No trust. Stay away. Spectrum Mobile sent a representative…read moreinto my now deceased mother's home in Lincoln City, Oregon, to set up her cable service. The tech talked her into mobile service and sold her a smartphone and service plan--the phone was later shipped to her. My mother had dementia. She and her elderly friend were unable to set up the phone, and there is no local customer service office in that city. My mom had no car, had just moved there, and had no other local support. I spent over 30 hours on the phone and made two in-person visits to my local Spectrum store trying to get her money refunded. Then, just today, I found out they ripped me off, too! When I upgraded my own phone through Spectrum, the phone support agent made it sound like I was getting a huge trade-in deal on my 1-year-old phone and would pay only $157. In reality, the $157 was the trade-in value--and I owed $842 for the new phone. This was a long conversation with the tech, and I was overjoyed with my deal. There is no universe in which I would have knowingly agreed to upgrade my 1-year-old phone....why, except for the fake deal of the century, apparently. They blatantly lied and buried the truth in the contract fine print. This company preys on the elderly in their own homes. They will take advantage of you if you let them. This feels like slavery to the company store.

Terrible "customer service", to be accurate the rating system needs to go less than zero. This…read morecompany's system for addressing customers needs is tedious and very time consuming by design. If you want to "upgrade" and spend more you can do this on the web site in minutes. However if you want to reduce or cancel services a "in person" visit is necessary. Once at the retail outlet a sign in appointment is required. Staff seems completely unaware and not concerned how long the wait is and leave the service area for breaks and unexplained reasons for long periods of time. Currently on my fourth visit to return equipment after canceling a grossly over priced cable package.

GREAT Customer service, yesterday morning my wife's cell phone just died, dead, stone cold, no…read moreoutgoing, or incoming calls, or texts. Our phones are a few years old, so we figured it was just what is, time to get a new phone. She was able to get off work early and we went to the Verizon store on Delta Waters Road. We were second in line and the manager greeted us and we explained the problem, Dead Phone we're here for a phone funeral and a new phone, he advised he would have one of the customer support staff be with us shortly. We were looking at the new phones when we were contacted by one of the customer service reps who identified himself as Tyler. We explained the problem and he asked if he could just take a look at my wife's phone. He did a check of the phone and advised the problem was more than likely just a corrupted sim card. It only took him a few minutes and he had removed the corrupted card, installed another and the phone was revived. Alive and well. Tyler was polite, professional, and certainly proficient in his job. He was just as importantly if not more, HONEST. He could have easily sold us a new phone and we would have never had an inkling that we really didn't need the new phone, we were there to purchase a phone. Thanks Tyler and the Verizon Staff, we certainly appreciate you all and the personable, professional and HONEST, service you provide.

I had plenty in the account & said I can already see on my phone it went through....Allen said no the machine must be having problems- directed me to another machine & used different credit card from Chase bank ! It went through AGAIN! The sales guy said don't worry - that other charge will be canceled! It wasn't!! 3 days later it was completed by US bank - but nobody at the store would take any time to correct the problem! Worst part was how rude they were on the phone ! I was charged twice but now it was my problem???? What kind of business is going on! Filed a case with my bank for reversal of the first charge - will never set foot back in there !!

When our Samsung plasma TV went on the fritz, I was somewhat at a loss as to what to do. Even…read morethough it is eight years old, it's still a great TV and I saw no need to replace it. I don't have an issue with taking on projects like this, but with everything else going on, I decided to look for someone to repair it for me. I didn't know that anyone actually repaired modern flat-screens, so I was pleasantly surprised to find Get The Picture. I made contact with Tony on a Wednesday, and set up an appointment for the following Saturday. Tony arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and and friendly, and took time to explain the TV's technology to me. He was very careful and conscientious while disassembling the TV, and was methodical about troubleshooting the problem. He identified the malfunctioning part and said he would get price and availability the following Monday. On Tuesday he called with a price for the repair (which was very fair) and I approved the estimate. A week later, he contacted me to see if he could install the new part that afternoon. He arrived ahead of schedule, and within 20 minutes had the TV functioning like new. I'm very happy that the old Samsung is working again, thanks to Tony. Tony provides a service that is probably pretty hard to find in this area. Highly recommend.

He had to order the part and was out to replace the part in a week as estimated. It was a relief to have a knowledgeable, and professional person work on our 48" Samsung. I'd call him in again.
