Fridays are my favorite (baked steak) but when Shima does his turkey dinner it is great! He makes the best dressing (stuffing) I've had from a restaurant. Everyone around loves the Italian food on Wednesday. The regular menu items are creative and for the most part only found at Shima's. He taught me to eat the egg on ramen (amazing) and the Hiroshima is worthy of a trip to get there. I'm just spoiled that it's close.
