While browsing, I found several things I was interested in, but I'm a smart shopper and prefer to purchase items when they're more reasonably priced. I was told that their major sales typically take place toward the end of the year, so I'll definitely keep that in mind. Since I'm only about 10 minutes away from the store, I have no problem returning to purchase the items I was interested in or discovering something new. During my visit, I had the pleasure of speaking with Chris, Neil, and Emma. Everyone was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Even with the large amount of people in the stores next door, this place was calm and easy to navigate. My only beef is the lack of pricing on some of the products in the YETI section. I don't want to have to look for the list posted on the section, I need a per item price on the shelf or on the item. I don't understand why I have to look for the yeti list. I lost interest when I couldn't find the price to a certain item and went to find my yoga mat I have gone in for.

I got my husband Christmas present during the Black Friday deals online and I had it delivered. When I open the bag to wrap it, the security tag was still on it. I took it in and explain my issue and Josh was understanding about the whole thing. I even asked him about the size I got and he asked a few questions and I got the wrong size. He explain to me how a size in a jersey works. I told him there was a reason why the security tag was left on because I didn't get the right size and he agreed with me. He even showed me the difference in value and quality of the jersey's that I didn't know about. Every time we have been to this Rally House the customer service has been great. Was a little more expensive than the aforementioned box chain stores that can stretch out the discounts and push product faster. This location is in an upscale market area with the likes of Tiffany's, Jimmy Was, Gucci, Neiman Marcus, etc, so that pushes the price up a bit, I get that. Demographics and all. Was a neat little store. Had a lot of the new items, geared for cold weather right now, I'm sure the items change. Some of the spring stuff was arriving. The products speak for themselves as far as quality. However that's where the quality runs out. There was a staff of 3 there this day, but not a single one of them said a thing to us the entire time we were there, we were there for 20-25 minutes total. Two of them, younger ladies, just stood there talking to each other while leaning on the clothing racks up front. They glanced at my wife and I and went back to their discussions. Gave me a reminded reference to the scene in Pretty Woman, when Julia Roberts character walks into the classy boutique on Rodeo Dr, and the lady's shun her for not looking like she can afford anything. Sad thing is, we buy these items all the time for our adventures, rides, and hikes, and if they work off commission, then they just lost a huge amount of commission and sales cuz we looked, saw a few items we thought of grabbing, but left because of the snobbish and stand offish atmosphere. This is sad, because this was really neat little store cradled in the high end shopping distract amongst some really good eateries.
