Beware! They will photocopy your drivers license. The workers were very rude. The store is hot with no air circulation. I bought 2 pairs of scrubs, it was hard to try on the scrubs because they have no air circulation in the store, it was miserable trying on scrubs in such horrible conditions. I decided to return 1 pair because they don't fit after getting them home. I paid cash, I had the merchandise, my receipt and told them I need to return the 1 pair. They said they don't give cash refund, they failed to mention this at the initial purchase, they said they will send me a check. I thought this was really weird but it didn't bother me till they asked me for my drivers license and the staff member took my license out of my sight into the back area where she made a photo copy or multiple copies for all I know. I was very uncomfortable with this random woman taking my license out of my sight into another room and making copies of it. This does not seem okay. Before I paid cash no one mentioned they would need to make a copy of my license if I return it. I mentioned this at the time of return and the lady began to become hostile. She moved multiple items over that were covering up a sign that said phot id required for return. I never had an issue with showing my photo id, my issue is with them running into another room and making copies of my drivers license. No where in the store or on the receipt does it tell you they will be making copies of your personal information. The front desk lady then threw a card at me and said take it up with the owner. I do not recommend this place because every interaction from the initial purchase to the return was horrible, unprofessional and just sketchy. I'm also reaching out to the BBB since they are taking drivers licenses from the customer into another area to make copies. read more

The gentleman assisting me was very helpful, knowledgeable about what brands had what features and knew what brands they carried and sizes without digging. Great location, great value, discounts, & alot of uniforms to choose from. Ordering scrubs is also tax free and shipping free for hospital workers. The best quality of scrubs that I get here is Cherokee, Koi, and Dickies. Dickies offers alot of pockets and tons of room to store in there. Staff members are comfortable to stay with here, they don't bother you that much and will only assist you once you call them for help. Overall, this is the best store to buy scrubs, no complaints. Parking Lot may require you to pay $2 if you're staying more than an hour, you can also pay $5 if all day, both of these before tax. read more

Stopped in search of maternity scrubs and was happy to find this store is organized by size and has a maternity section! The two women working were very pleasant and helpful. I purchased a maternity top and a plus size scrub jacket, perfect for what I need. The prices arent as bad as some have stated, you can find cheaper prices online but once you pay for shipping I feel it comes out pretty even. Why does every trip to Dorothy's have to be unpleasant? I mentioned that my name was spelled wrong and I was told it was my fault and that it was in the system and couldn't be changed. Really? She probably would have blown a gasket if I told her I had gotten married and wanted to change my name. Changing my phone number seemed to be to much to bear. Selection is great, prices are fair . The only thing it lacks is customer service !! Nobody smiles, nobody bothers to help!! You have to know what you want and what your looking for. I went to a scrub store inside of grapevine mills mall for some maternity pants and I paid $35(Dorothy's was closed and I needed some ASAP) came to Dorothy's that same week and got some for $21! The same brand to. The Cherokee line is always 25% off. They have everything from shoes to stethoscopes. I always find exactly what I need.
