The service was HORRIBLE! I came with my friends to find items for Valentine's Day and we were followed by an employee throughout the WHOLE store. There was now one else in the store and we made it really clear we came with good intentions. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time , I was having private conversations with my friends and she kept eavesdropping and creating rude comments about our personal life. She was overall rude and kicked us out because she didn't feel comfortable with us. I am Hispanic and my two friends were African American and Arab, she felt like the whole time we were being "childish" and she felt "unsafe" while we were at the store. This is my favourite Cindie's store, but then I haven't been in that many of them. It's my favourite because I saw two really hot girls here who I think are, um, dancers. (looks innocent) One of them was dressed in very revealing yoga outfit. Unfortunately they did not flirt with me, but you can't have everything. I took my adult industry girl in here (twice) and we looked at all the shoes and outfits. She got a couple of outfits the second time - the cheap fishnetty kind. Same as the kinds of girls we both like. Some of the outfits in the window are absolutely obscene and incredible, and if they were not massively overpriced would have bought all of them. During check out the receptionist warned us they have a no exchange or return policy for this item, so that should have been my clue to say no thanks and not but it. I called the next day and asked if there was anything we could do but since the item has no warranty they won't do anything. Now I'm out of money and she's out an orgasm. I don't like when employees come up to me while I browse or try to push a sale but Marquita and Zauria greeted me as I entered, asked if they could help me with anything, and then gave me my space and let me browse. There's been a disgusting sewage odor in this store for too long and before I could even say anything they apologized for the odor. I wanted to leave immediately because of the smell but their casual conversation and help from a distance helped me stay longer. They were on top of their job, had suggestions, and answered my questions, but what I wanted was out of stock. The service from those women was everything it should be, but I feel like the foul smell and having too many pink things hurts this store more than the ladies helps the store. Cindie's is an Lingerie and Adult novelty store, but definitely more on the high end. The ladies who work here are very mild mannered in their customer service skills, and definitely take your lead when you walk into the store. Are you just looking for a gag gift? They can point you in the right direction. Are you nervous and shy but just maybe to ask some questions? They will totally answer them for you quietly, with out embarrassing you. This place is pretty pricey. I bought some "stripper-shoes" as my husband refers to them, back in our college days for a halloween party once. They were around $60, but definitely worth the money. 3.5 STARS My friend and I walked in here right after lunch at a restaurant next door. We were greeted by this really nice lady, and then she carded us. LoL. The place was clean. There was a good amount of things to choose from, but there wasn't a large selection. I can't say that I saw what I was looking for, but glad I got to see what this store had to offer. I saw toys for both men and women that intrigued me, puzzled me and some that I would never want near me. The same girl who greeted me came by to ask if I needed any help (she probably saw the look of "how in the world..." on my face) and recommended me to some "accessories" that were her all time favorite. One of them were these things that looked like air hockey mallets but get this their for the bathroom so when your partner and you are um... "showering" he/she can hold on so no one slips and gets hurt plus that would make for a really embarrassing story to tell. The salesgirl said she stuck these babies onto the store window and hung from them and they didn't slide or anything. Anyways, there are tons of little gadgets and gizmos like this here. First off: Rachel and Shannon ROCK! I came in a few hours ago for like my 3rd visit to this store. I really love this place, the staff is so sweet! Rachel is super knowledgeable and actually made a difficult (mentally) shopping experience fun. I am usually embarrassed and anxious when I go to these places but Rachel's confidence and willingness to help quickly put me at ease. Saw a great selection of 'novelty toys' and Rachel and Shannon both had classy adult customer service attitudes.
