I've been here before and my past experiences have been over all good and I've felt comfortable with the attitude from the employees however after a while I went back a few days ago and wasn't aware of them ID ing. I thought they asked me due to the fact that I looked young since they didn't ask another couple before me and my bf went. And I just asked why since it caught me off guard from that moment an employee responded sarcastically and started following me around the door. First time coming to this shop in, Arlington at least. Staff is nice alike my usual location. Although I can't help but to bring up the fact that the lady Christina up front was giving me weird looks while I was picking items. She was smoking and carrying a speaker around I could barely hear her and the person beside me speak. I did get to hear the staff talk about robbing cars, people and drugs when leaving. I was here, as Belinda F suspected, to buy things for a bachelorette party. And quite possibly a prop for a presentation I had to give on breastfeeding. The store didn't have a minimum age, which I breathed a sigh of relief about. I didn't have my ID on me and didn't want the embarrassment of being hassled. My friend and I had gone into the store and just decided to browse what all the store contained, as any new customer would, and the front desk lady had asked "are you looking for anything specific?" and we had replied "no, we are just looking around." and her reply was to rudely say "this isn't a museum." This had made us feel very unwelcomed as if she wanted us out. She did not know if we were or weren't going to buy something and we didn't either, but she did not give us the chance to even look before wanting us to leave. The initial shock when I walked into this place was their lack of quality movie selection. I feel like Condom Sense is more of a novelty-type store. It's somewhere you go for a friend's bachelorette party, not where you go if you're looking for serious adult things. The staff at this location is really cool and laid back, but not incredibly knowledgeable. Some of them are completely clueless, and can't point you to anything you're looking for, but on a good day you can find someone with good knowledge. Product wise - it's mediocre. I've had a few things that have been okay, and some that haven't. For the price, I think the quality should be a little better. But since it's a "bachelorette" type store, it does have gag gifts galore. Overall it's a decent store to get your basics. It's a good introduction for people who have never been to adult stores before. They do have a few decent things, but nothing really sophisticated that a connoisseur would be seeking. I've got to say that so far these stores have been the most helpful for me to find what I need being a sensitive woman. They have the normal brand names such as KY, ID, and Wet, but they carry a large selection of the higher quality, more hypo-allergenic products as well such as System Jo, which I have found, being much more of the sensitive side is amazing! Their silicone is AMAZING! And I was so happy to have found it in the metroplex since I've moved here recently. The toys can be a hit or miss, but that is how every company is, but at least the do carry a range from Doc Johnson, Cal Ex, and our favorite little ol' sex guru Sue Johanson. As far as actual higher end toys go I was happy to see that Lelo was displayed, which I have been a fan of since I bought one a few years ago. Bachelorette section was mediocre I guess, just sort of grazed over it. And movie selection is small and somewhat unorganized. This stands for all the CS stores I've traveled to thus far. But the staff has seemed generally young, but overall helpful, have met a few that def could have used a little more education on their products. I would give them a negative score if it were possible. Something told me to keep going to Cindies over on Cooper. I bought a vibrator from Condom Sense on Tuesday. It's Thursday and they won't trade it out. The thing won't even keep a charge for longer than a minute. What's the point of having a heated feature if the thing won't stay charged long enough for me to utilize it? They seemed very unconcerned when I called to complain and told me to go through the manufacture without even asking how long ago my purchase was. Cindies give you 10 days. Very good place to shop keeps the spice in your life that's a really good store the prices are reasonable and customer service is excellent

I love this store! It is rather small but they have a bigger location on Matlock just south of I20. Both locations have great employees who are very knowledgeable and willing to help. They have everything you could ever want. Both stores are clean and they do not make you feel uncomfortable for shopping there. Last time I was at the North Collins store they were out of a product but the manager said she could have it sent over to that location with in a day or so. That was pretty cool. They also have a frequent frolicker card and you earn points for every dollar spent and you can cash them in for discounts. As far as the DVD selection goes they do not carry to many. However, it is a "novelty store" not a "DVD store". Which if it was I would have no reason to shop there. Fort Worth has all the DVD stores anyone could ever need. The selection of products is phenomenal and priced accordingly. I have been to many adult stores around the DFW area and have found both of these locations to be clean, welcoming, reasonably priced with a wide selection, and helpful staff. read more
