Express Tree Trimming has yet to take accountability and even fabricated what happened with their auto insurance provider. This is unacceptable behavior from a business and consumers need to be protected from their practices. I wouldn't trust them to do any work for me.

Not only did they climb up on my roof with 0 attempt to contact me or ask permission, (I've been sitting in my office all day) they also dropped a large branch on my roof which caused some damage. I have to assume that they didn't intend to drop that 20 foot-long branch on my roof, but the bare minimum courtesy I'd expect is that they'd let me know my front and back yard would be covered in branches, and to request permission to access both. Absolutely absurd. Property damage, trespassing, no fall protection, and only 1 guy had any kind of PPE.

I came home and called them and not 45 minutes later they were here taking care of it. They brought the chipper to grind up the leaves and smaller limbs and left the larger wood pieces on the side of the house for firewood. Always very friendly and very efficient. Again, they left my yard better than before they came.

Wow. Ok, so having…read morea tree removed from my property was bound to be an expensive and painful process. I decided early on I would be aggressive about getting quotes from several companies. I contacted 15-20 through HomeAdvisors, NextDoor, and Yelp. I asked them all to come on one afternoon to give me estimates. 7 confirmed they would be there. Of those 7, Texas LawnTree was ABOVE and BEYOND the most affordable option. (See my nerdy Google doc screenshot.) For me, it was a no brainer to go with them. I also loved that Baldo was super responsive by text and answered all my questions. That felt more personal than many of the other companies I considered. But the best part? They were SO fast and they weren't just on time... they were early! The two-man team came around 7:40am for an 8am job and they crushed it. They were extremely efficient and organized. The neighbors actually came by afterwards to get their contact info because they were also impressed! I'm so grateful I didn't have to do the "wait around for this 4-hour window" game. Awesome customer experience with the most affordable service by far.

Eddie was easy to communicate with, provided a fair estimate, and scheduled the work quickly. The crew arrived on time, trimmed everything exactly how we wanted, cleaned up all the debris, and even stacked usable logs for us as firewood. We were so impressed that we hired them again to fill bare spots in our lawn. Eddie took the time to explain the best grass for our yard and how to care for it. Once again, the price was fair, and the crew did great work. It's hard to find honest, reliable companies that do quality work at a reasonable price. Torres will continue to have our business, and we highly recommend them!

It went from $500 trim to $1700 to cut tree down and remove the stump. He said he could not remove the stump that day but would come back. After several days of not hearing from him, I texted him and told him the stump needed to be removed and to not grind it down. I told him I need to put a tree back in that spot because HOA requires it. He said just put the tree somewhere else which I do not want to do since I had a beautiful stone wall built around the tree and flower beds. First, it would look ridiculous and second, my yard is too small to put the tree somewhere else outside of the flower beds He was worried about breaking the wall. I told him to try not to but if I had to get repaired I would. After not hearing from him again, my son-in-law called him. He called me after that very rude and said he didn't appreciate some man calling him. I asked for a refund of the stump removal cost several times since and he will not return my call or respond to my texts or phone calls. I would never recommend this man or company to anyone!!!
