This bookstore is located in the Fort Worth area and has a nice selection of books for all ages. I actually think their children section is much larger compared to other stores, which I think is perfect for families. Personally I prefer fantasy/fiction books and that specific selection was much smaller compared to other stores, however they had some of the most popular titles. Besides books, they have a nice selection of stationary items, puzzles and other games. They definitely had some very unique finds I hadn't seen anywhere else. Last but not least, they do have a rewards program and for every $100 you spend you get credit to your next purchase which I thought was pretty nice and a good incentive to support local businesses. If you live in the area I would highly recommend joining their program.

So I ended up watching movies all night with strippers. Good times. Good thing I didn't ask the other thing because that would have been a Cindie's-cent Proposal. This is my favourite Cindie's store, but then I haven't been in that many of them. It's my favourite because I saw two really hot girls here who I think are, um, dancers. (looks innocent) One of them was dressed in very revealing yoga outfit. Unfortunately they did not flirt with me, but you can't have everything. I took my adult industry girl in here (twice) and we looked at all the shoes and outfits. She got a couple of outfits the second time - the cheap fishnetty kind. Same as the kinds of girls we both like. Some of the outfits in the window are absolutely obscene and incredible, and if they were not massively overpriced would have bought all of them. Unfortunately we can get them online for about one quarter of the price, so that's what we do. But seriously, they had some amazing outfits here - and some really great mannequins too. These mannequins are extremely full-figured in all the right places. Their employees are also really friendly, especially the one trans person who hit on me a lottttttt (if she is single and available or even not single and available then she should give us a call), (I'm kidding), (maybe), she was super nice to us and we would like to reward her. Wait this is getting creepy. But come here for all your lingerie, sexy shoes, obscene outfits. Some are cheaper online but nothing beats shopping for these in person and seeing what they actually look like before you buy. The "magic parlor" is in a space on Exposition near Fair Park. There's street parking or a couple of paid lots if the street is full. The space is pretty small, but didn't feel cramped with 50 or so guests. I booked my ticket online for $20 through Prekindle. You can also pay another $10 to reserve seats in the front two rows. We strolled in and they checked us in. Seats were first come first serve so we were in the very back. My friend brought in his cooler of booze, but I also noticed there were a few free bottles of wine at the front and some bottle water. Very nice! David Jessup a local comedian opened the show and was the MC all night between acts with the help of Audrey Grace who opened and closed the curtains and held up the applause sign when David was bombing (haha). There were a couple of burlesque dancers at this show. One, Bethany Summersizzle, danced a few times. The other, Jai Le Bait did crazy stunts like swallow a knife! Confetti Eddie is the main performer and he reminded me of the old timey black and white movies where the folks didn't talk. He was so cute and charming. He did a few corny magic tricks that were still very fun to watch! Popper Zander was on hand this Friday night and played a few songs of her own that went well the night's burlesque/side show theme. Overall we had such a fun night. It's kind of awesome turning your cell phone off for an hour or so and enjoying a show with live performers. Both were very good and the tricks were fun. The venue is very intimate and had only seats 50 or so - which meant that virtually all of the audience had the chance to participate in the show at some point. The show itself had several acts along with two musical interludes from the Wild Natives (who were also quite good). Afterwards the performers invite the audience for drinks at one of the bars close by. We had a great time and would recommend it.

I thought I was bringing my boys to admire the art and to have a good time, but I too had a very enjoyable experience. We visited on a Thursday, a little after noon. It was not too busy at the time, so we were able to truly enjoy the experience without a crowd of people. When we first walked in, we were surprised to find an entire house behind the door. That was the first of the surprises Meow Wolf held. I will not spoil all of the surprises here, but I must say that we were pleasantly surprised as we went through the exhibit. I could tell a lot of work went into making the various rooms and art in the rooms, and I commend the artists' creativity and downright ingenuity. It is true that everything won't appeal to everyone, and I do not know anyone who likes all music that comes on the radio, all art in a museum, or all books that are in a bookstore. The things that we liked, we savored, and the things that we did not like (which wasn't much), were ignored. As I made my way through some of the exhibits, I felt like a child in Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. The colors were so vivid, and the art in some areas just seemed to pop off the wall. My sons love having the ability to touch and interact with the art and not just look at it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are already planning our return.

We had the other hour to eat pizza that we provided although they have variety options that includes cake and pizza as well, we just didn't choose that since we had custom made cakes and other items.
