I didn't even ask any questions, although I did want to know if they had a particular skirt in a different color. Since the 2 employees were so eager for me to go, I did just that. A few days later I tried on the skirt and realized it was too long for a miniskirt. I returned it with the receipt and the store clerk, a different one this time, did greet me and asked if I wanted to look around for a little bit. I declined but asked about the refund policy- she said it would be 3-5 business days before it went back on my card, so I opted for a store credit gift card instead. It took awhile to process the return but I was the only one in the store. Friendlier clerk 2nd time around, but geez! Don't go to Cato when you're in a hurry!

It's easy to enter a conversation with any of them and when asked, they give advice as if they were talking to one of their own friends. The whole atmosphere is easy-going like a place you go to hang out. You don't feel the pressure to buy anything, everyone is there to be helpful. My husband bought a leather vest and got a patch sewn on, then later he picked up a gray t-shirt. That is why I'll keep going back and why I give this five star review. Such personal service. So cool story, we kept buying stuff for the bike...we had bought a pricey helmet that took a bite out of our wallet, so money was tight, but we still wanted to go to Wilson's. We went and I picked up a sticker and we took money out to pay for it. However, the old man cashier we had talked to earlier about our recent purchases and such...He told us, "No, just take it. It's free." This old man seller was very sweet and made my day. :)

We got up to the register and we were informed that they were not 50% off even though they had the red line marked through the price, and even though they were BOTH on the sales racks. she refused to give them to us for 50% off, and she was very rude and obnoxious about it.
