Okay, I've come here quite a few times with my husband and always had 10/10 service. The store is a…read morebit pricey compared to other places, but I'm always glad to support local businesses. However, today I came in to buy a Womanizer product. The sales rep was attentive, I picked out the one I wanted, and we went to the checkout. $238!! On the Womanizer website, it is $169, currently on sale for $139. I asked if they will price match the manufacturer, even just the normal price, and they said no. I don't think having it 2 days sooner was worth the up-charge of $100, and said I'd just buy it online. Then, the sales rep LIES TO MY FACE and rudely says that fees on the website are like $60 plus shipping, so I wouldn't be saving anything. Uh,, no?? In what world??? Shipping is free on the Womanizer site for their toys, and the only fee is tax, which worked out to be $12.30. 0/10, absolutely stupidly unprofessional behavior from the sales rep, it makes me not want to come back.
