I would go every day if I could. The farm is off of Pulleytown Road, easily accessible from Louisburg Road/401. I started coming here before Mother's Day and I filled my bucket easily. The middle of the week and just when they open is the best time to go. It gets pretty busy on the weekend and there is no shade. I give it 4 stars as they only take check or cash. Since this is the first u-pick farm I've been to in NC, I do not know if it is the norm. If I find out that it is, I will adjust my rating. Overall, great place to go for fresh strawberries in Wake Forest!

Wrenns farm has Vollmer Farm make their ice cream in their commercial kitchen and deliver it to them. They were out of their strawberry when we went so we got chocolate. The older couple on site were so friendly. We cut our own snap dragons as well. $1 a piece! The strawberries are the best around. They were so sweet. We can't wait to go back and get more! Definitely will be back this season! They had other plants, jams and jellies and so much more.

Today it was mid to upper 60's in the afternoon but dropped to the low 40's tonight with 10mph winds. It was quite chilly and fortunately I had brought my coat, gloves, and hand warmers. Because of the weather two hours was plenty of time but next time I would prepare to stay 3-4 hours and truly get my money's worth!
