using Google AI and asking for the best AC companies with the best pricing and the highest customer satisfaction ratings and Next Level was one of five companies I interviewed. They obviously have earned their reputation in this valley!!! Thanks again to everyone at Next Level for taking of me.

Kimberly, unfortunately your response continues to focus almost entirely on my tone during the…read moretelephone call while failing to address the core issues raised in my initial review. I still dispute your characterization that I "immediately mocked" your employee, used "aggressive language," or engaged in "abusive behavior." I was certainly upset and frustrated, and I have never denied that. I was standing in a house that had exceeded 100°F during approximately 115°F desert temperatures after your technician had just assured me that I would have functioning A/C throughout the night. The central issue concerning Nicholas has also been misstated in your response. I have never disputed that Nicholas diagnosed the Lennox S40 thermostat as the likely problem or that he placed the system into test mode. The issue is that Nicholas specifically reassured me before leaving that the A/C would continue running cold THROUGH THE NIGHT and into the following morning, until he could return with a replacement thermostat. Approximately ten minutes after he left, the system stopped because the test cycle ended. That is the critical point your response still does not address. Had Nicholas simply told me, "The system is in test mode and will only operate temporarily," there would be no dispute about what occurred. Instead, I relied upon his specific reassurance that I would have cooling throughout the night. This is the key failure here. Your response also fails to address several other important facts: * Why did the A/C stop approximately ten minutes after Nicholas left when I had just been reassured that it would continue operating throughout the night? * Why did your employee laugh while I was distressed and attempting to obtain assistance? * Why was I subsequently told by you or other management that the employee laughed because she was "nervous"? As if that excuses her unprofessional behavior... * Why was I told by Nicholas that a technician would return the following morning with a replacement thermostat, only to have that service canceled? * Why has there been no acknowledgment by Timo's that I had to obtain a hotel room for a number of nights because my house remained unbearably hot after the temporary cooling failed? Your explanation that your employee repeatedly apologized also does not address the fact that she laughed during the conversation. Regardless of whether, as you or another manager later told me, she laughed because she was "nervous," laughing while a distressed customer is explaining that he has been left without A/C in a house exceeding 100°F is inappropriate and unprofessional customer service. I also welcome your preservation of the COMPLETE telephone recording, including the entire context of the conversation, as it will reveal your employee laughing at me over the phone while I was upset while being stranded in my very hot house with no A/C. I was upset, but I strongly dispute your false characterization of my behavior as "abusive". The recording should demonstrate not only my frustration but the circumstances causing it and my repeated attempts to get assistance after the solution your technician had just assured me would last overnight failed within minutes. Timo's was certainly entitled to decide that it no longer wished to do business with me. That is not the central issue raised by my review. The issue is what occurred BEFORE that poor business decision: your technician reassured me that I would have A/C overnight; the system stopped approximately ten minutes later after he left my residence; I immediately called Timo's for help; your employee laughed during that conversation; I was left without functioning A/C in extreme desert heat and had to obtain a hotel room for several nights; and the promised replacement service was subsequently canceled. Fortunately, Comfort Air in Thousand Palms subsequently came to my home, replaced the Lennox S40 thermostat, and restored my system to normal operation. Their staff was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and concerned about resolving the problem. I still stand by my reviews and my description of my horrible experience with Timo's Air Conditioning & Heating. Rather than continuing to falsely characterize an understandably frustrated customer as the central problem and deflecting any accountability, I would encourage Timo's to address the specific service and customer-care issues outlined above. Those issues...and how they were poorly and unprofessionally handled...are the reason I wrote my reviews.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company…read more I contacted them to come out, look at an HVAC job, and provide me with a quote. They were recommended to me by someone I trust, so I was looking forward to potentially working with them. However, there seemed to be an assumption that simply coming out to provide an estimate meant they had already been hired for the job. I also had another HVAC company come out to provide a quote, which I believe is completely reasonable when comparing pricing and services before making a decision. When it became apparent that I was getting multiple estimates, the interaction became uncomfortable and, in my opinion, the response was unprofessional. At no point had I agreed to hire anyone, and I had not even received a final price. I'm not sure why any customer would be expected to commit to a job before knowing what they are going to be charged. I respect everyone's time and appreciate someone coming out to look at a project, but customers should also feel comfortable asking questions, reviewing pricing, and getting multiple quotes without feeling pressured or made uncomfortable. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
