This place is a joke. The only reason I went here is because my girlfriend and I used to enjoy it so much years ago and they had so much different inventory. Let me start by saying this establishment does have something for everyone from beginners to the more adventurous and daring, and has always been clean and competitive on pricing, seeing as how all adult novelties are pricey regardless; that being said, I visited this store early this morning with two of my girlfriends at 3:59am exactly, after 12am you have to buzz to get in which is no big deal. It's 3:58am, so I buzzed, and nothing just a whole lot of commotion, so I buzzed again unaware that my friend had buzzed as she walked in and had been rudely yelled at from behind the door, it was freezing and sleeping so we stayed in the lobby area and waited at the least seven minutes then the door flung open and an obviously perturbed black man just said I need all ids and told me and only me I had to put my purse in car, mind you mine was not the largest purse being carried but fine whatever I politely ran in he sleet and cold and put my purse in car. When I came back in I apologised for ringing and tried to make light of the niece started to look around, opened the part of a box that is magnetic and you have to open to see the co tents and the gentlemen screamed at me across the store to bring it to him I could only look at things he opened at counter!!!!! WTF I still obliged and took him everything to the counter as I continued to shop, and I guess I was taking too long because he told my friend and I quote' you need to go help her make a decision' so I could either buy or leave I assume? I quickly left after that and spent at the least $200 less than I would have had he not been so rude and directed at me!!!!! His name was Francis and I will turn right back around and walk out if he is working and I even decide to shop there again! Online is cheaper anyways! I hate to be the one to give you less than 5 stars but It would be no stars if it came to the customer service I received today. I have been coming to this store for several years now. I havent been in for some time and decided to bring my movies back today for trade in. You guys have always had a great trade in program so why not take advatage. I normally come in at night. I was on my way home and stopped in. When I walked in, there was one woman working at the front. She had really long hair in glasses and I didnt catch her name but I willl never forget her attitude. I brought my movies in a walmart bag. I set them on the counter and she says "take them out of the bag" Umm ok. I already didnt like her tone. Mind you, I am by no means a prize to look at but I dont think I come off as a dirty pervert either. I was actually returning movies that were instructional videos. I took them out of the bag and she proceeds to pick them up by the corners like shes looking for something nasty on the case. Don't get me wrong, I can understand that with a store like yours you might have to be a little cautious of what you pick up but she could have atleast waited until I walked away from the counter before she made me feel like some gross substandard human being. I walked away and got my movies for trade and then asked her for some help with something on the floor. All I got was a "It's over there" and a finger pointing to some random location. Ok nevermind then. (this store is huge and I dont know where to look!) I will just come back when your night crew comes in. I have never had a problem with customer service after normal business hours. Yes I know that this is a adult store and yes I know that there are some creepy people that come in but you shouldnt pass judgment on someone you don't know. every customer should be treated the same.
